Many will return to betnaija and betking shops with the hope that they will win 40 million with 100 naira to marry and train their children. Others will return to their Yahoo which many of them don't really get paid because of lack of jobs, the girls who should be gainfully employed would continue to run a makeup business on WhatsApp (a front for her sexual trade) and that 24 year old final year student in UNILAG will resume school next year at the age of 25 while the senator's 22 year old son would return abroad to a job at NNPC or CBN.

The cycle continues because #endsars was our problem. I almost forgot that the underemployed SARS officials would be redeployed to other units where they will still earn their " big" salary of 41,000 naira a month while waiting for the next unlucky person that will pay 500,000 naira as bail for overtaking and denting a celebrity's Range Rover.

If you believe that protest culture in Nigeria has developed then you should rethink. This protest does not affect the ruling class directly. It will only turn wives of mobbed policemen to widows and parents of murdered protesters to mourners.While the elites remain untoched.

Friends is good no doubt, having a lot of friends makes someone gets connected in the society. There are many advantage coming from having many friends, meanwhile some people still want to keep the circle of their friends small to avoid unnecessary drama.


I once seek an advice from my friend on how to leave Nigeria for a better livelihood outside the country. He gave a lot of reason why I shouldn't leave the country which I somehow was convincing. To my greatest surprise, I saw my guy on Facebook taking pictures with white folks like Osuofia in London . He left for Canada after telling me story for the gods on how Nigeria will be heaven later.
I later travelled sha.


Another experience, when I went to pageantry with my friends, though I never planned to partake, my schoolmate told me to replace him looking how fresh I was then sha, but I needed to look more dope. I had to borrow my guys necklaces and wrist watch immediately. While awaiting for result, these guys decided to take away those stuff in the public, just to shame me. I later won sha, And decided not to borrow again.

In my hood then when i had a fine babe and she was so proud of me posting me everywhere as the main guy. I know some guys in pain about her actions but will never believe that my real paddy wants the babe too. The guy toast the babe she refused, the nonsense guy came to me to call the girl names. With this experience I avoided public relationship.

Many experience though, is it when you ask your classmate how you preparing for exam, he will tell you, I'm yet to open my book. Or is it those that say love na scam, getting married. Or those saying school na scam, furthering their education. And so on

@ the bolded...that just reminded me of one of my guys...we were close in every aspect but by then me I had already started having that trust issues and was keeping my distance...our major love for series and movies brought us close...and we were both the smartest science students...anyway whenever it was exam time or test time if I ask have you read this or do you under this? He will usually lie and say no meanwhile after I will see he answered the question correctly, I didn't even use to waste energy confronting him cos at the end of the day I would always still score higher but the fact he was lying to my face probably cos he was trying to close the gap in scores was just childish...if he can do that then when real life comes and it's time for job hunting there's no telling what he can do to have a position where we are both candidates to be selected
