Clueless and clownish project, how does it affect the common poor Yoruba people that has been sacked from their homes by criminal fashola. |
Transport them to where? When we know that all the beggars are eketi peeps and Yoruba people who have been pauparized by the so calle Aziwaju Congo Party ACN. There is not SE/SS person begging on the street, its the peculiar life style of Yoruba and their cousins brothers up north. ![]() |
Clueless Yoruba party ACN at it again with their clueless and clownish projects that are meant to enrich crooks as fashola and his thievery gadfather Tinubu. |

Abagworo: Most of these Peter Obi and Orji paid agents seem to be wanking with my name. I do not know what makes them keep mentioning my name. I am a real dude and will always say the truth. Peter Obi has not been able to climb the lowest rung of the ladder left by Ngige. I will always say that and the only way to correct me is to show what Obi has done rather than calling me names. You are an imbecilic persona. Orji and Roachas is about the worst governor the SE has seen so far. Roachas has not done anything for imo people since Peter Obi and Ume made him governor for that state called imo. Orji is even doing something, but roachas is an epitome of talking drum so clueless and clownish. |
Roachas is clueless as TA Orji. He has not disappointed his people that he is a core talkative. I will go for Oshiomole anytime anyday. |
dantecruso: The same time it cost Peter Obi to go to the printing press to draw biiboard of prototype of his Project Rochas in Imo state would use it to finish his project. Let's call a spead, a spead forget who brought it now this young mans problem is that El rufai analysied our state budget n make us see the flaws in the governance. Since the 30\30 Uba's PDP house of assembly left what has he done? Let him leave every other thing and give us just 1 I think we will use it to remember him just the local govt election is ok then even if he has done bad in other sectors we can now say atleast he did for LG elections which the PDP frm Odera counciled n refused to conduct.Shatap, roachas is a crook and a talkative. He has continued to talk and talk since Peter Obi and Ume made him governor of imo state. Come to Anambra and see FDIs and infrastructures attracted to Anambra by Obi. So take your bad belle elsewhere. |

On universities mostly preferred by candidates, Ojerinde said that 11 institutions stood out with the University of Lagos topping the list 83, 865 candidates followed closely by the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka with 82,148 while the University of Benin came third with 80,048 candidates. The University of Nigeria, Nsukka, UNN, he also said was the fourth preferred institution with 79, 398, followed by the University of Ilorin, UNILORIN with 76,276. The sixth most preferred university was the Obafemi Awolowo University,; OAU, Ile-Ife with 64,702 followed by the Ahmadu Bello University, ABU, with 56,708. Also the ABU was followed by the University of Port Harcourt, UNIPORT, with 48,439 candidates; University of Uyo, -44,397; Imo state University, -43,353 and University of Ibadan, UI with 40,011. JAMB chief said, “Our experience this time is consistent with the previous trends- that Nigerians have a higher preference for some universities ahead of other tertiary institutions. ”Unfortunately those universities still have constraints with 83,865 candidates recorded being the highest applications (less than last year’s) 99, 115 (for the best preferred). ’’ However, from the carrying capacity figure, the National Universities Commission, NUC can admit only 9,507. These figure are only for most preferred choice and do not include those who chose UNILAG as their second choice” http://www.vanguardngr.com/2012/03/only-3-score-over-300-as-jamb-releases-results/ Its another indication that UNIZIK is a sought after citadel after UNILAG by all Nigerians and foreigners |
I will advice a would be student who really want to study to go to UNIZIK, because that is where the best of best is residing. Its one school that dwell on merit of merit east of the niger and Nigeria as a whole. Its really a place to be. |
^ Its true, because even the Orient Petroleum is now using the River Niger channel to ship their crude oil for onward export. |
@asha 80 Yes, am for sure that the dredging has been effectively completed from high-sea to Onitsha and up to Lokoja. Even some companies has been using the channel for transporting their products. Even the SABMILLER used the Niger River to ship most of their materials from Lagos Port to Onitsha Port. |
^ Thank God you, you know my brother. Me think that the Orient Petroleum is recruiting now, anybody with the information. |
afam4eva: It's like you don't know the power of oil. Oil can make someone deny his father.lol Def, not Anambrans that I know, hard-working and foresighted people. They are already making and chopping money before the oil comes on stream. |
afam4eva: This is great news. I feel pity for CR state. Why would they do that? ![]() |
If GEJ contest 2015 Ndigbo will vote massively, if not we will line up behind Peter Obi for presidency 2015. GEJ has awarded Onitsha-Awka expressway reconstruction, completed River Niger dredging and Onitsha Port, exploration of Anambra basin and making Anambra oil producing state. What more do we want ? ![]() |
@dorothy111 Just to suit your fancy, instead of facing reality. When particular people have chosen to paint Nigeria black in the world arena. |
THREE NIGERIAN IMMIGRANTS were sentenced Tuesday for their parts in a sophisticated Twin Cities-based identity theft ring with connections to their homeland (Nigeria) and Ukraine. "But the problem here is the really bad guys are gone," U.S. District Judge Richard Kyle said. Kyle noted that the alleged ringleader -- Bashiru Adelumola Fowoshere, 39, of Anoka -- fled the country, along with some other alleged top-level operatives. His 35-year-old wife, Titilayo Abidemi Fowoshere, was one of the three sentenced Tuesday in St. Paul in the scam that netted more than $650,000 in 15 months. Unlike the other two, she received probation instead of prison time. Kyle said he agreed with federal prosecutors that the sentences ideally should send a message that such behavior won't be tolerated. But he said he also had to consider the two years that had elapsed between the defendants' guilty pleas and their sentencing. Attorney Deborah Ellis argued that her client played only a minor role in the bank fraud conspiracy and deserved probation. Fowoshere withdrew a total of $4,000 with bogus bank cards provided by her husband, Ellis said. When her husband fled to Nigeria, she said, "he left her here with three children." Since pleading guilty, Fowoshere attended the Aveda Institute and now provides for them, Ellis said. She said her client is deeply involved in her church and volunteers cooking meals there three weekends a month. volunteers cooking meals there three weekends a month. "I'm really sorry for what I did. This whole situation has turned my life around," Fowoshere said. http://www.thenationonlineng.net/2011/index.php/online-special/evening-express/53460-3-nigerians-sentenced-in-us.html |

@ifyalways If you are not happy with the goodnews go back to your backward state. Back to the topic: Onitsha Harbour is located off Atani Road. The entire stretch of land lying on the both sides of the Atani road and River Bank has been acquired by government for industrial purposes. |
AWKA — THE Federal Government yesterday granted approval to Anambra State government to reconstruct the controversial Anambra end of the Onitsha-Enugu expressway. Anambra State would receive reimbursement from the Federal Government later. The approval was seen as a great relief to Governor Peter Obi, who had been pleading with the Federal Government to allow the state government reconstruct the road and get the money later in the interest of the users. Minister of Works, Mr. Mike Onolememen, who announced the approval during a visit to Governor Obi in Awka, said President Goodluck Jonathan’s approval was due to the governor’s consistent pleading and several representations to the Federal Government on the need for speedy completion of the project. According to the minister, the Bridgehead to Zik’s round about axis of the dual carriageway was awarded to the Nigercat Construction Company, while Zik’s roundabout to Amansea in Awka was awarded to the Consolidated Construction Company – CCC, and explained that the partitioning of the road to the two contractors was to ensure early completion of the project and save the people of the South-East from untold hardship. He said: “The president has approved that Anambra State government should finance the job which the new contractor -Nigercat- will do, while the federal ministry of works will reimburse the state at the end of the project. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2012/07/reconstruction-of-onitsha-enugu-expressway-fg-gives-approval-to-anambra/

It is located at Onitsha Harbour near the banks of River Niger. Onitsha Harbour is on the outskirt where industries are located. Its not even close to any residential neighborhood of the city. This is the biggest brewery in West Africa. http://247ureports.com/sabmiller-brewery-onitsha-highest-foreign-direct-investment-in-nigeria/ |
