As air rises, the pressure decreases. It is this lower pressure at higher altitudes that causes the temperature to be colder on top of a mountain than at sea level.

Uhm...why would SAN publisize exact details of it refit? Besides you said the Valours never even went in for a refit, and i just proved you wrong, As for your so called stealth, even in your source it states and i quote "The cutting edge exclusive design gives minimum radar footprint" As in the minimum radar footprint which the X-38 design allows, if you didnt know, the X-38 is offered as a civilian boat as well, and thus its not designed to be stealthy.

Looks like SAN might be getting as much as 8 OPVs and 6 IPVs
