@ Mikeansy, I love your submission and I think I would go for Fashola / Kwakwanso. Both are season administrators with sound intelect.Let's forget their tribes. We need leaders who can think for us and take us out of this economic bondage.

If not for the fact that we Nigerians dwell in religious bigotry, Buba Marwa /Raji Fashola combination would have done the magic. These two gentlemen possess the intellectual power, firm and resolute in taking decisions, think out of the box and finally Marwa will be an excellent Commander in Chief, while Fashola will be saddled with administration because of his sound intellect and foresight.
Am non partisan and a detribalize Nigerian , I just want a President and a Vice that can take country to the next level in this 21st century. Nigeria suppose to be the powerhouse in Africa in terms of trade and investment, scientific and technological research. Let's allow the politicians work out the permutations.

Politics / Re: Iyabo Obasanjo's Letter To Her Father by Jazz247: 11:08am On Dec 18, 2013
The OBJ letter to GEJ is a manifestation of a failed state.I doubt if Iyabo wrote this trash. Mediocrity, tribalism and corruption has been promoted to the highest level. Nigerians are gullible and corrupt followers, therefore we deserve this incompetent and clueless government. With the billions of dollars of crude oil earnings, the government cannot provide 24hrs of electricity for Nigerians in the 21st century whereas China just landed a space capsule in the moon for mining. Wasted generation?.

This is act 1 scene 2 of OBJ /GEJ SAGA.We are now saddled with clueless leaders and gullible followers. The political leaders divide the people of this great country on ethnic and religious line to achieve their selfish political goal to the detriment of general welfare of the people. I still have my reservations if these letter was written by Iyabo. It's really sad that Sadist are in control of both political and economic life.

A short proverb for Reuben Abati:
Won ni omode o mela, oloun mela katakata, meaning a child who knows nothing claiming he knows it all to an elder. Am sure Abati will go to Baba Iyabo for forgiveness sooner or later for that statement.I dey laugh in Chinese .

It is now clear to us that GEJ lacks the charisma and presidential finesse of a leader. The problem we facing is bad and corrupt leaders and followers. We pretend to be patriotic, but tribal and religious sentiments had blindfolded us from speaking the truth when confronted with national issues. It's sad that electricity power generation is below 4000 megawatts for population of over 170m Nigerians. The entire country is almost in total darkness with all the billions of dollars accrued from crude oil sale and people wanted our corrupt rulers to be given recognition outside our shores. What a shame.

I'm from the southwest, marry from the southeast and educated in the north.I strongly believe that corruption and tribal sentiment is the bane of our underdevelopment. I don't care whether my President comes from the east, west, north or south, the most important issue to me is that Mr President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria must have the intellectual capacity to direct the affairs of the state, be firm and decisive in taking decisions. He should be credible, honest and be fair to all Nigerians.

Politics / Re: Lai Mohammed Defends Oshiomhole On Scandal Involving Edo Widow by Jazz247: 4:29pm On Nov 30, 2013
I'm not a member of PDP, but I detest the dictators in APC parading like Democrats, look at the clown called Lai Mohammed defending Comrade The Bashorun Gaa of Edo state. APC shenanigans will never criticise any wrongdoing of their members even if it's visible to the blind. Nigeria is at crossroad, and I believe the national conference is the only way out of the political, social and economic retrogression we found ourselves.
Politics / Re: An Open Letter To Governor Oshiomhole by Jazz247: 12:57pm On Nov 29, 2013
We voted a sadist as Governor, this is the height of executive rascality. Imagine a Governor who is Harvard trained, to speak these way in the public to a widow? Am sorry for this egocentric ruler who parades himself as a former labour leader and an activist. I can now understand why OBJ detest him.Comrade, I believe you've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly in life . Why do you decide to throw away civility to the gutters.
Politics / Re: Thabo Mbeki’s Verdict On Nigerians by Jazz247: 2:18pm On Nov 25, 2013

It's visible to the blind and audible to the deaf that this geographical entity called Nigeria is far becoming a failed state. The indicators are presenting itself to us like a PowerPoint in the IT classroom. When you have a set of people who thrives in sadism at the helm of affairs, what they achieve is looting of treasury and generation of 4000 megawatts of electricity for a population of over 170m.The world, especially Asian tigers and south Americans are leaving us behind in the race.
Politics / Re: Mbeki’s Damning Verdict On Nigerians by Jazz247: 7:12pm On Nov 24, 2013
Ethnicity and religion has blocked the sense of reasoning of an average Nigerian. The bad leadership at the helm of affairs is due to bad followership. The system is so corrupt in both horizontal and vertical angles, and our mindset needs positive spiritual rebirth. It's disheartening that all the billions of dollars revenue from crude oil sales is being diverted into private account in the West.Electricity generation below 4000 megawatts to power the economy and homes of over 170m population is pure madness in the 21st century.

The power supply in ibeju-lekki axis is so pathetic and frustrating in the last six months. We never had electricity for a minute and being caught off from civilization.

Romance / Re: Why Igbo Guys Never Marry Yoruba Women? by Jazz247: 1:52pm On Oct 15, 2013
Men who are ethnic jingoist do not always have successful marriage because they do not explore other tribes in search of a good wife.If u are dating a lady with good attributes ,and she's your best friend and soulmate ,no matter where she comes from, commonsense should take over when taking such vital decision.

Truth is bitter.Let's put the facts on the floor. How many non-yoruba men can date or marry Yoruba women. Nobody is interested in castigating the Yorubas with their high intelect and education .But let the truth be told, Yoruba women aren't marriage material to non -Yoruba men.I have travelled extensively in the north, east and south south, I know what people say about our women. I'm a proud Yoruba man.
