It depends.
Some dubious Nigerian companies without integrity will still mix a small amount of sugar with other sweetners.
But for those who don't add sucrose or fructose syrup, they usually add alternative sweetners such as saccharine, aspartame or acesulphame - K.

They are also other sweetners like stevia, sorbitol, xylitol etc. But these ones are not found in drinks.

But the problem is that aspartame is a source of phenylalanine that makes the urine black In some individuals. And multiple research on the long term effect of some of these sweetners show that they are not safe.

So it's sort of like jumping from frying pan to fire.

Your best bet is to avoid them as much as possible. Or limit your consumption to the barest minimum .

I got exactly 40k from the sale and I used it to drink beer and eat fried indomie somewhere in the neighborhood.

Lesson learnt: 1. do your homework before you venture into any biz endeavour.
2. Be organized.
3. Business is persistence, as long you know you are in the right business.

My two cents Is this: 4 years ago in 2017 precisely and also in abuja, I got a similar unsolicited invitation to an interview but in a high-end restaurant in maitama for the post of supervisor.

I was this close to declining the invite due to my initial experience with the neo life people few days prior; but a brother of mine eventually prodded me to attend and I did.
