The loan rule says you can't use more than 30-33% of your salary for loan repayment - let even assume the officer doesn't have any other loan running.

30% of 50k = 15k.

number of months to pay = 8000000/15000 = 534 months

= 44 years

Many of them are already between 40 and 50 years of age.
