obailala: Those cameramen and ushers aren't participating in the prayers. A very important condition for it to work on a person is that the person has to focus and participate in the activity.
This is also true in the art and science of HYPNOTISM, a key condition for it to work is that the person has to be interested, has to be focused and has to participate in the activity. An example is the popular 419 wash-wash craft in Nigeria. A key ingredient for the hypnotism to work is that the victim MUST be interested in the 'scam deal' and has to willingly show interest, else the hypnotism wouldn't work.
Back to the cameramen issue: next time you see a cameraman or usher not falling under anointing, its because they arent participating in the prayers. They're busy pressing phones or cameras or are just spectators. If you see cameramen or ushers ever falling anywhere, na acting or juju. Wash-wash scam doesnt require interest and is simply based on pure science, where the currency is coated in glue and iodized to form a white coating. Who do u want to deceive here on nairaland abi u think say everybody na ur mate for here? |

I have noticed a serious uptick in the apprehension and prosecution of leaders of terrorists across zones in Nigeria.
The other time it was the Owo killings. Then last week, it was the bandit leader in Kogi West. Then a few days ago, Zamfara bandit leader sentenced to life by Omotosho. Recently also, two wives of terrorists in the North west were slammed 20 and 40 years for aiding and abetting.
And now we have this for Plateau. Hmmn. Quite impressive, but something still feels off. |

Politics › Re: IPOB Rejects Nnamdi Kanu’s Purported Suspension by JoeEeL(m): 1:31am On Jun 22 |
Ferebiekunake: I strongly doubt your level of education, but hopefully you can read the following analysis from an unbiased source: ChatGPT.
South West is under attack from strangers, criminal elements from other parts of the country or even from outside Nigeria. But your states, your region, your fantasy Biafra is under attack from your own people - even if they aren't so bold to publicly take responsibility.
Below is a chronological compilation of **publicly reported attacks on traditional rulers in Nigeria's South-East (Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, and Imo States) from 2021 onward**. I've included both fatal and non-fatal attacks because many incidents were initially reported as attacks before the outcome became clear.
| Date | State | Traditional ruler | Outcome | Responsibility/Status | | ---------------- | ---------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **19 Oct. 2021** | Imo | Eze Anayo Durueburuo (Obi II of Okwudor) | **Killed** | Police blamed IPOB/ESN; IPOB denied involvement. ([Daily Post][1]) | | **19 Oct. 2021** | Imo | Eze Samson Osunwa (Ihebinowere Autonomous Community) | **Killed** | Police blamed IPOB/ESN; IPOB denied involvement. ([Daily Post][1]) | | **19 Oct. 2021** | Imo | Eze A.N. Onyeka (Nkume) | **Shot and injured** | Same attack at Njaba traditional rulers' meeting. ([Vanguard News][2]) | | **Nov. 2022** | Imo | Eze Ignatius Asor (Obudi Agwa Autonomous Community) | **Killed in his palace** | Police alleged IPOB-linked gunmen; no conviction followed and IPOB rejected such allegations. | | **22 July 2023** | Imo | Eze Nnamdi Oforegbu Mmirioma (Ezioha Mbaitoli Autonomous Community) | **Killed** | Gunmen attacked his palace. Police suspected separatist-linked gunmen; responsibility remained disputed. | | **2023–2025** | Anambra, Abia, Ebonyi, Enugu | Various monarchs | **Several kidnappings, attempted assassinations and attacks** | Most were attributed simply to "unknown gunmen" or kidnappers. In many cases, no official attribution or prosecution followed. ([Reuters][3]) |
### What the evidence shows
There are three important distinctions:
* **Confirmed deaths:** Public reporting consistently identifies **four traditional rulers** who were killed between October 2021 and July 2023. * **Official attribution:** Nigerian police attributed the **October 2021 Njaba killings** to IPOB/ESN. Later Imo palace killings were also linked by police to IPOB or separatist gunmen. * **Disputed responsibility:** IPOB has repeatedly denied responsibility, arguing that criminal gangs or government-sponsored actors were behind many attacks. Independent investigators have generally not been able to conclusively establish responsibility in many cases because perpetrators were unidentified and few cases have resulted in prosecutions. ([Vanguard News][4])
### State-by-state summary
* **Imo:** 4 monarchs killed (the only South-East state where multiple monarch killings have been documented since 2021). * **Anambra:** No widely documented killing of a serving traditional ruler during this period, though there have been kidnappings and attacks. * **Abia:** No widely documented killing of a serving traditional ruler since 2021. * **Ebonyi:** No widely documented killing of a serving traditional ruler since 2021. * **Enugu:** No widely documented killing of a serving traditional ruler since 2021.
So, based on publicly available records, **Imo State accounts for all well-documented killings of serving traditional rulers in the South-East since 2021**, while attacks on monarchs elsewhere in the region have more commonly involved kidnapping, intimidation, or attempted assassination rather than confirmed killings.

stuffs2002: * We will not give Igbo Biafra neither will we allow them get to the presidency * There is absolutely nothing anyone can do about the above apart from online noise You don't talk like this if you're truly running a country. It's an insult, something like when some of them foolishly say Lagos is no man's land. It's better to say if they continue so so and so, they wont ever be president. That's better as you point to the cause and the result. It is painful to let someone know that something for them is unachievable solely because of where they come from. Fulanis, despite the atrocities they've committed, you can't even tell them they can never be president. Then what does that make you? |
Politics › Re: "Just Because It's Not Your Turn Doesn't Mean You're Safe" – Abuja Protester by JoeEeL(m): 11:38am On Jun 15 |
Brendaniel: Why I don't believe is because of the quietness and diversion of blame coming for many Yoruba people concerning the atrocities of the Fulanis across the south west, I mean, sincerely ask yourself, if these crimes were committed by the Igbo people in Yoruba land, would this be the reaction of the Yoruba people?
Secondly, why is Tinubu who is a Yoruba man not bothered and he still has many of his tribesmen who are not benefiting anything from him supporting him for second term despite the killings going on.
So tell me why I should believe otherwise that that the statement there is from an Igbo man and not a Yoruba man? For free, I will tell you a number of Yorubas are hypocritical people. Im not afraid to call them out even if I'm from there, which gives me the validation to call out any other tribe. It's a mental recalibration. Before 1960, Igbos and Fulanis were the undisputed 1st and 2nd in Nigeria's affairs. Yorubas were like the dud. After the fallout of the biafra war, Yorubas rose higher in rank and do not want to relinquish that position. That's the cold war you see between Yorubas and Igbos. Secondly, I will tell you that there are a lot of Yorubas that tackle the fulani back to back. I can list 10 big Youtube channels that tackle the Fulani relentlessly but many speak Yoruba, so you probably do not know. You dare me? Let me list: Koiki media, Mayegun General, Gbagede Imo, Soktoti TV, Tani Olorun, Seoyekoribe, Yoruba Wuyi, Yeye Dara kowe, Saheed, Arole 10 10, Dupe Onitiri, Lady K, Baba Aropo Ire. They are too many. Even Igboho calls them by their name. As for Igbos, you people are not exactly saintly either. You guys try to install your kings, you guys do meth, fake stuff, and even criminal gangs and kidnapping syndicates, all of these on our Yoruba land, so somehow u guys also involve yourselves in the whole fracas. When Yorubas call both out, Fulanis hardly respond on social media. Or do you want to say you did not see how Yorubas fired sultan of sokoto and the north when they spoke about sharia in Yoruba land last year? The thing is they didnt tackle us back, but that doesnt mean they are not still acting on their sinister plans. But when Igbos are called out, they want to bully. They come with bully thinking they can run Yorubas down. So in response to this, Yorubas have also increased their own gbas-gbos. It is how it is. |

Brendaniel: Well, some are not bothered, as long as they believe they are teaching a certain people lesson, they are willing to die and even sacrifice their family and tribesmen to ensure the stats quo remains, as for me, my family and those who want good for the people of Nigeria, We are all safe under the grace and protection of the almighty God. That is an Ibo person masquerading as a Yoruba person. Make una get sense abeg. |
