Yesterday is a day I'll never forget in my life.

Upon the request of a member, I visited him and his family. His wife prepared vegetable soup, I ate to my satisfaction and we had a very good gist.

After some minutes, I felt the urge to defecate, and he directed me to the restroom. I got in, locked the door, removed my trouser and boxers and hung them up, used a piece to toilet paper to clean the toilet seat, then balanced to get rid of the shit.

This is where the problem started. As I pushed for it to come out, I felt a very sharp pain in my anus. My stool was very dry and hard. I pushed and pushed like a woman in labour and the pain increased.

At some point, the stool got stock in my anus. And despite the fact that I pushed with all my strength, it refused to fully come out. I couldn't breathe again, I let out a faint noise of "ahhhhh" I thought I was going to die. I thought about my life, all the girls I've slept with, all the prophecies I've given, my goals and visions, my dream of building a mega auditorium...But what would they write on my obituary I said to myself, that I was killed by shit. No way. I decided to be a man and push that demonic stool out .

I took a deep breath and resumed my pushing, the pain was horrible, I called on the host of heaven to come to my aid. I started imagining how girls that engage in anal sex do it because it would definitely be painful.

I put on my clothes and joined the family in the living room, feeling refreshed and happy.

Truly that was a close call with death. I'm happy I survived it.

Most times, you have to be valuable to someone to get value in return. Except you're his close Gee from his broke days or family, a rich or financially comfortable guy would hardly see any point relating with you or even worse taking his time to teach you things. He will always ask himself: Why? What is in for me to spend my time (and possibly resources) teaching this stranger?

My advice for you is don't envy these successful guys nor feel bad whenever you get aired by them. Everyone is out to avoid added liabilities and improve their current standings to a higher level. Rather, work hard on yourself first to become more social. Try relating with normal average guys around you. Learn to build solid and genuine friendships with like-minded people (in form of true brotherhood). If you're not interested in learning how to build genuine friendship first, then you will always come off as just another selfish guy trying to leech off other people's success. Or better still, learn to navigate your life as a lone wolf which is the harder route but the best for a hardened introvert.

The first sentence says it all. That is the foundation to succeed in life.

I’m the only bachelor in my neighborhood, three rented apartments. I’m in between two families, they both have three three kids each, they are all very nice people, they rendered assistance to me in any slightest opportunity that presents itself, they pack my washed clothes under the sun fold it and well arranged before I returned home. They always sweep my surroundings, when they are doing theirs.

One of them, her husband is not always around. He goes and comes once in a while, she will always like to engage me in conversation any little chance she finds me outside, knowing fully well that she is a married woman, I don’t give room for such familiarity, she always offer me food by giving it to her children to give to me. (Make I no lie I need the food cus I no fit cook) I’ll also get things for her children too.

I noticed her getting me food was getting too frequent, I started given her attitude and being very official with her, and she took caution.

The other lady is here with her husband, she will join me in my car if I’m going out maybe coincidentally. It happened she was going to my direction, also, there was a faithful day I left my apartment keys at a barbershop in front of my estate, I came back that evening looking for this barber guy his number was not connecting, I went to my neighbor's house to ask her if he knew where I can find this guy, the man was not in the house, the wife came out that she will lead me to the guys house, and me I don’t know where the guys lives.

On our way going the husband was coming back home, he saw us walking in the street of the estate, he confronted us and we told him, just yesterday I came back at about 11:30pm when this woman with her husband here came knocking at my door that her husband is accusing her of having an affair with me, that he threatened to send her parking if she dares disclose the information to me and it happened that I’m close to the husband, we both discuss about politics a lot, the other neighbor who’s husband is not always around also came out, I had to confront the husband why dragging me into ur family issues did u seen me on top ur wife, why this allegation? He said is his family issue that he will take care of it.

A this point, I’m considering taking a legal action against him for character assassination, did I do wrong for given my Neiboure’s mwife a lift Or asking for where I can locate the barber guy? You have made your grievance known and you have stated in clear terms that you are not sleeping with the wife. Let the matter slide. You will gain nothing from the legal case even if you win.

Omoh yesterday I prepared a delicious egusi soup, garnished with chicken breast, pomo, goat meat, titus fish, dry fish and okporoko (stock fish)--in addition to other essential ingredients like spicy (knorr and star), pumpkin leaf, etc etc.

Had a go at it yesterday evening and it was really good
Then I warmed it like around 11:00pm.

This morning, I warmed it like around 8:00 am; I would have frozen it in my freezer but I was expecting a fellow friend who'd told me he would be coming around so I didn't see the need for freezing it yet.

Now, this evening, I just remembered it when it was already 9:50pm--that's the thing sometimes with remote work; one could get engrossed in it sometimes especially if it's my kind that has to do with coding/programming and code analysis.
I just totally forgot

By the time I got to the soup, I saw it was almost starting to "foam", and I quickly put it on fire. After warming, it doesn't have the fresh taste it had anymore. Tastes a LITTLE bit sour and lacking flavour

Has anyone experienced this? What did you do to the soup (or what can be done)? Food experts.

It is a sorry, sad and pathetic situation but this is caused by our own greed. Nigerians (through the NAFEM fix dollar rate not the government.
Producers and farmers now prefer to export to neighbouring countries due to a more favourable exchange rate. People are still moping up dollars and storing it hoping for it to rise for them to make a profit thereby worsening the situation. We all cashing out from the predicament instead of solving it.
Everyone wants the government to implement price control but not in their own line of business. They don't want the price control to start with them.
