Good day Friends and Well wishers of this recruitment, i have a suggestion for all here to ponder on and make thier own inputs. This recruitment we believe is from NCDMB or atleast from its Associates, no matter how stealthy they might want to make it look or make the world to think it's not from them, the facts is the world already knows to some extent its from them or at least, the facts is pointing towards their directions.. Therefore, my proposition goes this way;
1) Cant we officially write as a group of concerned Nigerians inquiring (freedom of information act) from Ncdmb and FCC copying SERVICOM and HMoSPR on the status of this recruitment they started in 2020. OR
2) As soon as we're arm with the necessary information and facts about the recruitment, we can proceed to send a delegation to the Secretary or HR office on a fact finding mission about the status of the recruitment.
3) A letter can also be written to the (Testmi, Quomos system) conductors/organizers of those exams seeking clarification and also copying necessary authorities on the status of the process they started aswell.

In all, i believe if we want to see a turn around, we must deviate from our usual mentality of waiting in idleness, keeping hope alive and celebrating idiotic updates which sometimes is decapitating our brains from thinking out a way. I believe in the can do mentality and to be honest with you guys inaction is a killer of dreams and destiny. Let's all put our heads together now and make a move, whatever moves we can think of, we can never tell what difference or impact it could make.
Let it be that we tried and failed than live or leave here in regrets..

# I implore those of us who has link in FCC to start doing their findings there for clues (clearance, permissions, notices, memos etc) pointing the recruitment to NCDMB as this would be a good place to start from, since if we are writing to them, we need to provide them with all the necessary evidence and proofs to show they're the ones recruiting.

Suggestions are welcome as to how to go about it. I personally I'm open to any kind of ideas towards realizing this venture. God bless ye all,

The recruitment is still very much alive but stop giving people unscheduled dates for APL, weeks of calling and month of resumption, you don't work in NCDMB neither are you entirely correct please. You've given uncountable failed date without nothing to prove for it, yet you still given more failed date to innocent hopefuls. ES hasn't said anything as of yesterday but he must definitely say something after meeting with the Hon Minister for Petroleum. I laugh at those saying what they don't know about FCC & NCDMB recruitment. Stop counting failed date for yourself. They will most definitely call you for "documentation".

this particular recruitment (or the process) has already taken lots of time. i don't know what actually is the issue(s) behind it. we've fought ourselves, argued, anticipated and above all prayed but all to no avail for now, No updates or intel seems to effectively point us to the right direction. i pray if still alive as speculated, the outcome favours a larger percentage of us.

Alots here are unstable and therefore lack the needed faculties to process out fake informations pass unto them thoroughly, they rush to post(or should i say declare)them indicating they're connected whereas in the real sense they're disconnected to the reality of things inside(both in processes and protocols to the recruitment). funny thing is lots of half baked graduates here will look forward to having this type of infos from various funny sources turning out as declared here. I'm imagining at least seeing faces attached to all these cabbages one day.. how can a schooled graduate come out to say management is weakling in its decision making, so it's your informant that's strong right? Or are the purported management under your direct supervision that you'll say they're not meeting up to the set targets?? Young graduates should learn to be able to streamline/distinguish between i Hearsay, Plans and Decisions accorded issues. For the mere fact that management maybe planning or considering having certain things done in the course of this recruitment doesn't mean a decision or action has been taken or even going to be taken.. very few here understands the logic and bodylanguages to these things. Anyway, I expect gullible minds as usual to come out in defense of those refracs who uses this platform to project their inconsistencies and ignorance all the time, i'm also expecting a lecture on how plans had changed in dye minute preparations, how it's the norm in government organisations, even in life nothing is set on stone talk. It's been a while here.

There was a strategic meeting on manpower audit yesterday between the HR and corporate communications division where the ongoing recruitment was extensively discussed and the fake job ads circulating in Bayelsa state recently. This post was to inform the general public about it. This doesn't nullify the advertised oil and gas job vacancy of 2020 by NCDMB. This is one of the numerous reasons the board decided to publish the recruitment without stating name of the agency in the newspaper advert to avoid unscrupulous persons from hijacking it.

Interview has been tentatively fixed for 2nd/3rd week of October. There is still ongoing deliberation for either Virtual or Physical Interview in Nigeria Content Tower, Yenogoa. Mails would drop anytime soon ahead.

About 500 applicants have been shortlisted for the interview, dominated by GT from the first batch of applicants to upload documents and EH from the second batch for about 150 positions.

If there is any group of "Naive" set of humans in this thread, it is this guy called Newcastle and his followers. i mean what on earth would make you feel and acknowledge you have no powers in the first instance over events leading or in control of this recruitment process as ascertained by you yet you'll come here over and over to make unsubstantiated announcements as if you're the president of the republic with 100% confidence without considering the first instance which you seemed to reference from time to time. our personal characters is different, i agree, in as much as you're entitled to unnecessarily rushing here with fake gist, and other users too entitled to giving you thumbs up, alot of us here too also have it in our character not to condone nonsense.. be guided. I in particular is also looking for positive good news but not that which is rushed to announced prematurely with authority.

My advice; go to a local bookshop and tell them to give you the latest GMAT with workbook. It’s #2500 each and 3k in some places. Both shouldn’t be more than 6k (bought mine for 5k).

It only states "congratulations for completing the second round of the test..... then proceed to upload certificate"

Scores isn’t the issue here sir / mam, they are still in the screening out process trust me . Is there anyone who has received the mail with high score and a 2-1?? That should be what we should looking at before we can conclude. Believe me they will drop a lot of ppl through this new method, mind us that they have deadline to which they have to provide those documents. My own is what happens next ?

Yes, they're trying to screen out those peeps with more clarification to their credentials #note they're lots of people with scores below 60% that have gotten the mails. so we can boldly say that they're doing some form(s) of verification with this set of peeps, some will be definitely dropped for not meeting up to the required minimum qualification needed but the big questions remains..

There seems to be problems with the old oilandgas website hence prompting the need to pull the successful ones to refill and upload Credentials in the new website. it is what it is, how else would one explain reasons for creating a new database website and excluding those with low scores. if you score well above 75%, you can try logging in with your email and P@$$w0rD1 as password (as a matter of fact everyone can try this too). from my Observation, the cutoff isn't the same for all.

Well, my observation from what happened is this;
Its definitely an error, either from an early incomplete impending invites for next stage/regret mail to concern candidates Or totally a malfuctioning problem from the system (ie programing issues, hacking, database challenges or even mistake from the admins). Every person should know its nothing so far no communication or any tip whatsoever was conveyed/embeded in the mail.. I implore all to pls be expectant and keep calm.

#This is not to discourage the few among us who are genuinely informed or connected from coming out to educate us on what's happening.. God bless all!!
