Moscow has developed its own version of "shock and awe" with integrated air, missile and long-range rocket artillery, says Ben Barry.

It allows the Russians to attack Ukraine's command and control centres, ammunition depots, air force and air defences from far away.

I got my car scanned and the mechanic said my catalyst has been stolen.

I have noticed the engine vibrates especially when on AC and the fuel consumption is high. Are these related to a missing catalyst converter?

Also does anyone have an idea of the best way to fix this issue of missing catalyst? Mechanic suggested i buy new one but claims its very expensive
