Yea he fainted in disbelief that he has become a striker komekn: I was wondering why he collapsed and almost fainted season is coming to an end and they are getting relegated and he scored a good goal 🥅 for the first time this season. Unfortunately they got beat 3-1 and have remain in relegation since the season started.
Did he faint in disbelief 😱 l can't believe I scored my first goal all season.🤯 🤯
He scored another one in the Segunda Division last season.
Wow he is so prolific. |

I want to see Nwakali get signed by a team where he won’t be looking for another club again sooner to snap him up. I wanted to see him settle down for once in a team that means business. TheSuperNerd: Komekn looking deeply into the video to pick out another "heavy deflection" so that he can discredit Nwakali again. 😁😁 |

Well my question is according to the reports the Sports minister asked NFF to look inwards. Same report said they presented Finidi, Amuneke and in that order of preference. Why does the NFF need the ministry’s nod if they can afford to pay Finidi? elyte89: I think d nff prefers finidi to take over if Dey re going local but d sport minister wants amuneke according to what we av been reading so far |

What I’m not understanding is this. NFF can’t appoint their preferred foreign coach because they don’t have the funds. Why do they still need the Sports Ministry’s say for an indigenous coach pick. Abi dem no fit afford Finidi too? |

Modified So “he should not interfere” (that’s if I even said so), how does it count as an achievement — interfere or not? Olodo! Marjoribanks: This guy you too dense, I swear. You said he should not interfere yet you are asking about his achievements? Are you sure you're okay? What should he have done or do that he is not doing? Oya answer? Olodo Omo! |

Its better to use a quality reference point. His predecessors in the last 10 years were a big joke. So what has he been effective doing at least? lovewins: He's minister of sports not minister of football. My assesment is based on sports in general. Of course he hasn't don't any exceptional person se but he's been very effective and I was literally comparing him with his predecessors hence the "best in a decade" reference. |

Any coach when dem choose, we go dey hopeful. Na either we qualify or we no qualify. Who get the magic wand, we no really know. TheSuperNerd: Yeah, for me, I only figured he wasn't listed when the Tech committee said they recommended only 3 foreign coaches but the confusion was the report of them also settling for a local coach if we cannot afford the foreign coach option. Let them just stay one place.
Honestly, I just want them to be done with this crap show and let us see who emerges coach so I know whether to be hopeful for this generation of our footballers or not. |

We got the news before that 3 foreign coaches were recommended. Na who go pay any of them when emerge be the koko. TheSuperNerd: SHOCKER! Amuneke not listed to be new Super Eagles coach
As incredible as it may sound – SCORENigeria can report today that Emmanuel Amuneke is not being considered for the vacant post of head coach of Super Eagles.
“He’s not one of the three coaches recommended to the NFF executive committee to lead the Super Eagles,” a top official who should know told only SCORENigeria today.
This shocker comes when social media was abuzz with the purported appointment of the former African Footballer of the Year.
Those who have pushed for Amuneke to be appointed as Super Eagles new coach point to him leading the country to win a fifth U17 World Cup in Chile in 2015 and his impressive coaching badges.
He also led Tanzania to the AFCON after a 39-year absence.
While those who oppose his appointment highlight the fact that he assisted Augustine Eguavoen when Nigeria failed to qualify for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar at the expense of arch-rivals Ghana right there in Abuja.
He also failed to qualify the Flying Eagles to the U20 AFCON and his stints in Zambia, Egypt and Sudan did not have a happy ending. |

I hope Ejaria’s career is not over komekn: Etebo was one of our best players in the 2018 world cup.
Oviemuno Ejaria was an outstanding player with a mercurial mentality that has near ended his career at a mere 26 year's of age.
Incomprehensible 🤔 |

I clearly said if one is not Yoruba or Hausa-Fulani, you believe that person has an agenda. What you have just said here buttress my point. This man thinks I have a tribal interest, so he is making a point that he has supported Igbo players, just because he knows I’m neither Yoruba or Hausa-Fulani. No be for this thread I said my best national team is the 2013 Golden Eaglets. Who coached that team? No be this thread I praised Sadiq to high heavens a couple years ago or so? No be for this thread I said Nwakali does not deserve to be in SE a while back? So wetin make me become hypocrite when I never “hype” the likes of Etebo, Ejaria etc? Marjoribanks: Nobody has supported Chukwueze, Nwakali etc better than me on this platform. I was among the first to fight for Finidi to be appointed as SE coach on this platform. Nobody has criticized Salisu and Bosso than me on this platform. Likewise, nobody has critic Yekini than me on this platform. My position will not change. I will always call out selective criticism and praise.
I will not respond to him any further nor speak on this matter going forward. |

If u are coming against a white person in any capacity abroad you have to be twice better to outwit them. You may not even succeed. The question is why?
But some people expect us to favor foreigners in our own country. White people are the king of lobbying. Make una dey play. I maintain any white coach that wants to coach us should be CLEARLY better. No free pass because of skin color. |

The yeye mentality. If dem serious they will identify a coach and go for him. All this noise very unnecessary. comodo: To get a coach for SE don take 3 months. Ordinary check person records. Check his philosophy, ask am questions about his formation. Ask am to know how much he knows about Ng SE players strengths and weaknesses. 3 months don pass. Too much interest don enter d selection process. Press & bloggers & some govt money bags dey support Paul. NFf officials dey support Apollos. Sports ministry dey support Onesimus. |

Strong Possible: Arthur Okonkwo (once he completes his switch).

Very good 3rd/4th choice SE keeper TheSuperNerd: Francis Uzoho kept another cleansheet in Cyprus, this time in the Cypriot Cup Semifinals as he played all 90mins+ for Omonia Nicosia in a 0-0 2nd leg draw which qualified them for the final 3-0 on aggregate score vs Aris Limassol. |
