UjSizzle:How are ya? |
Caracta: ...but this is not the type I asked for?You prefer evoque? |
Fhemmmy: ^^^ Nice one . . . Here is the breakdown: You have the buying price . . . Transportation to the Port = 300$, cost of sending BOL to Nigeria or Telex release is 100$, cost of shipping is 1200$, cost of money transfer and all banking fees = 150$ and all that will be = 15550$So it should land for around 3.5M ba? I will surely give you a shout once i'm ready Sir |
chukwudi44: So you prefer they die rather than try their luck on the drugs?World Health Organization spokesman Gregory Hartl cautioned that health authorities "cannot start using untested drugs in the middle of an outbreak, for various reasons." Doctors Without Borders similarly weighed in on the side of caution. "It is important to keep in mind that a large-scale provision of treatments and vaccines that are in very early stages of development has a series of scientific and ethical implications," the organization said in a statement. "As doctors, trying an untested drug on patients is a very difficult choice since our first priority is to do no harm, and we would not be sure that the experimental treatment would do more harm than good." ZMapp has not been approved for human use and has not even gone through the clinical trial process, which is standard to prove the safety and efficacy of a medication. http://edition.cnn.com/2014/08/04/health/experimental-ebola-serum/ |
SamNelson: Thanks for this opportunity. I already sent in my application but I don't know what will be my fate as I was unable to write the last JAMB?Assuming your essay if and when marked meets the required competency, the maximum aggregate score you can have at the second stage would be 75 without your Jamb scores. This to me suggests it’s going to be an uphill struggle Sir. The recipient is required to be able to secure an admission for the 2015/16 academic year so hmmmmm |
errrrmmmmm what about the side effect? Na so dem dey release drugs? Drug wey never go through trials? |
Fhemmmy: You want the 08 Range or the 2007 range and then the Vogue?Landing and clearing Prices for 06-08 Range sport and vogue would be very much appreciated |
Fhemmmy: We surely could look into this for you, however, the cost of clearing now is the back breaker . . .I'm aware Just give me ideas so I can know if it's worth pursuing |
Fhemmmy: Thanks for your time our thread, we appreciate you.... this particular one was Pre-Ordered for Olanshi's customer in Lagos and not up for salehow about something similar or a nice 07 vogue? |
ijigaparadox: One doesnot need an autosy report to knw if someone drank a lot of salty water and having high BP to save herself from contermination. You can determine cause of death by your naked eye? Oya slap yourself |
why are some people so fucking stoopiiid Obviously this is yet another hoax but if it isn't, how did they manage to get hold of her autopsy report |
how much? |
why you dey fabricate things na..... haba |
jidowu84: Thanks. Does it have age restrictions? No it doesn't. |
jidowu84: Pls what about NOUN? Can it fly?No Sir |
Just insane really.. Think about it for a second would ya If by a remote chance the hypothesis could fly, the body already lose salt when you sweat meaning the protection layer (Skin) would have been covered by this process alone. It's obvious some Nigerians don't use their thinking faculty because how else can one even reconcile such ridiculous hogwash |
blym4real: Is it compulsory for all applicants to choose federal universities in the upcoming jamb.Nope State universities will also fly. You would agree with me that private universities will be stretching the 500k too far |
FAQs 1)Can I apply if I’m already at university The application is strictly for secondary school leavers and applicants that have lost admissions due to financial constraints 2)When is the deadline for the application Deadline is the 31st of December 2014 3)Can I apply if I only have SSCE result Applicants are expected to have all the necessary requirements to gain admission into any of the federal university 4)Can I apply if I already have an admission for this year’s academic year Yes you can apply but you will have to defer your admission 5)Can the scheme be extended to polytechnic We are only accepting applications from prospective university students at this time 6)What can the award be used for The award can ONLY be used towards payment of tuition fee. The winner will be expected to meet yearly CPGA target so they can continue receiving the support 7)Would there be more funding The funding is fixed at 500k 8 ) How will the winner be selected Submitted essays will be marked against expected competency for secondary school leavers. The applicants in the top percentile group shall go through to the second stage. SSCE/UME results and submitted financial hardship evidence will be used to decide the winner of the TNRI scholarship. Please see below, illustration of how we hope to select the winner (The yet to be selected decision panel will decide on specifics but we don’t expect the methodology to be too different from this) Evidence of financial hardship will be aggregated using the following banding Combined Income less than N40K = 50 points Combined Income between N40.1K – 60K = 40 points Combined Income between N60.1K – 80K = 30 points Combined Income between N80.1K – 100K = 20 points The UME and SSCE would be aggregated along the line of: UME > 250 = 25 points UME between 241 – 250 = 20 points UME between 231 – 240 = 15 points UME between 221 – 230 = 10 points UME between 201 – 220 = 5 points SSCE (grades aggregated to a max of 25 points) A = 10 B = 8 C = 6 If the applicant took 9 papers then his/her aggregated score will be (sum of grades equivalent)/max possible score e.g. Applicant A takes 9 papers and received results as follows: 5A’s and 4 B’s =(( 50 + 32)/90)*25 His/her total aggregate for SSCE would be 22.7 If applicant B takes 6 papers and received results as follows: 6A’s and 1B = ((60+8 )/70)*25 His/her total aggregate for SSCE would be 24.28 The applicant with the highest aggregate score shall be the winner of 2014/15 TNRI scholarship |
Ubijus1: Bro mike,No vex sir Let it go |
Bukkasukka: Can prospective masters students apply?Only school leavers Sir |
O boi, the gods sef will be angry if person no climb that mountain Thou sha not fight temptation. Avoid it at all cost! |
emmansy: Plssss how about someone who just got admitted? If the admission can be deferred then yes but selection is not guaranteed so is it worth the risk? |
GboyegaD: From what I read, the scholarship is administered through TeHN as such, your organization can advice and make it a bigger pool. Thanks for your input Regards |
GboyegaD: Modified because I read your response to Hayokins nevertheless, your use of the word quality is highly inappropriate. It's one of the conditions as specified by the donor Sir. I know Quality is relative but with regards to TNRI scholarship, the boundary of quality is restricted to university education. It's really as simple as that Sir |
GboyegaD: There is no crime making it a pool that will outgrow the initiator. That way we can help many more people and can also encourage the brilliant ones through some form of merit scholarship. This is a TNRI scholarship Sir and it comes with strict conditions. The current offering is not opened to such at this time. Regards |
faggins: i did jamb this year,my score is 155,am a school leaver,17yr old,can i still apply? Can 155 secure an admission into any of the federal university? |
jazboy: can an aspirant seeking for admission for 2014/2015 academic calender also apply ?Can the admission be deferred? You need to understand that there is no guarantee that you had be the recipient though. |
jazboy: The first year entry of 2015/16 is next year,ur requirement consist of weac result, utme result and a confirmation of admission into university, the project timeline stated that the winner will be notify in may,I doubt if any university in Nigeria will release admission list before august.how can such applicant secure admission which is part of the requirement. We are of the belief that a good WAEC result alongside a good UME result will secure an admission to any of the federal universities. Confirmation of university place is not going to be part of the decision criteria However, the recipient will need to be confirmed in order to receive the support and have funds released |
prettyboi1989: Permit my question, I need to understand somfin here. You knw in some cases people who don't av financial means of futhering their education in higher institutions often give up bothering to take jamb or post jamb cos wen dey get admission dere myt nt be money for d tution. Now does this scholarship cater for those people or it only focuses on those who alredi got admission to the uni but are yet to resume cos of financial constraints? For those with admission and those hoping to secure one in time for 2015/16 academic calendar |
pwettyolly: Hello what about those that are presently in school but having difficulty that might lead to dropping outThis was strictly designed for school leavers and those with secured admission that aren't able to realise their dream due to financial constraint Regards |
