Hello nairalanders. please i really need your help on this for its quit urgent.
my dad wanna file a permanent resident for me in Austria. when i was in Austria for visit. they told me i need to come to Austria embassy in Abuja to submit some documents given to me in Austria so they can interview me.
getting here now they told me all my documents needs to be legalized in the ministry of foreign affairs and am gonna pay 8500 to verify a document, and i have close to 20 documents. this where what Austria embassy in Austria never said but i was surprise to here it when i got to Austria embassy in Abuja..
i really need help from anyone who has information about immigration to Austria

I believe the best way is to effect it at the POE, it won't hurt trying though. I know for sure the address you supply at the point of entry overrides all others.

You can change it at your point of entry. Just fly to your desired point of entry and supply the new address to the immigration officer.

Yes, during your interview. After a successful interview, give the address to the CO, telling him/her you wish to change your contact person's address in the USA. Btw, you may also go with it when you are jetting out and give it to the CBP officer or whoever it is to update it for you.

yah you being current for january next year. just keep faith up. your 2 NFL will land within noe and 3weeks.

all we should always know is that it is always Well. keep your faith up both those that are yet to be current those who just received their 2 NL and those that have done a successful interview. it is well.

am entrusting my visa collection to my dad. and passport number was required of which i don't have anywhere except in the passport. so I have to call Dahl office to asked how I can get that p number. men it was a long story. after proper verification the number was released.

that's not too hard. for the fact that you have sent your for to kcc and waiting for your 2nl. what you need do is to always check the DV ESC page with your confirmation number. that's where your 2nl will be dropped.

It always nice to have a strong defence if you are not sure of some documents should the CO ask you about them. I have gone to US embassy sometime in 2007, which i lied that i was in the Nigeria Navy, all in the name of yanky... I also said i was married then but all na lie, anyways they denied my self and 2 of my guys visa. So i was so scared that these will come up. Even my Waec date of birth says 1986 why my International Passport is carrying my real date of birth 1979, i was also sacred that this might come up. To cut the stories, God always have his ways. I thank God cos none of all these errors were asked.

She started typing and brought out 2 paper and advice us on how to pay our Green Card fee, and said welcome to America; i asked her if that’s all? And she said yes that’s all.

I just want to thank God cos i have been praying and asking God for easy interview and that was what God did for my family, my wife is a lawyer and the CO did not ask her any questions, i was suppressed.

The waec stuff is just for them to confirm you completed high school! i know so many people who have granted visas with neco results! On the discrepancies on your result and form, you. should be prepared to give a meaningful reason(s) why you have different dates! You have no prob if your reason(s) are genuine. GOODLUCK!
