Jibrin was indeed the first spokesman that started working for Tinubu in the North.
He was all over the place singing his praises and telling anybody who cared to listen that Jagaban was already accepted in the North. Suddenly, when Kwankwaso came out with his NNDP, he switched to supporting Kwankwaso but said he had no bad word to say about Tinubu but he only preferred to go with Kwankwaso’s NNDP.

Any discerning politician would have seen that there was a plot to break Atiku’s control of northern votes by promoting Kwankwaso who has always been more friendly with Tinubu.

Everybody knew NNDP had no chance of winning the election. The rest is now history!

During war, countries conscript youths into the army by force. Even Russia planned to do this to save their country.



Soldiers generally, but more especially African soldiers are known for being stupid towards civilians, so such atrocities are expected from black soldiers during war.



It has nothing to do with Igbo but more to do with war and what comes with it.



But in all, I condemn it, we the young generation of Igbos condemn all such atrocities committed by some Biafran soldiers during the civil war, its regrettable, my uncle was a Biafra battalion commander and close ally of Ojukwu such that Ojukwu passed some nights in my uncles house in my hometown during the war, during his usual unannounced visits of different Biafran communities.


My uncle did told about some of the bad things soldiers under his command did in Edo before they withdrew back to Umunede then to Asaba and later Onitsha, and he said some of the soldiers under his command then who went against his strict rule of engagement received instant judgment like being hit by stray bullet, some their guns jammed during fierce combat and they got taken out by the enemy bullets.


I remember him telling us how he warns his battalion soldiers never to steal or take a dime from a fallen soldier but some will never listen and they got instant judgment according to him. He and my father told us some of the things you must avoid as a battle soldier if you desire to come out of the war alive, such as:


not taking anything from a fallen soldier
not taking a fallen soldier's guns or arms without the permission of your commander.
don't rape anybody as a soldier
Don't loot from conquered territory or community.




Once again, I on behalf of well meaning Igbos condemn and apologize to all aggrieved Nigerians that were molested or brutalized unjustly by the Biafran soldiers during the civil war, we are ready to correct those mistakes, and that's why we are asking for a new Nigeria that give all Nigerians equal rights to succeed, and if that cant work then a peaceful division of Nigeria into as many regions that desire independence as possible, peace

The planners of interim government are the sore losers in South Eastern part (with "if I can't have it, noone else will" mentality) and some disgruntled elements in the South West.. we heard their leaked audio saying youths should rise up and that government can kill the youths.. devilish elements who think they own Nigeria and her citizens.

Tinubu should be vigilant and careful with the way he associates with them going forward cos they can do and undo.. the reason they didn't nurse evil plans against Buhari further is because they know Fulanis and how they are united and would definitely retaliate if anything happens to their son. Same can't be said for Yorubas who love self-sabotage more than anything, the likes of Adebanjo, Bode George and co.

Buhari left Abuja and went to Daura to vote. Rotimi Amaechi left Abuja and went to Rivers to vote. Yemi Osinbajo left Abuja and went to Ijebu to vote, even Peter Pandora Giringori Obituary left Lagos for Anambra to go and vote, please tell Emeka and Chukwuma to also go to Onitsha to vote. That is patriotism.


I am not interested in who governs Imo, Enugu, Abia, Ebonyi or Anambra, Igbos too should not try to determine who governs Yoruba land, if not, it will continue to be bloody.
