Fabulux: Good evening Friends, I am new to this thread and I've read through, please I want to inquire what the cost implication of traveling to Australia is. We are a family of 5, husband, wife and three kids all less than 18. Your response will be highly appreciated. search the following sites for affordable tickets www.skyscanner.net ; www.vayama.com or contact IOM if its a PR visa you have, you should get something light from them with extra services. |

WHY DOES YOUR CAR NEED MYMOTO TRACKER
(1) Security: While anti-theft systems like push-buttons before car start, gear lock, pedal locks etc… are good, ONLY A TRACKING SYSTEM LIKE OURS ALLOWS YOU TO RECOVER (AND ALSO PROTECT) YOUR VEHICLE IF YOUR CAR IS HIJACKED FROM YOU WHILE DRIVING. Our trackers are both anti-theft and recovery in nature. e.g. You should shutdown your car before you sleep at night or park in a public space. Whenever you need to start the car, you enable it also.
(2) Remote Monitoring: GPS Security trackers allows you to monitor your vehicle location remotely from your phone. You are able to view your car’s location in real time (from our IOS/ANDROID APPS).
(3) Vehicle History: Through our online platform (IOS/ANDROID APPS) , you can view where your car had been between DAY X and DAY Y. A plot is shown on a map showing your car’s movement over this period of time.
(4) Remotely Stop Your Car: With our security GPS tracker, you are able to stop your car from ANY PHONE with an sms command. This function can also be carried out through our online platforms.
(5) Geo-Fencing Alarm:If your car goes beyond set a radius (or multi-point), say Lagos, you will be notified by sms.
(6) Other alarms (Over-speed Alarm, Ignition On Alarm, Low Battery Alarm ): Over-speed alarms notifies you via sms when your car goes beyond a particular speed. Ignition on notifies you WHENEVER your car is started. Low Battery Alarm lets you know when your car battery is low.
(7) Daily Mileage report (online platform): Daily mileage report shows you a daily chart (in KM) of your car.
We have heard of one or two expereience of how clients were able to recover their vehicles BECAUSE THEY HAD A TRACKER INSTALLED IN IT. We will be sharing some of them with you based on TRUE LIFE EXPERIENCES.
If you have had personal experiences also, kindly share with us.
WE STILL INSTALL THE MOST AFFORDABLE TRACKERS AROUND STARTING FROM 25K (VARIES WITH CAR MODEL).
CONTACT US ON 09032614208 OR 08060675824. More details on tracker: https://mymoto.com.ng/why-you-should-install-the-mymoto-security-tracker/
WE ARE THE ONLY COMPANY THAT OFFERS FREE LIFETIME ACCESS TO OUR ONLINE PLATFORMS FOR MONITORING/STOPpING YOUR CAR.
YOU'VE SPENT QUITE MUCH TO ACQUIRE YOUR CAR, SECURE IT WITH A TRACKER. BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY
Story 1 During one of our installs, the client shared with us how Mr Ayo (not his real name) borrowed his brothers car, and waylaid in the night somewhere in Lagos. Unknown to the thieves, the car had a tracker in it. That same night they tracked the vehicle to a military baracks (apparenntly the thieves had accomplices with military connections). They went with the police and they were able to recover the car (THE DEMOBILIZE FUNCTION OF THE TRACKER WAS USED TO ENSURE THE CAR DID NOT MOVE UNTIL THEY GOT TO THAT LOCATION)...
Story 2 Mr Bayo was bout entering his car in the night somewhere in Lagos when he was attacked. He immediately used his phone to demobilize the car some minutes after they had zoomed away with the car. The thieves ran away when they discovered the car wasn't strating again. The car was tracked to Ajah. Apparently the thieves ran away in fear with the keys of the car
If you have similar stories please share with us...
Call/Whatsapp 08060675824 for details on how to schedule an installation. Mr I have tried reaching you on phone. Need to know your charge for tracker installation |

bluebella: Good day all, pls assist me with these information. I want to apply to Engineers Australia for assessment.
1. I have first degree Agric Engineer but can I submit work experience as a mechanical engineer? Because I have worked as a mechanical engineer in the past 9-10 years.
2. How many months bank statement will they need and how many payslips will be needed?
3. Do I send my transcript to them directly or upload it online? 1. Mostly will fly. But check first if there are any occupation specific job description for Agricultural Engineer on www.anzscosearch.com2.see comments above this quote ^^^ 3. Uploaded original colour scans work perfectly. |

whodeyhere: Good morning to all,
Kindly help me with the following clarifications regarding EA assessment documents, I want to prepare the documents ready before my IELTS result comes out so I won't waste more time, below are my question:
1. How many months of payslip do I need to submit with EA assessment( I have 7yrs and 1yr of experience in two different companies)
2. I usually get my payslip via email every month, is it okay to just use it that way or do I need to print and stamp with company before use.
3. How many month of salary bank statement is needed(they just said bank statement).
4. How do you get pension document? is there a certificate or statement? I have pension with stanbic ibtc
5. I have a draft career episode and reference letter that I like to share with successful applicant with EA, I would appreciate if anyone is willing to help review.
Thank you 1. As many payslips as you like, but 4 should be okay. General rule of thumb is to provide the first and last, along with others midway. This will help to prove your start and end dates. N.B relate to every invidual different employment so since u have worked I two separate place, you should provide 4 for each employment period 2. If the e-payslip carries you coy letterhead I believe it should suffice if there is a signature. If not print and let issuing person sign to authenticate it. 3. For bank statement it should authenticates cover the entire period of each employment. I think most people submit for full period to avoid stories. 4. StanbicIBTC usually sends out monthly and quarterly statement of account for Pension fund/investment gains. You can as well log on to your pension account generate the statement. 5. You should hand 3 career episodes. CPD. And summary statement. What discipline of engineering are u assessing? |

olajidela: Hi guys, my name is Olajide a graduate of Electrical Engineering and works as a Electrical Fitter for 5years+ and want to do my skill assessment through TRA and a friend told me that I will need to goto South Africa or Zimbabwe to complete the assessment. I did a search on their website for the requirements and to my surprise the same condition apply to Fitter General and Electrical Fitter. And my friend is a Fitter General. Please I need to know if I really need to travel to complete the assessment. Bloody lie. If your occupation does not require you to take any professional exam that is organised outside Nigeria to get positive assessment then you don't need to travel for any reason. Please simply arrange your documents to conform to the requirements you found on TRA website for your occupation and fire on. Mostly you only need a computer and good Internet to complete most assessment submission. |

From lekki to somewhere around diamond estate, igando. Left around 9.03pm, ETA was around 85mins. But rider insist we go through oshodi then ejigbo.... Na there we spend d nite till about 11pm for traffic amd large pool of water. I don kuku call my bro for igando say i go crash there.... Got to destination some minutes before 12am. Rider requested for account details before we got there. Now, she just got down from d car, claimed she had sent my 6k, now i should take her manager (second rider) to cement busstop den end the trip. Wtf! Which kain yeye arrangements be this?
Ok. Make we take am do late night waka. Its Saturday anyways. Fare was 5400. My preferred route would hv been 4k max.
Before i realized, she had opened the gate and went straight upstairs. She didn't show me debit alert on her phone. She didn't show me transfer successful thing. Nothing, she just went like that.
Ok oga ur client don go leave us, but lets wait for alert before i leave here. Rider; no she must hav sent it, let be going Me: nope, lets wait for alert first. Or do u have the cash just in case... Rider; no, but i believe she sent it. Me: ok call her to come down and show me at least d debit alert i will move this car.
We called and she claimed its d network and she can't resend it. I will get it bla bla bla Me: (we die here) Oga we will move wen the alert enters. But i beliv she didn't send anything.
All this while i was refreshing my GtB app and yahoo mail. Nothing. Same time 2 different requested were hitting my phone. One was going to fela shrine, the oda was going to oba akran. They kept calling, cancelling and re requesting. I was the only driver there 4 sure.
1am.
Rider: oga just take me to my house we can sort it in the morning, or i give u what i have... Me; broz if u can transfer the cash to me now, we will move now. If i later see hers i will tranfer back. Rider: i dont have up to that....
Estates security men came with their dane guns, ask questions and left.
I put off engine, wind window down, plenty mosquitoes joined us. Rider stretch flat at back seat and slept off.
YouTube till 2am Slept off till 4am. Woke and continued
Rider woke 6.30.. Rider: bros can i go now, lemme go get bus to my house... Me: ok, i will wait for ur madam.

I just kept calm. She said her brother will send me the money now. 3mins later. Alert... 9k She said 3k+ is for the stress. Me: thank you (wicked thing)...

chucsmoore: some people will come here and be saying is 2.4 liter engine, that it drinks fuel , that is not good for business. Yes it's not good for this ehailing biz especially for drivers on rental. The biz involves city driving and you know lagos city with traffic. But when it comes to highway, a corolla has minimal consumption advantage compared to larger engines. On the highway, while you are revving at 3000rpm to go past 100km/h, I will be doing 1800rpm in my 4.0L engine 4runner to steady at 100km/h. But God help me if we jam 30mins traffic or I have to decelerate and accelerate constantly. |

My question is how many times do I have to pay before my document will be assessed and how much. Thank you. You only pay once depending on the kind of service required, standard CDR + fast track will be approx 1100AUD but if u are assessing experience then it goes a bit higher. Please download the current MSA booklet from Engineers Australia website for up to date fees |

wapu: 189 has 9-14months timeline as well. Funny thing is majority will come back in 4months if there is no need for CO contact. bluebella: I need help too pls My case is this: My background is Agric Engineering (B.Eng)...2years work experience as an Agric Engineer. Safety Engineering (MSc) UK. 8+ years work experience as a site/project safety engineer..(2 years UK and 6 years Nigeria). Please, how do I tailor my CDR? Does the EA do verification (I intend to use Agric Engineering as 10 years experience)??
please the great minds/thinkers in the house should kindly advice me/guide me pls. Now I must say, you do have a good shot at the process with your experience in employment. While the only issue will be that if you assess as Agricultural Engineer, you will have to hustle ITA with "Other Engineering professional" on 189 and it's pro rata with limited states sponsoring the occupation on 190/489. If you can meet up 80 points for 189, then by all means go forrit. Secondly, the MSc you did in UK, was there any particular specialisations? Your experience as project/site safety engineer, what kind of projects were they? CIVIL or MECH inclined or which other? |

From experience I notice if I use map with uber I will get close to normal fare and if I don't use map with taxify I will get close to normal fare. At first I used to do fare review but in order to avoid my account being flagged or blocked for frequent fare reviews I resolved to asking riders to pay normal fare and disregard the crazy one, the commission is too little to kill me so I will live with it till I change my phone Works just fine. Had same issue with my android 5.1 OS phone. But check your internal storage, if it's almost full (less than 1GB) try to get an SDcard or discard irrelevant items. It helped my phone's condition a bit when I did, been getting normalised rates recently. Is it in this scarcity of request someone wants to save n buy phone? |

ifyeez: Went for taxify inspection yesterday, one guy said his Camry big daddy, half tank takes him from Lagos to Onisha, was wondering if the Camry has corolla engine Camry get big tank, half tank about 35litres and based on the fact it's highway with the car at top speed most part of the journey, it's very doable. Because 40litres/ 6k fuel will carry corolla/civic all the way from Enugu to Lasgidi Factually, I have moved a big daddy from enugu-lagos with 50liters |

chidozy15: Hello house,
I read sociology and graduated with a 2.1 from Uniport but I never practiced it, instead I got into IT, first as a digital marketer then as a freelancer for two years now.
I have two issues,
1. I want to apply for the skilled worker program under social work which is a 189 and assessed by AASW. But I don't know what this requires or if my lack of experience in the field will be an issue.
2. I could also apply as a copywriter or technical writer but these are 190 and are hardly sponsored by any state. What would be the best process for me.
Thank you.
Cc Bellong Jayooh And all the baba dem Hello, please have you gone through the assessing authority's website to ascertain the requirements for social worker. I don't know if experience is needed, but I want to believe it is very likely to be a requirement. This is one of the many disciplines with professional year and multiple internships in Australia. I do not know much about these occupations you're seeking to nominate, but I'm sure members who know a thing or 2 about them will surely come to your aid with the right info. All the best |
