But I don't get why they had to give zone A two slots rather than zone B .. I'm not even sure if the WAFU zones existed before the draw.. if it did,then that's why zone A had two slots and B 1

my attitude 2 issues of tribal identity is to respect the opinions of peoples from the said community. If they call themselves whatever name even though their language and culture says otherwise who am I to disagree. Australians even though we know their ancestors were originally from britain we don't say they're british but australians same way americans or canadians even though most of their people originally came from england. Even though some communities in Edo state speak and bear yoruba names we can't insist they are yorubas if they choose not to identify themselves as such. Like you I have met friends and colleagues from kwale, ika areas who insist they are not Igbo. I know a lot of ikwerres also do that as well

In terms of possession and our combinations while in possession we were clearly better in my opinion.

At least you agree with me that the unity question in the constitution is ironic. So how could there be unity when people see themselves so diffferently and people do not have the right to identify with whatever they choose to identify with. Inter-marriage ain’t a thing. I stand for unification, and unity amongst ethnic groups. So there should be no segregation what's so ever within ethnicities.

Before u call me rigid in terms of ethnic relationships my Children are half Igbo, half Yoruba with little Fulani lineage as my wife's Great Grand Father on maternal side is a full blooded Fulani man

Mid-west, western, northern, Eastern etc are just political tags. It don’t change the tribes of the people in them. Even Nigeria is just a tag — a colonial one.

I was born in Lagos, I grew up in Lagos. I have spent 98% of my entire life outside the South East. Do u know I can chose to say I am not Igbo?

Oga we have been on this issue for pages now, and I’ve been very careful not to go political for some good reasons.

We are in a democratic society with clear established democratic institutions.

These institutions the legislature and the executive have elected members that represents the people. That's Democracy and there are democratic pathways to pursue these matters.

To date not one member of the state legislature and or Federal legislature have raised a motion for seccesion within the area in question. Not one state governor has given his consent or support to this agitation. Might I add the elite class of technocrats overwhelming have been very quiet from that area.

We have people who are not indegenes holding elected and appointed offices in Lagos state. May I suggest that we are possibly seeing the first breaking away from tribal and religious politics that so characterises our political history.

Getting crowds of people to make noise and block roads doesn't equate to overwhelming support.

It reminds me of BREXIT those who voted leave on prejudiced and emotive grounds have discovered how uninformed and misled they were. Now nobody knows what to do. It's become a political nightmare.
