Geology is one of the best courses in the world.Instead of wasting your time on Nursing which i doubt if you will be given admission as an intl student,why not apply into any schools in Texas or California for their Geology programme, California is noted because of its amazing geology (San Andreas faults,Earthquakes and Oil),It can also boast of a county which has the largest oil wells in all of the USA producing states (Kern County).Texas is no doubt the home of Petroleum Geology too cos there are alot of oil companies there.Studying in any of these states will afford you the opportunity of an internship during your course of study,infact,you could be retained there after.I know all these because i had my first degree in Geology in Nigeria and here for my Masters in Petroleum Geology in one of the California State Universities. You may wish to finish your degree in Geology first in Naija and come for Masters here later,and if you want to come here for a B.Sc,i will advise you consider Geology too. Geologists here are hot cakes too.Just my 2cents.

Go to Kansas or Utah and get a nursing degree. As soon as u pass Nclex, come back home to cali and you should be able to get atleast a $50/hr job as a new graduate in Northern cali (around the bay area). GoodLuck ogugu. If she already had her interview, the case should have been decided immediately by the USCIS officer who conducted the interview after the interview unless her background check is still pending.
She should be calling USCIS 30 days after the interview if she hasn't heard from them.

2 Yrs multiple entry visa is given at the discretion of the consular officer. Again, I do not believe that you actually had the US embassy issue u a multiple entry visa because u think u deserved one. The only thing you can do is reapply for a non-immigrant visa again and hope for the best.

I guess you're talking about advance Parole. Yes, its okay to travel with it overseas but i would recommend you wait a few more months to travel overseas until u get the greencard.
And Yes, C9 category is correct and you can file for EAD with ur form I-485

USCIS has been more efficient in the last yr or so. Adjustment of Status through marriage is taking about 6 to 8 months from the day USCIS gets the application to the date of interview.

@Oyewolejos: i know you very much but most of the information you gave were very much incorrect.
You DO NOT need a lawyer to file for permanent residency through marriage to a USC. The immigrations forms are very self explanatory and all you need is to attach supporting documents such as marriage certificate, bank statements, life insurance if any, tax transcripts, rental agreement. I dont understand what you mean by the attorney filling tax for ya cuz u file ur own taxes.
Again, U dont automatically get an employment authorization document (EAD) when u apply for an application to adjust status unless u applied for an EAD and should your application to adjust status is denied, ur EAD will automatically be revoked. yes, you can apply for a social security number with the EAD but what good will the number do ya when ur application to adjust status is denied and EAD automatically revoked.

Looking at some of the stuff you wrote, i can tell that u obviously have no clue as to what u're talking about. When it comes to divorce, you'll have to be a resident of a state in order to apply for divorce. so you talking about running up to vegas to get a divorce is pretty much impossible. And yes, you'll have to show proof of residency which u pretty much can't make up.

Why would you think it wouldn't raise a red flag if USCIS denied your greencard application through marriage and then a few wks later, u file another application with a completely different woman/man Just think about what u said Mister.

i have not been into deception but UK immigration has put blame on me that the papers are not authentic. its not my fault really. i want to get this thing resolved and keep my profile clean so that i can travel anywhere without any problem.
do you know in any case the UK immigration has removed the ban of any person or has grant him visa checking his present history because it is like a imprisonment for something you have not done wrong. and 10 years is a very long period which can spoil a person's life and his credibility.

Well, this is what happens to folks who use fraudulent documents. They should actually make it a lifetime ban.

I dont see any reason why you desperately want to visit the UK. All these back to back visa applications only raises suspicions and trust me, You WILL NOT be issued any visa until the expiration of the ban.
i guess the other question is, will you be able to enter the UK when u do get a german passport?? well, as an EU citizen, i think they pretty much can't deny you entry but don't quote me on that.

Just travel with both passports like others do. I would advise that you always have your british passport on ya whenever u enter Nigeria just incase anything should happen. The UK embassy might not be willing to help you right away if you can't show immediate proof of citizenship.
I guess the british system is different but here in the states, there isn't anything like ROA for US citizens. U only get a passport or a passport card and thats about it.

Why do u need ROA when u already have a british passport
Its like asking for a nigerian visa when you hold a valid nigerian passport.
