So let's start dia find a comunity outskirts of ur town or even anoda state wia land <= 1mil (weda ful or half plot) build 2rooms (400k) i_style for now.. LAND PRICE WILL DOUBLE OR TRIPLE IN 2 YEARS AND YOU CAN SELL RE-INVEST. It's also a good business plan.

Now afta securing ur own personally bought land u stl hav lets say 1.4mil remaining

BUSINESS PLANS:

1)AGPRICULTURE/CATERING/BAKING: This includes a wide range of small or medium scale enterprises e.g. Doughnut, meat pie, popcorn, chin chin, ice cream, cake making, fast food/shawarma spot, restuarant, snooker + bar, poultry, fish, piggery, COLD ROOM, beer/drinks, event decoration and catering services for occasions e.t.c. depot ESTIMATE: 500k-1.7mil @ ur desired or rented location based on your ability to supply products to market/customers.
