@kellord once you pick a path, we can then advice you on what language to start with. Bare in mind web development seems to be easiest as there is little computer/laptop specification required to start.

There are a lot of various programming languages depending on what you want to do. So what I always advice beginners is to pick a path first.
For example are you interested designing websites or developing mobile apps or games or PC software?

Just pick any path you feel you want to try out. There is really no wrong choice here, as they most likely converge at some point with enough experience.

Hulk may have taken a beating in Avengers: Infinity War, but his absence from the rest of the movie was NOT out of "fear" of Thanos, as many fans assumed. That's according to the film's director, who says Hulk's reasoning means far bigger things for his role in the MCU going forward.

The point of clarification has arrived thanks to the digital release of Infinity War, detailing plenty of deleted scenes and making-of secrets for Avengers fans. The director's commentary may not drop any massive bombshells where Hulk is concerned, but it does help to explain what Infinity War was supposed to communicate about Bruce Banner, Hulk, and their problematic relationship.

Hulk turns his back on Banner and the Avengers all right, but it's not because he's afraid of a rematch with Thanos.

Most viewers will remember the first appearance of the Hulk in Infinity War, arriving at Loki's cue to ambush Thanos, and attempt to get the upper hand. But even without using the Power Stone already in his possession, the lumbering Thanos dispatches Hulk, barely taking a single blow in the process. A perfect demonstration of his supremacy in combat and, as many deduced, a shocking defeat and blow to the Hulk's psyche.

From that point on, the Hulk doesn't just refuse to emerge when Bruce Banner requests it, but can be heard (and eventually seen) struggling to resist, sounding just as desperate to stay out of the fight. According to director Joe Russo, that refusal to take part is a major evolution for the Hulk and Banner. But it's not a sign that the musclebound gladiator has finally learned what it means to be afraid of a stronger opponent:

This was an interesting journey we went on with Banner, trying to decide how we move him forward in the Marvel Universe. What makes him unique as a character is that there is a host body that is being fought over by two distinct personalities who hate each other. And both want control of the host body. So we thought an interesting direction to take him in is what if Banner, who typically uses the Hulk to solve crisis situations, what if the Hulk were no longer interested in solving those problems for Banner? So that the relationship is becoming increasingly dysfunctional. That's what's going on here.

People have speculated whether there was some fear on the Hulk's part about having to face Thanos again. But I think ultimately what it is, is that he's tired of playing hero to Bruce Banner.

Fans who disliked the idea that the Hulk would shrink from a fight will probably appreciate this explanation, since it arguably puts Hulk in a position of power over Banner, not submission. That being said, it will raise some problems when trying to track the larger story of Bruce Banner and the Hulk in the MCU. Especially since it doesn't really follow from his major leap forward in Thor: Ragnarok.

A private jet carrying two top Nigerian musical artists, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun aka “Wizkid” and Tiwa Savage from Uyo, the capital of Akwa Ibom state was attacked and robbed last night while taxiing on Lagos airport’s runway 18L.


The Bombardier Challenger 605 jet with registration number T7-A00 arrived Lagos from Uyo about 8:33 pm and was slowly taxiing to the arrival hangar when the cargo compartment was burgled.

The jet slowed to allow an Ethiopian Airline cargo plane with registration number ET-ARH to push back for take off. The pilot, Captain Cloud Cote noticed the cargo door had been opened by burglars and promptly notified Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) security, but the burglars had disappeared before FAAN officials could make it to the point where the attack took place.


Upon arrival at Quits Aviation Center, a private jet hangar, the pilot discovered that two bags belonging to Ms. Savage and Wizkid had been stolen by the airport bandits.

FAAN has only one escorts vehicle for arriving and departing aircrafts for the entire airport which handles at least 200 flights.

Sources close to Wizkid confirmed the incident while Ms. Savage took to social media to vent her frustration.

This week, Zimbabwe’s president, Robert Mugabe, said a new cybersecurity ministry had been created as a trap to catch “rats” who get up to mischief using cyberspace.

It was the latest fodder for jokes doing the rounds on social media about former Zimbabwe finance minister, Patrick Chinamasa who will now head this new Cyber Security, Threat Detection, and Mitigation ministry. Locals have joked that Chinamasa’s appointment makes him the “minister of WhatsApp and Facebook”. But the appointment also raises more serious concerns over freedom of expression, access to information and a clampdown on social media messaging.

Some of this is not surprising. A week earlier Chinamasa, while still finance minister, criticized social media platforms such as WhatsApp for the inflation spikes that hit Zimbabwe at the end of September. He claimed the false information spread on these platforms is what led to long queues and shortages of some basic foodstuffs in supermarkets as Zimbabweans panicked and investors sounded the alarm on the economy’s condition.

While Mugabe and the government describe the new ministry as “protective” i.e. acting in a defensive role, there are worries it is really aimed at attacking, like controlling social media use locally. This all comes as Zimbabwe finalizes a Computer and Cyber Crimes Bill that has already attracted criticism from human rights and freedom of expression campaign groups.

It’s easy to understand why social media is something of a thorn in the government’s side. The 93-year old president has become a meme on African social media (not just Zimbabwe) for “closing his eyes” during major events, reading the wrong speech and tripping over. But the more sinister, and likely, reason, is that the ZANU PF-controlled government may be concerned about the use of social media to organize opposition to its 37-year rule since independence. Top of the party’s list of concerns will be curtailing the role of social media in next year’s re-election campaigns for Mugabe.

A Mugabe spokesman said the new minister will be able to learn from the experience of other countries including China and Russia, two countries known for their censorship of both local and major social media platforms. The spokesman George Charamba described those countries as having “done well in ensuring some kind of order and lawfulness in that area (Cyber-space),”
Law expert, Alex Magaisa, said this week that “creating a standalone ministry to monitor cyberspace also shows Mugabe’s penchant for expanding instruments of coercion as opposed to protection of fundamental freedoms.”

“People have been making jokes about this ministry but I see serious threat to freedom of expression, access to information and the right to privacy,” said Chris Musodza, an ICT expert based in Harare. “We now have a ministry dedicated to surveillance and monitoring of the cyberspace.”
