Hey You!!! you made a terrible one, like so many people out there, this is not to lighten what you did but it is done, question is if you want to wallow in self pity or repent of it and make sure you bounce out of it as quick as you can before it messes up your life for good.
1. Take your health seriously, go for a scan and make sure everything is good in there
2. Talk to a doctor and please make sure you are not infected or affected in any way from the quack you employed.
3. Ask God for forgiveness and really leave the guilt there, it will help you deal with the pain.
4. Face another day with so much hope and strive to be better than yesterday.
Remember life has no manual, just look around, count your blessings and be grateful for what you have now, don't be resentful of yourself, you are perfect, believe that and engrain it into your mindset. This too will pass.
