I don't get you.
He gets to pay more weekly with this plan.
5k X 7 days - 35k weekly
7k X 7dats - 49k weekly
The reason I said it's a winning plan for the driver is that making 10k is enough to earn him a salary then anything more than that is extra plus the salary. Which means the driver will mostly likely to earn 130k monthly if he clocks 12k daily (highly likely).
And I also believe that downtime is not meant to affect salary

At the bolded, out of which drivers gets a 19k per week salary, invariably driver has remitted 30k per week. Except unless there is a clause in their agreement that restricts the car usage and hours of running.but I want to doubt it.

Drivers can make 12-15k daily true, but Wat of his daily expenses : fuel ,data, calls, tolls. All this small small things ehn.

Let's do I quick run. I for example this week. Let's say I have been lucky with taxify (and I know it). Have hit 50k in 3 days (Monday-wednesday), but after commission it comes to 42500, I did a quick check on my expenses and I have spent 17k roughly(fuel, toll, data, etc.). Left with 25,500. Remove 15k for 3 days remittance left with 10500. But my body know how e deh do am, that I cannot keep up.

The 7k per day remittance will help drivers to inevitably have saved up sum in form of salary by months end. That's the only plus I see. The possibility of driver being at advantage is if requests flow and he make a constant 15k+ daily week in week out.
this is the blind spot

Lai lai! The driver must make more than the owner like some people said on this platform grin.
7k X 30 days = 210k
Those drivers will expect about 100k as salary.
this is a good plan but will it pay the owner since he will pay 70k and also service 20k, then his is left with a little over 100k.
A good plan for the drivers but not a good plan to the owner.
All the driver needs to make daily 10k gross, anything above that is a win win for the driver

The bigger picture is to avoid the default of weekly rental. If the driver makes over 10k on a norms he still pays 35k per week, which equals 5k × 7days

For over a week now she keeps telling me she will do the transfer now each time I call her.

I have sent over 10 SMS to her still she refused to transfer the fund.

U should have reported to uber within 3working days oh. Don't know if there is much that can be done about it now. All this there transfer scams.

Uber has ended this trip. Please drop off your passenger at a safe location.

Though another request enter instant from other rider and am yet to drop the first rider

Happens mostly when it seems you have spent too much time on a particular trip. Most times I just ignore the message and keep going. Unless the rider don vex me beforehand

But if one is dogged enough, goodlucks can be made out of badlucks.

took a ride today and the driver said he's not defaulted in his payment of 35k. He's been with the car for more than a year. I was just envying his partner.
He said 35k weekly is like 5k per day. That if one is serious, there's no way you won't make 10k per day.
I used to say the same. But honestly, it's no longer easy. Extreme favour and hardworking these days. See me always checking rider app to confirm congested areas and likely empty zones. The calculation for the hustle pass calculus nowadays. Before na to turn on app on top bed deh await gbaungbaun grin

IELTS

Reading 6.0
Writing 7.0
Listening 8.0
Speaking 8.0

Overall 7.5

Please advise, is this score good enough. What grade point will I be judged with? The overall score or the minimum score in any of the tasks?

I'm applying for EA with 4 years professional experience. And age will give me 30points.

This won't give u any points towards migration.you need minimum 7.0 across board to get at least 10points

But u can still commence your qualification and experience (if u have) assessment with EA using this current English result. It's after positive assessment by EA you can begin to add up all points.

Age= 30
Degree=15

With what you just said is it wise to assess as a customer service manager considering my geology background? Sir bellong andother veterans in the house kindly assist
Like I told someone before, I'm not a VETASSESS person and not so conversant with their ways, but I'm not sure geology and customer care will fly. Also I doubt occupations closely related to geology discipline are still on the lists

Pls more contribution is needed house.

More contribution or confusion?

Well if you have both cars at same pristine condition then invariably go for the 2007 as it offers ythe service perfectly and will leave you some change to do other things cause it's cheaper than 09.

But if but are in a used state then you need to select the one that will offer you peace of mind with respect to maintenance, if not, kuku just forget the biz.

The only part they told us about *Entrepreneurship* was that we would be our own bosses.

*But* They never told us that we would fail many times before we succeed.
They never told us that we would work *5 times more than our employees and not get anything sometimes*.
They never told us that this would *cripple our credit score*. That we will be in debt and owe alot of people money.
No one said anything about the *sleepless nights* trying to figure out a way forward.
No one told us about the *stress and anxiety*.

No one told us that this will cause *conflict between us and or relatives and family members*.
No one told us that we would be *jokes to the society* especially when we start changing from one business to another.

No one told us that sometimes we will go *six months without any income*. Living in the edge and surviving through borrowing money from different people.

No one told us that our doors would be *shut down due failure to pay staff*, they can’t get to work.

No one told us we would be hobos at some point.
No one told us that our *wife's and "fiancée's"* would leave us because they will not understand our journey.

No one told us that we will have to be *more than patient*.
That we would make so many *mistakes end up losing alot of money*.
That at some point we would have to *risk our lives in order to move forward*.

We had to figure this out all by ourselves.
Many gave up on the journey.
Some died on the journey.

But some of us after going through so much pain we decided that we were going to succeed or die trying .
Some of us we are never giving up on this no matter what. We are now doing it and very aware of the circumstances.
It's *win or nothing for us* and it's too late to go back now.

*We are entrepreneurs!!*

what are your reasons please so we might learn

No reason in particular, but I have seen people cry about being rejected by VETASSESS, but rarely with EA. At worst they "EA" will offer you an alternative occupation while VETASSESS gives outright negative outcome. Request for a 1year highly relevant employment related to nominated occupation by VETASSESS is another downside. In some reject letter, you will see something like, your qualification was assessed as positive and your employment is negative (or vice versa), therefore overall outcome becomes negative. Your qualification and experience must be positive to get a positive assessment with VETASSESS.

So for someone that studied engineering and has been working in a bank for better part of the years, best to just go with EA. Believe me, but not to say I can't be wrong though
