Depending on Ur location. Left for me I would advise u invest in transport business, preferably buying them and allowing the drivers give u on daily returns for a year. This is kinda confusing to me. I've been married to my beloveth wife for 11 years and counting. God has blessed us with three kids of ten, four and a year old. We are having a wonderful Union and time of our lifes.

For sometime now, I've been nurturing the idea of relocating abroad. My wife has BSc and MSc in Microbiology but has been jobless since she concluded her NYSC the year we got married. I'm ready to sponsor her for PHD to any country of her choice to pave way for I and the kids to follow later.

However, she has turned me down whenever I brought up the issue. Her response is always tied around the bond we share and that she can't just leave her kids and travel abroad.

I have a good paying job but I really want her to explore her potentials too. She's a very good wife and an excellent mother but I'm confused why she's skeptical about leaving this Country.

Or am I the one taking too much risk?

Good evening fellow nairalanders, the thought of sharing this just came to me as soon as a customer paid me after rendering a service with #50 new note.

When he gave me the money, I couldn't help but asked him if he noticed what am about to say then he smiled and said that's the country we find ourselves inn.

The reduction in size of the #50 note it's very glaring, very small in size. I have just been thinking & saying to myself that the economy is really bad in the country that even CBN reduces the size of note to cut cost of production.

Nairaland keep growing from Glory to Glory. I joined this platform since 2009. Then I was using a fiveth hand Samsung corby phone, I used rubber band to hold the life of that phone. I'm from Esan land Iruekpen, Edo state. We had nothing in my family, my parents struggled to give us only secondary school education, and was so grateful for that.

2003 till I traveled out of Nigeria I was a bricklayer, hard hustler with no hope, But I had plans of traveling out. I raised money, my parents also supported me with what they had. God helped me 2011 I traveled to Denmark. Life in Denmark isn't that easy, but I knew where I was coming from. I did 3 years professional course in civil engineering. I'm currently working in a Building construction company.

I met my wife here in Esbjerg, Denmark, she from Ondo state, very gentle soul, a yoruba woman that can't speak her language. Lol. We got married 2015 and God has blessed us with a lovely daughter. My wife was diagnosed of fibriod, she can't conceive, we're trusting God for another child. Yet I'm so thankful to God for the one he has blessed me with.

Please I'm not here for motivational whatsoever, But any legit hand work you're doing alway believe that God will bless the labor of your hands. Don't be in competition with anyone. Nigerians still have that competition spirit in them.

We should have gone on an adventure since festive season, but my wife was so ill all through that period. She's better now and we finally went on the adventure. Pics below.

A corp member identified as Kenny Omomeji, shared photos of the car he reportedly bought from his monthly NYSC allowance, Siggy reports.

According to Kenny who was pictured posing with the car, he was able to buy an old model of Mercedes Benz after saving his N33,000 allowance for six months. He also revealed that the car was his first and it reportedly cost N198,000.

When asked why he didn't invest the money in something else, Kenny replied;

Without wasing time I will love to go straight to the point. Comrades and erudites in the house please, I like to know if it's right for my landlord to break into my room and throw out my properties

The crux of the matter.... My rent expired on the 12th of January 2022 today is 14th and my landlord is already threatening to throw out my luggages should I fail to pack out before Sunday, 16th of this month because I promised to pay him yesterday but failed...I pleaded with him to understand that I'm having a little challenge.

I'm a student in the day, security guard at night this I have been doing for the past 3yrs to see myself through school instead of dropping out after I lost my sponsor...I actually had plans of paying my rent before 10th of January with the help of my December salary but it's rather unfortunate that uptill now my boss is yet to pay my December salary...and my landlord doesn't have patience in his dictionary, I can't even go to my room any more because of his threat...I'm just hanging around hoping to see salary alert any of this days but should it tarries and he goes on to throw my things out what can I do? Plus is he right to do that?

Please honourable nairalanders your input in this matter will be highly appreciated...

i've been living under the fear of having a heart problem for more than five years, but my people refused that i should go for scan probably because of fear that it might be true, and there won't be money to care/treat it..

Even me, i'm afraid to go for scan, because the moment it is comfirmed to me, i don't kno if i would be able to live with it..

i can't run nor do hard work, my pulse is always high and sometimes my breathing stop totally.. I've fainted multiple times, and i've been living under depression for so long..

Now, this symptoms is increasing on daily basis, but my people dosn't want me to go for scan.. Is like they already knows the result will turn out positive.

But what if i go for scan an the result shows that i have a heart probem, how will i be able to live with it, knowing fully very well that we don't have the money to cure it..

I don't kno what to do nairalanders, i need advice..

I don’t know why people are so wicked, this guy owe 3 months for electricity and he’s saying he doesn’t have money, went to cut off his light and now he switches gen on 24hrs everyday.
Owes house rent.
Gave him 3 months quit notice since November and he’s saying he won’t move out until 6 months.
