Please, I need advice...

This write up might be long but please bear with me and give your honest, critical analysis and mature opinion(s).

I am a graduate of Elect/Elect Engineering, graduated 2015 from a Nigerian Federal University.
Before graduating I have been doing some Secondary school teachings during holidays and ASUU strike periods.
After graduating, I did some little sales and maketing jobs and teaching as well as I was yet to get my school statement of result due to issues I needed to sort out so I could not go for NYSC
So after I sorted it out, got my result and went for NYSC 2017/2018..I served in an off-grid private electrical power generating company in Ogun state..
After NYSC, a relative who is a top staff(An executive director) of a nigerian tier-2 bank invited me to come work in the bank, so I grabbed the opportunity without hesitation because of the fear of unemployment that has plagued our nation and also considering the fact that I graduated with a 2.2, so I feared that I might experience difficulty getting a job in my discipline
I started with being a contract staff as a sales executive with little pay..he promised that he will help me get confirmed as a full staff in a year but after 1year I only got a little promotion to another job role still a contract staff with very little salary increase so after a few months, I got agitated and wanted to leave but he persuaded me to stay but after some months further I made a very big mistake and did something that questioned my integrity, so I was sacked, the man that promised to help me stopped picking my calls, I became very depressed and downcasted because I knew I had dissappointed myself, my family, my colleagues and even the management since they all saw me as an industrious lad who was doing very well in his role and meeting targets.

I wallowed in depression and self-pity for more than a month before I moved on with my life and got another Job in a Lending company as a Sales Analyst with a higher net salary of about 160k(more than ×2 of what I earn before) but the pressure in the company was too much and stress of going from mainland to Island everyday and this was early last year when 3rd mainland bridge was under repairs, the traffic was crazy.
Due to the pressure and toxicity of the company coupled with the fact that my girlfriend whom I thought was my source of happiness and was doing all I could to please her started seeing another guy, her colleague at the office(fear women).., my self-exteem and confidence dropped drastically so I had to resign from the company after three months just for my mental health...With the advise of friends, I started doing e-hailing(bolt) business but my car(nissan) high maintenance, police, lastma, taskforce etc... even 'agbero' wahala frustrated me and made me reconsider.

Now I am back to my engineering field which I got a job as a Sales Engineer for 75k salary 3months ago . Its a one-man business Electrical Engineering company. although the MD has promised to review my salary since I am doing well at my role..
During the interview, I said I would only accept a minimum of 120k as salary but he said he could only afford to pay me 85k since he was going to train me

Now my serious deliberation is this:

*Should I move back to the finance sector considering the fact that I now have about 4years+ experience or I should continue and grow in the engineering field that I only have a little over a year experience?*

The pay is very little with many expenses and responsibilities ...not in comparison with anybody though but I am 30 already and most of my mates are already married with kids. I am not getting any younger.

Gunmen have killed a popular photographer identified as Sunny White, in Sapele area of Delta State.

It was gathered that the photographer was shot dead in front of his wife and and kids on Friday, May 6.

According to an eyewitness, the killers came in a numberless ash colour Toyota Corolla car and shot him while he was relaxing with his kids at his wife’s store on Otomewo Road by Oboscah Lane.

Today, the evil agenda of the devil is vehemently directed towards young people around the world. Hence, many youths are bedeviled with evil and all of its expressions. The devil is interested in you as a young person, because of your strength and potentials (you can wreck serious havoc to his kingdom if you will align with God). So, the devil tries to distract you with many wrong things to ruin you before you can ruin his agenda.

There are so many things the enemy is utilizing to bring youths today into ruin and destruction. But let me put them under these 4 major categories:


1. Materialism

The craze and lust for physical material things keeps pushing many young folks into self destruction. This is finding expression via gambling, prostitution, stealing, ritualism, scamming, etc. They want to flaunt the latest phones and gadgets, flashy cars, clothes, and so on. Contentment is no longer in the dictionary of many, and this is dangerous. Hence, they are ready to do just anything to acquire material stuff to show off and impress and feel among.


2. Immorality

Many young people are slaves to sex, masturbation, pornography, and so on. Their strength is wasted on the evil pleasures of immorality, and they keep entangling themselves deeper into terrible addictions. It’s so bad.


3. Pride

Honor and respect is now far from many of them, as they are filled with pride, regarding themselves far beyond what they truly are. They talk anyhow to those ahead of them (see what’s happening on social media), and aren’t truly submissive to elders anymore (even to their own parents). An implication of this is that they ended up experiencing avoidable sufferings. First, those ahead of them who should have helped draw them up easily, are now avoiding them (no elderly person want to be dishonored by these kids). Secondly, they disobey the divine command of honoring the elderly, so our days may be long on earth. You see why many young people are dying anyhow today?


4. Ignorance


Foolishness abides in the heart of many young people today. They don’t know wisdom, and they keep rejecting the way of wisdom. Funnily, they are regarding themselves wise in their own eyes. The things they post on social media for instance, keeps exposing their ignorance and foolishness, and you just feel sorry for them. Try to engage many in meaningful conversations, and you will be shocked at their level of ignorance. They are ignorant of the ways of life.

What then is the solution to these things? It is found in that same John 10:10. Jesus said:

“…I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”


A true committed walk with Jesus is all you need.

Your destiny as a young person is to have an intimate relationship with God that is eternal in nature, through Jesus Christ. On the strength of this relationship with the Divine, you will be empowered with the Holy Ghost, and you will have dominion to live above the devil, sin, self, and death.


The best decision you will make is to embrace Jesus as Lord and Saviour. Call upon the name of Jesus today, and you will be saved! Ask Jesus for mercy, and He will visit you too.

Please nls, I need your advice.
My Fiancé rented a 1 room and Palour out of a 3 bedroom flat. Its well demarcated so they only share the kitchen. The other two rooms are occupied by 2 different individuals which were tenants before him. He came in through one of the earlier occupants and they've been living very fine.

Please I wish to know
What are the dangers of living in such apartment if perhaps issues arise because

1. The lawyer or the landlord according to him, is not aware of the development. Once the rent expires, they get paid and so have no need coming around in a long time.
2. From what my guy said, All 3 of them are not the first occupant of the Flat. It was handed over from the original tenant to his co tenant who rented it out to him.
3. Though he has the lion share of all bills(electric and security), since he occupy the larger part of the house, he has no access to the original rent receipt.
4. Other flat, are all occupied by family men and have no need to share. Just his flat.

So, the enlightened in the house, please what are the dangers of living in such place perhaps issues arise among the tenants in the future?

Marriage they say is a beautiful thing but if you ask many men out there what marriage is to them or what marriage has brought to them or will they get married if they are given chances to rewind time, their responses will be in negative form or NO.

That same step(marriage) is the next step to be taken by me but I have one unanswered question. I am a young man in my 30s, currently free from any dating relationship and about to begin my search for a life partner, but I like being cleared/well-informed about something before going into it.

Pardon me for this long note I am about to dish out and the question I will be asking at the end.

For sometimes now, people around me have been telling me I am next in line to get married, some telling me to ensure I bring a responsible lady home and all that.

All these are for their own good or benefits, I am not saying they don't deserve it but I have been trying to get a tangible reason to get married i.e what is the SPECIAL thing(benefit) it will add to my life, I am the one getting married not them.

In addition to his words and those I have heard from others, the fear of things going south, disappearance of peace of mind and all that are other factors.

CHILDREN: Children can be gotten without marriage, for example: C. Ronaldo, Mikel, and others did that and they are doing well.

GOOD MEALS: Foods can be gotten from outside or prepared by the man or any other person that is not a wife for the man. Moreover, how many of them can cook well like our mothers? I'm a better cook than most ladies I have come across.

COMPANIONSHIP: That is an overstatement in our present society. It is even more noticeable in dating relationship than in some marriages these days.

SEX: That is the cheapest service/thing to get after air and water(clean water is even more expensive). Moreover many marriages are lacking sexually. It is worse if the man has high sex drive aka high libido.

SUPPORT: I don't want to go there because it is an open fact that instead of getting support, the man is being leached/milked of the one he has.

HOME: I can still remember how some married men will pack their cars at the junction, stay inside their cars for long before driving home, some go to the bar/relaxation centers to chill before going home, some don even like going home. You all know why?

With all these in mind, I want to ask this question that has been bothering me because I need to sort it before taking the step...

Now, my question is "WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF MARRIAGE TO A MAN IN THIS OUR TIME?"

This calls for serious concern especially for the female folk as ladies are the ones at the receiving end of this whole cruelty and madness of ritualism that has become the order of the day in our already decaying society.

The rate at which female body parts are being ripped on a daily basis by their supposed boyfriends and lovers leaves me wondering if one can still have a genuine guy/relationship without having to watch your back that he's going rip your organs the next minute.

Right now, its very difficult to agree to date a guy without the fear or thoughts of being used for rituals because the heart of every Young guy/man has been seered with a hot iron and so hardened and desperate to make money at all cost that they wont think twice when presented with an opportunity to do money rituals.

These days if a guy approaches me, I walk as fast my legs can carry me and I'm most tempted to scream "ritualist!!!!
It is that bad.
A guy can not approach you and the next thing on your mind is rituals. Like seriously, its appalling.

Please, with this rising trend of killing and havesting female body parts, is it still advisable to accept guys/ mens advances talk more dating them?. And don't even begin to tell me to go to my religious circle because they are everywhere. Some are disguising as bro in the church. In fact 90% percent of men are desperate to get rich quick therefore can be easily influenced by this evil trend.
