Yes it does, the lead statement under admin assistant is the same with my job description in my employment letter. Just the same way it appears in cic website. Can I use admin assistant to apply under provincial nominee?

I honestly do not like to involve myself into arguments like this, but I must point this out. In my GCMS note, the only documents that the visa officer mentioned that he reviewed were, my wife,s school enrollment, our bank statements, her Canada lease agreement, letter from host personal pysician, copy of marriage certificate, children's birth certificates, no apparent criminality (copy of Nigeria police report). Medical not done yet.
What ever this means! These were not the only documents I submitted in vfs! Then I asked myself, what happened to all the documents that I submitted?
I think those were the only documents that they scanned to the visa officer that was in charge of my paper application in Shanghai! At the end of the day, my visa was refused citing several reasons, including lump sum, which I explained and even added documents to back it up, unfortunately, the visa officer did not see that. God bless you as you draw your conclusion.

How and why will VFS drop an applicant's documents via paper route when the bag that is issued with your documents is sealed and handed to the applicant to submit at a different section of the VFS office? VFS is simply an outsourcing firm that handles visa application submissions, and transmits those documents to the Embassy! I have gone through the paper route twice and not a single document was dropped! Who are you that we need to know on this thread? Are you a Visa officer? Even your application can be rejected! Who even told you that the VO's at Nairobi are Indian-Canadians? Do you know any of them? Have you met any one of them? Normal thing, I went to children's practice few days after submission then scan the slip through email to London Visa office, my sister did same too. I don't know if it's the right thing but it worked for me. And I thank God.

Update! Got my passport today with Canada visa. I return all glory to God! My kids passport still in high commission! Submitted separately because their passport request came before mine. It will end in praise for everyone of us.

Actually my kids applied for visiting visa to accompany us to Canada, am sure by the time they realized, they had already sent the passport request. All good. Will get their pp and proceed to the hospital. Thanks guys.

There might be an error somewhere which made it to come up this way. I'll advise you get the passport after visa stamping and thereafter, take your kids for the medical test as requested by CIC. A medical request last for 30 days, I believe the time for visa stamping and courier delivery won't take up to 7 working days.

Yes oh sent the medical slip through CSE after submission.

Please guys I have an enquiry, SOWP approved and Passport request the same day, to my greatest surprise, my kids got medical request the next day after I had submitted our passports as requested. Still waiting to get back our passports from vfs before I can take them to go do medical. What should I call this one. The thing is making me to have mixed feeling.

Are you sure of this? I think I have seen a number of persons here who confirmed that they didn't undergo an upfront medicals during their application submission, but later went for it and send it to CIC through the webform/email, which was updated as "MEDICAL PASSED" on their MyCIC Account.
