I asked progress from what to what? Was it u I questioned or quoted? Another moniker answered, I accepted their reasoning but gave my own opinion. ChrisKels: It is your task Bkus you the one looking for reasons to prove we wrong to have called Nwakali's debut a progress from his previous years of no actions. Joke's on you bro |

no need for the question, go ahead and dig the post. and then we can look at the context of it as well. ChrisKels: Do you remember your exact words when Osimhen made his Charleroi debut? |

The only thing Nwakali has going for him is his wonderful showing at the U17 WC in 2015. He’s shown some brilliant flashes at the U23 level. Other than that we are just being hopeful. I’m more concerned about Musa Yahaya, who seem to have an inferior agent, and has done better in Europe playing as a RB instead. It’s unfortunate he’s not competing in his preferred position. He needs to leave that club quickly. . sheyishemba: baba I never said James wasn't mentioned Here but he wasn't given as much hype as nwakali ....james name was mentioned when he was damn Good at Segunda division that some many teams in la liga wanted to sign him then e.g sevilla et al since he didnt make it to LA liga they was an huge silent on him praying one day he go blow but nwakali has been a recurring issue on this thread not coz of his talent, ability or be plays in better club people like adeyemi karim who even plays In RB Salzburg has not been given recognition here like nwakali despite his hype has he lived up to expectation?? hell no!!!! he has been on the lips of so many since his days EREDEVISE second league after many months he has been signed by huesca he just made a cameo just yesterday person no wan hear word again ....igbekeme has been playing almost of real zaragoza games this season yet you guys no mention am this season (remember the last time he was mentioned here he was arguably one of the best midfielder in segunda and ever since then he has been consistent) Dennis adeniran trained with the first team of everton last week and barring any injuries he should be playing this weekend same with Jackson Ipalibo who has been very good this season in Norway and has been tipped on making his return to Villarreal you guys no see that one one lad nah clock 8 minute for huesca who is Fourth on segunda division table and Igbekeme team nah second for this division yet no recognition this season SMH thats favouritism |

Yes agreed. Talking SE prospect, On the back of what performance did Nwakali get an SE invite? Anyway, Let’s not repeat this argument. We have treated it before. It’s Yobo in charge of the B team now, abi? komekn: He has been playing consistently in the Segunda División for a few seasons. But nobody has mentioned his name.
However, Nwakali that has not played professional football for close to two seasons is a SE prospect after 8 minutes as a substitute in the Segunda División
Is that not super delusional misguided favoritism. Or what else can you call it apart from naked bigoted double standard. |

Ok since no one has, let it rest. Na ghost I dey talk to. I no dey dig posts. I will have to pull several posts together to prove what you want me to prove it to name a moniker. I don’t have that strength. I have things to attend to lol TheSuperNerd: You dodging mentioning who might have said it b'cos no one actually said it. No one. No one has placed Nwakali ahead of anyone. At least, not to my knowledge of the pages seen here since that post on his debut performance in Huesca colors. So it seems the people you address as "placing Nwakali ahead of Igbekeme" are just a figment of your imagination. |

I wouldn’t start any confrontation with any moniker. That was never my intention. But who ever feels attacked by my posts gets it. They can come for my head and we continue from there. TheSuperNerd: Okay fine. Point out one moniker who put Nwakali ahead of Igbekeme simply b'cos of a 13 mins showing? Abeg expose that moniker. Me sef wanna see him and call him to order... Oya na. |

I don’t make generalizations. If he was generalizing, he should say. But he conveyed my idea. TheSuperNerd: The point is you affirming that Sheyishemba said your mind about IGBEKEME not being as hyped as Nwakali was.
Well I just dropped proof that he was. We linked all kinds of la liga clubs to him here. We called him the best CM in Segunda here. So how is that any lesser than what Nwakali got?
Case rested. Every other talk after this point is extraneous. |

Answer for yourself oga. This thread is full of monikers with different doings, but we are all still united for the act that we keep coming here TheSuperNerd: And this is exactly part of what I address. No one has mentioned Nwakali ahead of anyone. We are just glad he is back tapping leather again after over a year in the wilderness of inactivity. That's all.
Even Rohr and the SE media officer are glad for him. I got wind of that. So we move. |

Truth is staring at our faces. Now how could I have meant he didnt get mentions here? TheSuperNerd: Cc Sheyishemba
Even Joebie follow hype am. Tipping him to get an invite ahead of an Ejaria.

There are different school of thoughts here. I don’t make generalizations. We have all hardly done one particular thing or agreed in one thing. So I am not addressing the thread as a whole, but those who place nwakali ahead. Modified I will be making a direct comparison going forward. TheSuperNerd: Even what you meant is still a lie. Igbekeme was overhyped to the heavens on this very thread several times. Don't act amnesiac like you don't remember b'cos I always would remember such.
And there's no need to compare a player who just made his Segunda debut after more than a year of inactive play and has a different skill set to another who has a couple years of Segunda experience and plays in a different manner. One is a deeplying midfield potential and the other is more of a midfield runner with workrate.
I need not say more. |
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Joebie: 11:30pm On Jun 19, 2020 |
Na u get ur mind. But clearly in my mind it meant going forward we have a direct comparison since they both now play in the same league and the same pos. As long as some got that meaning it’s fine by me. TheSuperNerd: My clean mind still sees an attempt to play down Nwakali's debut. There was no need to compare a player making his Segunda debut with another who has been playing there for a few seasons. So I guess the one with agenda for making such comparisons is you. Case closed. |
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Joebie: 11:27pm On Jun 19, 2020 |
The stats says it all. You have to stand out clearly in LaLiga2. That’s the bar I ALSO set for Nwakali. No double standards. Musa Yahaya was arguably one of the most talented players in UAE. I am hopeful of him as much as I am of Nwakali. jihday: the reason why I even quoted that post is because after all the hype they've given Igbekeme here, going by that stat he's just an average player. Nothing exciting |

Dead wrong This is the post: It's James Igbekeme VS K. Nwakali. Both CMs and both in Laliga II Now analyze the post again with a clean mind. Lol TheSuperNerd: That shows you that all along he has been out to just make a comparison between both and make it look like we ignore one over the other when all one did was drop a debut report of one. It is funny. Insinuations being exposed. Lol |

Ok sorry bro. My bad jihday: I still don't understand, have I ever mentioned Nwakali here? I can't even rate his career yet because he doesn't have any career in senior football. I just commented on Igbekeme's stat you posted I don't know why you went to drag Nwakali into the discuss |
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Joebie: 11:18pm On Jun 19, 2020 |
My opening lays the context to my post. By the way, I just read sheyishemba post and that was my point. It’s a good thing that K. Nwakali has made his debut. I am hopeful of him like ALL Nigerian players. TheSuperNerd: Joebie... K.Nwakali made his debut. Igbekeme didn't play that game. A report was dropped and it shows positive signs that the lad could be making a fine comeback if he builds on this but you obviously had a problem with it b'cos you bring in Igbekeme as if he hasn't been mentioned before. It's not even like anyone is already saying, "Hey Rohr give Nwakali an invite bla bla bla".
It is not hard to tell where one is going with words. |
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Joebie: 11:16pm On Jun 19, 2020 |
That’s the point. I don’t have to put much effort in my post as long as some like you get it. sheyishemba: what I did not know I've been following this thread before 2018 WCQ truly James was mentioned here what he has hyped as nwakali hell no !!!! and mind you he has a better career than nwakali at least the lad has been consistent in the segunda division all this unnecessary attention to nwakali is very lame only 8 minute in segunda division person no hear again biko just stop being delusional, okay ? |

The keyword is “ahead”. That should be the argument. Who gets mentioned here ahead of the other? TheSuperNerd: Then try to be much clearer next time. Saying Igbekeme deserves a mention ahead of Nwakali is very very insinuating. Making it sound like we haven't talked about the Igbekeme lad before or given him plenty attention. Was it even a comparison? Did Igbekeme play in the Huesca vs Mirandes game? Was Igbekeme mentioned in the match report as regards Nwakali's debut?
You just wanted to start unrelated talk. Nothing more. |
