Imo state University no longer admits new students in Medicine and surgery, meaning that Imo state no longer has a university teaching hospital. Some people say that governor Hope Uzodinma has taken loads of things in the teaching hospital to Umuguma Specilialist Hospital in Owerri.

I don't know what he did or why. Teaching hospital remains in orlu while specialist hospital is in umuguma. That's another story.
Rochas' free education scam crumbled education sector and Imo institutions lost various accreditation. Hope finished the remaining.

Rome was not built in a day. Owerri and it's institutions did not gain that popular status overnight. Calling them petty institutions is A lack of vision and ingratitude.

Imo polytechnic Omuma is orlu zone. University of science umuagwo is in orlu zone.
Naval base Oguta is in orlu zone.
State University in ideato is in orlu zone.
The roads in orlu that leads to owerri, awo-omama, okigwe, mbano and anambara have been built and rebuilt by Udenwa, Okorocha and Uzodinma.

GRV can go to any igbo state and contest without problems if he is from there or he has the popularity.

All the Yoruba Traders, Police, Pastors, Transporters, Agbo sellers and construction site workers etc don dey plenty pass igbos for here. Northerners, Chadians and Nigeriens in Ala Igbo nko? Their own matter don pass bucket.
