i was interviewed in Window 14 by that you white Boy.
He was simple and respectful and a humble guy.

i took my thumbprint and then raised my hand to swear the oath.
After that he asked for my receipt for payment he signed on it and gave me my copy
the he gave me my form to sign on it.

He now brought out a form and circled where am gonna go get my visa a week from today.
I smiled and thanked him.
My Visa was not only successful but very short less that 5mins
I say my God name be glorified.
I don't really know what to say but God favored me.
I really want to thank every menber of this forum you have been wondaful.

I intend getting out by early July to see of i can get some money for upkeep

preprewow: btw, we went to the embassy the day before our medical exams 2 knw whether we r eligible with my educational qualifications or not but the lady in nairobi US embassy told us that she cnt ans our question until our interview day then we told her that how we can go tru our medical exams if we cnt knw that as we know that money will be non refundable if we dnt qualify so she said they will send us 4 medical exams if my education certificates r ok so my husband n I didnt go for our medicals because we dnt hv money to waste & tomorrow is our interview day so house do you think i shuld carry only my education documents 2 the embassy ?because we knw we wont be interview tomorrow unless we go tru our medical exams. Do u think these ppl will schedule another interview appointment if they say my education certificates r ok? though we ve tried to schedule another interview appointment tru online today but there is no available interview date. Does the medicals matter or is it the visa epiry date that only matters? junkerhill: my brother, you can either go to their office which normally opens by 3:00pm everyday at MMA, lagos or book online at www.wakanow.com. Flight ticket is cheaper at these 2 places. I bet you, you can spend more than 150-170k to Texas.
As for change of address, you can do that witht the immigration at you POE. You have notin to worry. Just relax, everytin will be alryt.

loconzo00: Please guys, i received NOTICE OF RECEIPT from Homeland Security today. It states that further action is suspended until a decision is made concerning my fees. I paid the fees since 26th of March.

My Questions are : 1. Could this be the so-called welcome letter and if not how does it look like?
2. Could the paid fees still possibly not received by Homeland security yet?

Pls let those who have received the welcome letter and GC help me out here.

1. I read some people saying he should call the police: Nigeria police are worst than the agents and no doubt they will play along the agents once offered something reasonable.
2. Some say use a layer: considering the time it takes to file a suit, will he and the layer succeed?
3. Others say call KCC: on what grounds and with what credentials will he call KCC? No case number, another email was used to fill the form, he is not even sure of the date of birth they used.
4. Husmern told the house that he checked the result with the agent and that he is sure he warn and that he filled the form with them, correct anybody can download the form and fill afterall it is free on the internet.
5. Husmern agreed #800,000 with the agents #350,000 already paid for nothing.
I am not trying to be irrational here but let’s say things the way they are, Husmern you and your parent have already agreed with the agents, If you are sure you really warn go ahead and complete the deal but, if you are not sure stop at this point before it’s too late.
I am an IT professional and I have experienced what most agents do, what is it that they do? They create websites similar to that of the DV lottery and make people to believe that they warn and collect as much as they could before you come to your sense and what causes this is desperation to travel to the US, it happened to my cousin in Aba and I almost fell to their trap after I warn the 2013 DV.
Mark my words, if they are real, and you are issued with your visa, be sure to spend up to 1.5m before you will get your visa back from them, mind you this people are very fetish and can go to any length to collect their money or deal with you. They are everywhere; they may even have their evangelist in this thread trying to win soul for them. Please thread with caution that’s my humbly suggestion.

junkerhill: Like I told you before, they are experienced in this biz. You made a mistake by allowing then not to use a different email that is not yours. Something is also telling me they have access to that new email. With. The email, they want to keep a tab on everything about you concerning the DV. Plead with them brother and never you involve KCC on this matter because the embassy frowns at the actions of these agents. They believe the applicants are giving the agents opportunity to defraud people. Involving them may lead to your denial.
Plead with them I said or meet a lawyer and explain to him what he says.
