concerning the office of the NSA being aware, the office of the NSA made it clear that they were informed about the money after investigation into the Ikoyi 43 million dollars has began. It wasn't at that stage that the government should have been made aware of the money, it should have been included in their handover notes. It is you who is turning a clear breach of procedure or even outright corruption in a bid to defend your god of corruption. If PMB had appropriated that money, would you say the same thing?

The NIA under GEJ's administration should be the one to inform PMB's administration about the cash in their handover notes which they refused probably because the money is off Official records as it wasn't appropriated, Legislature isn't aware of it, this executive isn't aware of it only GEJ and Oke's NIA are aware of the cash. If the hands of Jonathan is clean without ulterior motives, why did he disburse the cash without appropriation? Has he got that power legally? on what basis is the "legality or illegality" of his actions.

No official record of the disbursement, no disclosure of the transaction in the official handover notes. The head of this executive (presidency) wasn't aware of it. It was the discovery of the 43 million dollars in a private apartment that prompted an investigation into the money by this administration which further revealed that the 43 million dollars was part of a larger sum of 289 million dollars which the balance hasn't been found. I think it is the person that disbursed the sum that will come and explain to us what happened to the cash. If PMB had approved the disbursement if that cash, you won't play this Sherlock Holmes you are playing.

It wasn't till that foolish man instilled his economical policy and suffocated the market for dollars making it illegal for banks to trade them for his fake corruption war, which caused foreign investors to leave in mass and caused a new type of theft and corruption with Forex

This is what cause the naira to free fall.

That foolish man is the father and creator of Forex Corruption in Nigeria.

Truthfully, I admit that the government made a mistake with the dollar policy that made the currency scarce. They learnt and adjusted but it was a bit late. In stable economies, forex is supposed to be with the central bank and sold to those that need them for foreign trade. Nigeria's was that individuals have forex while the CBN hasn't got forex due to massive looting and dip in the price of oil. Individuals can't deposit forex in the bank, the only other means to trade forex was through the black market and that pushes the price higher as there wasn't any other means to obtain forex coupled with the activities of speculators who acquired dollars for reasons other than international trade. The dwindling foreign currency in our reserves was what made the GEJ administration devalued the naira twice between June and December 2014. The forex scarcity was an issue that was bound to happen. If you could remember the massive dollars shared by the GEJ government in a failed attempt to win the presidential election.
