I made a transfer via share and sell ......and receive a meassage via 777 confirming that 200 was been transfer to my number 9.03am saturday 9th of april............but the money was nt credited on my phone........had to call CS to lay complain.......Cs told me to call in d evening probably network ish.....I called in the evening the agent told me to call back in 24hrs time.
....fast forward to next day.....I called in d evening was told to send d senders number which I did and I was told that my info has been sent to d department incharge for refunding in 24hrs time.

Called back monday the agent has to repeat it as a form of reminder.
Tuesday, wednesday, nothing happen. .
................To my greatest surprise called today the agent told me the money was successful. That he saw it in the system , I said what time ? he said 9.03am........I told him I receive that message too.......but it wasn't credited bcoz I was owing them -99.9 naira........which lasted till evening when I had to use my money to buy credit. The guy even told me nt to call back again coz nobody will attend to me on this issue..........I even ask him what about d others agent that ve been talking to is it that they are not competent. He told me have a lovely day and off d call. Can u imagine

As if that's not enough I called back again the next agent said there is no prove or message of any transfer on my phone that day via share and sell rAther the -99.9naira I was owing them and the recharge card I bought by 6pm in the evening...............................................that means the last agent has mess with the system...........MTN na fraud iswear.

Hello jide, so the date of my complaints made you ignore me abi? Even if it was 10 years ago I think I still deserve a resolution because I didn't steal that money. You should have gotten back to me on the issue. I've been loyal to this brand for God knows how long and this isn't fair or right for that matter. Mtn has robbed me of my hard earned #2000.

Mtn deducted 45 naira from my airtime and the only explanation I was able to get from CC was that I sent 3 text messages to a foreign number. around the time the airtime was deducted I was on call with CC. checked my sent items just to be sure it wasnt done in error by me there was nothing like that, yet mtn was able to give me a partial of the foreign number. What's more funny is that I don't even know anyone in Cotonou. this is the number 00919873. please I need an explanation

Hello Mr JideSM, I have noticed a disturbing scenario in which I would top up my mobile with credit and still I will be hearing voice prompt that my account is low since yesterday and later I was hearing I cant make a call. Number - 08030622583, I checked my account balance it was in negative -199.80 I did tops up yet it still remained same figure . This morning I just tried to find out what is happening and realised though I did xtra time but of small amount. But the xtra time balance that mtn claimed I am owing is 19,000+ . Please help me correct this anomaly as I cant make any call and my tops up have been deducted since these problem started when I tried to recharge. I will appreciate quick action. God bless

So its no more safe for someone to have airtime on his phone again as mtn will look for every means to deduct it, just yesterday someone sent me 400card and I loaded it to use it today only to wake up to receive a shocking msg of 350N being deducted, this is no more funny cos this is not the first, second or third time mtn will be deducting my money illegally, I use to get msg from fb0 but I chose to ignore it cos I believe it doesn't deduct money..
