CareerHow Do You Deal With A Nightmare Boss by jayflex(op): 8:27am On Jan 21, 2010
I have a nice and interesting job in a financial institution but have the misfortune of working under a boss who loves to make life hell for me. I do all tasks i'm given and even have to do jobs other people should be doing (even below my level) while other people browse and gist. At the end of the day I seem to get all the insults and disrespect that others dont. Abeg does anyone have any experience with dealing with bad bosses, please share your ideas.

Music/RadioRe: 2010 Album Drops When I Finish-ruggedy Baba by jayflex: 8:38am On Jan 07, 2010
Dammiecool !

Forget that thing, i was the hardest ruggedman fan you could find but the guy became succesful and soft, no longer rugged. Honestly can you compare his early tracks like ''big bros'' (a naija hip hop classic) and ''ehen'' to that ''wind your waist for me'' nonsense in his last album.
Music/RadioRe: 2010 Album Drops When I Finish-ruggedy Baba by jayflex: 8:19am On Jan 07, 2010
Ruggedman is WACK! He was on star fm last night to promote the album and played some tracks for a listeners rating. Every track sounded like a bit of everyone that was big in 2009. He copied MI,Terry G, Da Grin, Ice Prince etc I cant believe this is the same guy who came out with ''ehen''. Dude should stick to running his clothing line cos the game has changed and his MC credibility is about to fall off the edge. Lest I forget, his response to ''deathblow'' (if thats what it was), should be the weakest diss track in history

That fat lipped mofo used to be my idol. Its creepy man! Even the lyrics to ''empire state of mind'' has cleared all doubts that he isnt messing with the occult. He spoke about being bigger than Jesus twice on the track

Gandoki is the s**t ! He tells some of the most personal, hilarious jokes that everyone can relate with.

I go die is the bomb too (even though he tells gandoki's jokes)

Nairaland GeneralRe: Who Is The Meanest, Most Insensitive Person Ever On Nairaland by jayflex: 5:12pm On Nov 30, 2009
Meeen!!the first time i posted anything on NL was about my then troubled love life and ppl here dissed the crap out of me over it. I remember especially nasty posts from Mr. Crackles, Rokiatu and some guy called Leye1234 (who i am looking forward to catching in person). well since then I've become a hard-ass, cynical cow-poke like the rest of NL. I dont diss newbies with genuine concerns though.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Is There Any Hope For A Third Class Bsc Holder? by jayflex: 2:46pm On Nov 25, 2009
@Poster

Never mind people who will try to discourage you. I finished with a third class but by God's grace I'm an assistant manager in financial institution today. It might be hard in the beginning but focus on getting a job in whatever field you studied, it doesnt matter if the pay is paltry. You have to understand that you're going to be discriminated against so you have to be sharper than everybody else. It may sound silly but 3rd class holders most times are unreasonably sharp ppl sometimes. Once you've earned a reputation for diligence and high performance you are home free. Also important though try all you can to get a PGD. It doesnt matter how hard to get admission, just get one. Most important FAST, PRAY, BELIEVE and the sky is your limit. God bless you

PoliticsRe: What Igbos Need Most. We Don't Need Biafra by jayflex: 5:41pm On Nov 19, 2009
@Katsumoto

Thanks for the question. If you look at the first post the poster was referring to the incessant killing of Igbos in numerous religious riots in the northern part of the country and the need to have an organised means of defending the people from such in the future. i'm sure everyone knows that ALL southerners in the north are targeted whenever there's any religious violence with Igbos (due to the high number living outside the east) usually suffering the highest casualties.

I know that since the Zongon Kataf riots and in particular the Gideon akaluka murder,igbos in many parts of the north are now well organised and armed to fight back whenever the s, t hits the fan. If you noticed the poster is actually speaking against Biafra.

So why all the yabbis
