Nnewi or Ihiala should be the capital of Orlu or ETITI State if you want it to succeed.

Other people like Ikwere, Anioma can agitate for their own states without needing to be added in Southeast. That means other region will also create. Not a problem, my own proposal for equity is 7 or 8 states for each of the six zones. There are currently many agitations for new states in each region.

It is fine if you think they are businesses . While I agree that some are , not all are . It is a shame what is happening but not all churches are like that.

However we should reason that if any member of the church dies( rich or poor)) , it is expected that the church leadership show empathy and restraints during such periods . The pastor’s wife is a reflection of the pastor . Anything she does falls back on her husband . Almost a whole family died ! I have lost loved ones and I couldn’t do much for two weeks. Nothing stops any member of the church to celebrate their birthdays . But with leadership comes a greater responsibility .

I understand your argument from a business perspective . But churches are not businesses according to the laws of this country .

All the other proposed state institutions like colleges of education, teaching hospital etc etc are not to be sited in Owerri it's just poor rulership made them not to be functional.

The abrupt relocation of imo State university to Owerri, at the site that might have been girls secondary school, was because of dividing Okigwe into two just to give Abia a university to start with.
Poor rulership again played into this as none of the proposed IMSU permanent sites (njaba, mbaise, oguta etc) have come to fruition.
LET IT BE MADE CLEAR THAT ORLU ZONE HAS BEEN THE ONE RULING IMO; Udenwa 8yrs, Okorocha 8yrs, Uzodinma 8yrs. Arthur Nzeribe, Izunaso and many other notable Imo politicians are from ORLU zone.
Currently Orlu zone has two state universities, teaching hospital, international market and one state polytechnic. So how is it Owerri holding them

you're wrong . Usually it's in the tenancy agreement if you the tenant is responsible for repairs or the landlord. And most of the times it's the landlord and can be sued if he defaults.
