Hahaha
He was kept on the bench how many times."?
Why is it big news that a player was kept on the bench? And Why the "what makes one a Nigerian" question?
Is Otto Gloria a Nigerian? Please expatiate on your entire submission.

forgiveness:
Abuja — Contrary to widely held belief among Nigerian football fans that Ambassasor John Fashanu shunned the national team each time he was invited to come and represent his country of birth, the former England international has said instead, it was the country that refused to benefit from his football talent.

Speaking yesterday in Abuja, the former Wimbledon of England striker said he made concerted efforts to play for the Green Eagles when Brazilian Otto Gloria was in charge of the team but each time he honoured the country's invitation he was kept on the bench.

I only quoted what John Fashanu said but I know that he was on the Nigerian bench for a match.. I have seen his picture with one other Nigerian on the bench sometimes ago.

What makes one a Nigerian?

The current Germany team will beat the Brazil I just saw. But well it was just a friendly.

They made some errors defensively even in the second half that big opponents would have purnished big time

Icon79:
LOL @purnishable. You might have a point there sha. They didn't quite impress me in the first half, but I missed most of the second half so I dunno.

But nevertheless, for me, it's either Brazil or Argentina to win it all. I think that Brazil has the talent and the experience to win it all this time. As for the Argies, they might have an aging team and a weak defenceline but they also have the best player on the planet. So you can never write them off.

I don't want Germany or any one of those overrated Euro teams (Spain, France, or Belgium) to win it. England cannot win it so they don't count grin

Good. That's what I thought seeing the line up earlier.

TheSuperNerd:
The lineup shows that Nacho will play thru the middle behind Ighalo as the AM. Not from the flanks.

Right

There is a greater chance for today's good wingers to cut in. So it doesn't really matter what flank they play.

MetalJigsaw:
Hello guys, there's something I want to ascertain about V. Moses. Which foot is his stronger one is it right, left or both feet since the guy seems to fit in playing comfortably on both flanks for SE.

Thanks.

Nwakali was performing in a "backwater" league at least.

With Sone, the key words, "when he was"

forgiveness:
If we truly reward performance? Why was Sone Aluko not invited to the team even when he was nominated for Football league best player of the season?

https://www.completesportsnigeria.com/iwobi-lookman-aluko-nominated-london-football-awards/amp/
was Nwakali's performance wow before he was invited?

If the second snapshot is Onyekuru at Anderlecht, he did not fail woefully as a striker. Onyekuru prefers the CF role, but yes it is true he hasnt been given a lot of opportunities there. 2 assists and 1 goal from 3 matches is pretty decent for a CF.

Modified
And please that Anderlecht coach is not credible IMO when it comes to having an opinion about onyekuru. Dare to ask me why?

forgiveness:
That is not true. Onyekuru never scored hand full of goals in the CF position. In short, his coach emphatically said Onyekuru can't play as a striker.

Onyekuru is not a striker.

The first snapshot is the stats for Eupen and there is nothing like hand full goals. How many times did he play as striker there? How many 'hand full' goals did he score?

In Anderlecht, he failed woefully as a striker.

Let him fight for the LW slot with Iwobi, Musa and Simon.

grin

U wan lie na
Martz101:
He played there for his former Belgium team Eupen and scored hand full of goals, he started in that position when he left for Anderlecht, before the coach pushed him to the left.

Onyekuru is Thierry Henry and Anthony martial kinda striker, he can play in all position forward but prefer to cut from the left

You are as good as your recent stats. Stop looking for excuses. Later u will shift goal post for another player who plays outside England. Is Iorfa among the best in the Championship currently? Capital NO.
Aina is, and he is in the SE set up.

We reward performance.

komekn:
Dominic was a bonafide regular at Wolves playing good quality on the deck football since the age of 18 winning considerable accolades in the process.

Then comes Mendes into the Wolves equation, new Portuguese manager and he was eased out for Portuguese players. Has to go to a kick and rush team like Ipswich Town.

They are in the same age range.

Educate me what makes Jordan so.much better ❓
