Someone gave me a simple job of making an existing static site template responsive within 24 hours and I blew it. A simple task that should take few hours, it looked all good on my localhost only to test it on netlify and it turned out to be a disaster. I'm just so ashamed of myself.

I've been learning web dev since mid last year though its been a case of one month on three months off, I've been grossly inconsistent due circumstances beyond my control. I haven't even coded this year because I come back from my menial hustles with battered bones and weak muscles. You can imagine trying to code after offloading a trailer load of cement all day. I even had to use bet shops around for the gig amidst the pangs of hunger I felt while working coupled with the noisy and distracting environment I was working in which contributed to my legendary blunder.

At the age of 30 and unemployed I've always seen programming as my way out of poverty but it seems I'm not good enough. I'm painfully watching that little flicker of hope fizzle out before my tearful eyes. Which other skill can I dabble into product design?? I suck at designs reason why my frontend skills is below average... should I try backend?? I'm just confused, frustrated and down casted not knowing the next step to take while time is no longer on my side.

Life currently has no meaning and direction to me, I just seem to be flowing aimlessly with the flow. My situation is giving me sleepless nights and I now rely on drugs to sleep for even three hours a day.

I really need someone to talk to, I'm really tired of trying to work out things on my own. I'm 30, broke, lonely and depressed, single has been a constant in my life's equation cos I don't even like myself for who I am presently so I don't expect someone's daughter to like me in this my miserable state.

Someone should please show me the way, this dark tunnel is fast turning to a maze that I can't navigate on my own.

If not for scientific discoveries and innovation, the world would have been faced with scarcity of food and other resources for livelihood, due to the ever increasing population growth while the resources to sustain this population is scarce and few in comparison. But scientific inventions in agriculture, mechanization of agricultural produce and industrialization of farm mechanism have been able to curb this problem. The world is full of problem and human are designed to profer solutions to the world's problems. Look at what human have been able to achieve both in technology, communication, medicine and Transportation of human, goods and services. All these are scientific inventions and it has greatly improve human survival. So, pls learn to think outside the box next time. Cheers!

The only solution I see to this problem is for you to get another side hustle that would generate another income streams of income for you. Acquire skills if need be, skills like cable and satellite installation, barbing or some basic skills. And be good at it. Then u can be doing this side hustle to add up to your monthly take home. And pls, you need to set future plans for your wife. Open a small kiosk for her in front of the house. Let her be doing some small petty trade business. Atleast that will cover some gap. And ur mistake is taking your mom in. You suppose know say two women no fit stay for thesame roof for long without beef na. Your mom and your wife will continue to have issues till ur mom finds another accomodation. Your mom should go back to her people back in the village. You can be sending her 10k monthly for her upkeep for now. While u continue to build your life and set out plans. Once things are better, you can rent a house and bring your mum back into her own personal apartment.
And pls don't add to this triplets you already have, until you're financially boyant enough. May God help you, cos it 2yrs time, your kids would have grown enough to begin school. And u know how expensive school is. That's why you need to work hard and increase your earnings so u will be able to meet up.

Lolz. This OP is funny. Well I bedwet till I was 22yrs before I stopped. Prior to when I stopped, I prayed, fast. Promised God and all forms of sacrifices so I could stop cos it was embarrassing. But I didn't. So, I gave up and just live a normal life. I actually didn't even notice I stopped, till one day it became obvious. Today I'm 34yrs old and never betwet from 22-34yrs now.
