Supreme court dismissed the case cos high court did same and appeal court both did same and that's cos it was a pre-election matter and when it was filed it was already a post election matter and so they dismissed it cos they cannot file a pre-election case during post election matter.

INEC has little or nothing to do here as most of the issues have already been determined by the supreme court and the judges of the Court of Appeal/ PEPT will just rely on judicial precedents. The Petitioners have not also shown substantial non-compliance of INEC with the Electoral Act. INEC can win the case without calling a witness.

Oga, first of all, the onus of proof is on those who assert. The defence can sit down and do nothing so long as the petitioners have not prove their case. Also, it is not by loading evidence upon evidence on the court. Once an evidence is admissible in court, you have to prove its relevance and connection to the case at hand, not just using the court as a dumping ground. For example, EC8As were admitted as evidence in court. What was expected of these selfish and stupid lawyers was to at least bring out samples of their grievances and present it to the judges. Don't be too quick to rule off what they did as nonsense. They are experts on electoral petitions and even won a recent case for Adeleke of Osun state. They made their grievances known with documents to show for it, the judges went through them and adopted as evidence, next week Inec, Apc, Tinubu and Shetima legal team will be obligated to defend their case and Inec is obligated to prove before the court that all allegations before the court are false then come up with their evidence and proves as a defense. I still don't know how Tinubu is gonna come out of perjury case hanging on his neck and fake NYSC document he also presented. How you see all these and more evidence accepted by the court as weak still baffles me, this is a serious matter and Tinubu legal team admitting to Tinubu owning a Guinean passport but giving an excuse on the ground that the passport expired some years ago and so does his citizenship to Guinea expired is a devastating blow to Tinubu and yet you're saying they don't have a strong case against Tinubu and INEC? Stop playing!

In less than 6days Inec will have to defend their mandate with evidence enough to sustain their position that Tinubu won the election, and also prove with enough evidence that Tinubu didn't commit perjury and actually submited fake certificate document to Inec. What LP did was submit enough evidence, let Inec submit theirs and then the judge will rule based on evidence with justice or rule it off based on favoritism. Atleast they will be setting a pace for the judiciary in future court cases. The table could turn tomorrow you know. Karma always have a way of paying everyone in their own coin and seved hot hot!

I asked the same question too, I know it doesn't make sense for someone to submit a fake when you supposedly have the original, my reply was not to pass a verdict weather tinubu graduated or not, it was just to clarify that hundeyin's point of argunment is against the result submitted being fakeand not weather he graduated or not.

Kenya transmitted raw figures, while Yakubu said INEC will only transmit snapped image of polling unit results direct from polling units to iREV in realtime (meaning as soon as voting and counting ends in each polling unit), so mark the difference.



What it means is that Kenya did their own result collation electronically which their electoral law had provision for but Nigeria's electoral law doesn't permit electronic collation of election result which they claim can be hacked, understood. But transmitting snapped polling unit election result to INEC's server known as iREV is not result collation, it is for public credibility purpose and to guard against rigging of results during final manual collation since Nigerians can do manual collation using the originally uploaded snapped polling unit results on iREV to check for discrepancies with final result announced by INEC.


So this is where the problem is and where INEC used to rig the election because snapped polling unit result sheets of NASS election conducted same time with Presidential election were being uploaded and transmitted successfully on realtime to INEC's iREV (result viewing online portal) on the election day but Presidential election own wasn't going through, which tells you there was something fishy.


Nobody expected INEC to transmit the raw figures counted from polling units, what we expected is the snapped polling unit results uploaded and transmitted to iREV direct from every polling unit as done in Osun state.



You can hack raw figure transmission but you cannot hack snapped picture of polling unit result which must be the original INEC result sheet from polling unit bearing the signatures of each party's polling unit agent; APC, LP, PDP, NNPP, others.



Hope you understand the difference now?

And that's where they shot themselves on the leg cos there is alot of discrepancies between the uploaded results on the Irev to the AC8A forms of most polling units and original AC8B, AC8C forms which Inec provided and gave to LP which labour party have duly submitted at the Tribunal and the Result Announced by Inec to the public that made them declare Tinubu winner. There is about 18,088 polling units EC8A forms that are blurry on Irev but also mutilated on the EC8A forms and yet results was ruled in favor of APC. Those who rigged this election were not smart about it and that's gonna be their own undoing!

It's called 3 authentication. Irev cannot be separated from the Bvas as the information on the Irev is what the Bvas machine uploaded to the Irev portal and every information on the Irev is supported by the data on the Bvas backend, so there's no room for manipulations. Irev is relevant to the case, no stone must be left unturn as it might end up hurting us...
