Owerri zone stripped Orlu zone bare of any government tertiary education institutions and establishments during the military era. All the 6 federal and state universities in Imo state are located in Owerri zone.

Imo state university Uturu okigwe is not in Owerri.
Imo polytechnic (now university) umuagwo ohaji is not in Owerri.
Federal government college Okigwe is not in Owerri
All the other proposed state institutions like colleges of education, teaching hospital etc etc are not to be sited in Owerri it's just poor rulership made them not to be functional.

I don't know how federal government located both futo and Federal polytechnic nekede in basically the same community. And Alvan Ikoku sits besides government house and Medical Centre.

The abrupt relocation of imo State university to Owerri, at the site that might have been girls secondary school, was because of dividing Okigwe into two just to give Abia a university to start with.
Poor rulership again played into this as none of the proposed IMSU permanent sites (njaba, mbaise, oguta etc) have come to fruition.
LET IT BE MADE CLEAR THAT ORLU ZONE HAS BEEN THE ONE RULING IMO; Udenwa 8yrs, Okorocha 8yrs, Uzodinma 8yrs. Arthur Nzeribe, Izunaso and many other notable Imo politicians are from ORLU zone.
Currently Orlu zone has two state universities, teaching hospital, international market and one state polytechnic. So how is it Owerri holding them

I don't know if they'll all agree with Orlu as the name or better to find another River like Urasi to use as name[Niger state is already taken] or they should find an English nomenclature (e.g. Rivers, Delta, Cross River, Plateau) maybe something like Orient, Heartland, Northern Imo😂 or Southern Anambara 😁

I would rather propose equal 8 states for each zone (or 7 if the North will agree)

Some parts of Delta and Rivers states are grumbling about the location of their capitals in another tribe bla bla. Bayelsa has only 8 LGAs so Anioma and Ikwere can go their separate ways as their own respective states or merged together to become one state or whatever.

Southeast would get 2 to 3 new states ending the political marginalisation of Owerri zone and developmental neglecting of Okigwe

Those with 6 states will get 1 or 2 more states but Those with 7 states already will not feel left out if it's rounded up to 8 states for every region

The landlord's duty is to fix the building plumbing and electricals up to code, making it possible to connect to the grid.
It's none of his business if the government grid doesn't exist or fails to work. You can't sue your landlord for blackout or water shortage. You can only sue him for not installing pipes and wires originally in the building to aid you access those amenities provided by the public government.

Since when did landlord become Government that provides amenities? Are you paying water rate to the landlord? Is he the one that spoilt it? Is water or electricity part of function of a building (like roof)?
You the resident are responsible for payments, repairs and reconnection of your water and electricity whether in Nigeria, U.S.A or Europe(no matter if you're tenant or landlord).

The duty of the landlord is to lay the water pipes and electrical wires in the house during building. Provision of said electricity or pipe borne water is beyond his jurisdiction.
Sinking of borehole, Installing of generators or water pumping machine is a grace offered to you by the landlord or neighbourhood based on the inadequacies of our governments.

If you think you're too wise, make sure you disconnect it before packing into the house and wait for public supply.

We can all see how much Wike's willing to scatter his own state because he's not getting everything exactly how he wanted.
So Nigerians, Atiku, Tinubu and Obi may not be your problem, it is Wike who contributed to impose this current economic situation on you and is willing to burn the whole place down.

FG taking everything to the North.

They tried and succeeded in using oil and tribalism to divide the eastern region. Many unwise individuals including some Igbo (who may behave like the ones you mentioned) think Biafra was an Igbo struggle. It started from the plights of native people in Ogoni and other places when the oil cartel struck. Their propaganda made the Asaba side think they were any less Igbos just because they weren't across the River Niger yet they sent soldiers there multiple times to massacre them.
THEY CREATED hurriedly created Rivers state just to make you think Oil is what the other Igbos were after but now as we can see, Nigeria has multiple oil producing spots including Lagos and even the north will join.

Nigeria should be in regions instead of this fake geopolitical zones. Delta, Cross River and Rivers states(English names) are the most confusing creations of these cabals(they tried to rectify it for the Ijaw people with Bayelsa).
The people are neglected so much in relation to what they deserve or the output of their lands. And they planted cultism, drug and arms trafficking businesses there to forestall the people having a positive realisation of events. Some parts of Rivers and Delta states deserve to be carved out to form one state (or two) and stay on their own. In fact those 3 states(just like many others) deserve to be dissolved and reformed to suit the people's representations. I mean Bayelsa with only 8 LGAs was formed for the Ijaw people.

The entire North isn't owned by Hausa or Fulani, Yoruba and Igbo doesn't start and end in Southeast or Southwest. Many tribe's identity are being lost at the national level. There's just a lot of things wrong with the formation of this country and one of the major reasons Nigeria isn't really working as it should.

I see you are a Redmi campaigner. The full android 14 on Redmi A3 is a recipe for disaster except when you get the 6gb ram version. Don't sway people because you hate itel phones. Unisoc T603 is a better performer. Itel failed to add more RAM to the A70. I handled the Redmi A3 at Ikeja and honestly it was unpleasant. Apps crashing here and there. It was the 4gb ram variant tho. MIUI on top of android 14 is too heavy on that poor Helio G36. Nokia G20 uses Helio G35 and stock android yet it lags. Imagine MIUI on top of it again. That is the case with Redmi A3. It's not palatable. I actually don't like itel products as well but I can't cos of that push people to Redmi A3 which is very poor in performance. If itel A70 is poor, Redmi A3 is very poor.

I'm impressed with the latest Itel phones. They came out with some trendy features and mix of Samsung plus iPhone designs. They even used mediatek G91 on their new S24.
REDMI A3 is the cheapest version Redmi right now. Its definitely not a powerhouse device and I don't use it.
However, as long as it's itel, running on android GO, that's already a recipe for disaster. Many useful apps and bank apps are not available on android GO playstore and won't run on the device. I have used different ITEL Android Go devices. In fact, any device on android GO, no matter the brand, should be avoided.
Even that A3 will solve more things and retain it's features quality in the long run..
