obembet: He made it look so easy for Madrid while he was there untill Perez made a huge error of letting the giant go. and then there was the fattest lie ever "Who needs Ronaldo'' and then more disrespect when his Jersey 7 was given away to a learning kid Mariano who flopped and then Hazard who has even flopped more. Respects Legend.I know you'll score 200 more before leaving. Messi is on his way too so that you guys set ourselves eternally apart for good. much love CR7
Take a look carefully, there were two transactions on the same date 6th of January. Maybe she someone to do the first one who also was with her phone. Did she make the first one of #5k?
So if Sanusi becomes the President of Nigeria tomorrow, what will be your new story? Or you think deposing him is the end of his career in life? Wrong reason to sack an emir if you ask me.
He lost his mother in 2020 He lost his mother in-law in 2020 He lost media aid in 2020 He lost his residence to hoodlums who hijacked the #EndSars protest in 2020 He lost his wife to accident in 2020 - Only one person in one year?
May God deliver and have mercy on this man in Jesus name.
DarkwebMaster: Wonderful! Clap for yourself, when it sounds cheap... It is scam. When it is too expensive. It is Real... Low mentality will not take you anywhere... Read through the post once more. Stop going about using your data to troll other hardworking people. You might get yourself into trouble some day
How does it sound cheap, when the price from Cotonou is #1.5m, 2007 model
Powersurge: Waoh! Explicit! I am very grateful for your input. My business is registered (awaiting my certificate). Also I gave someone some money to be doing the business since 2018. She is not doing bad. But it was a micro scale. And part time basis. Both she and I are busy. I don't know if I should reference this in my application. I will be starting the training with SMEDAN Monday.
This year, I planned to take the business up. Hence the reason for seeking loan. We have done market research in two states and 3 major markets. And being a data analyst by profession and currently working as a sales Analyst in a major FMCG conglomerate, it's was easy for me to analyse the market research.
Based on the research, I cut potential sales by more than half. And putting into consideration the fact that we are new in the market. Yet we still have over 4 ROI. This is giving me concerns. because the lenders might see the project as being too optimistic. What do you suggest? And after the financial analysis, if we are able to do 30% of our projection (which had been reduced more than half), we will still be on the green side. Very green side.
OK.! Your experience counts, optimissm is essential in Business Plans., and based on this I think your background puts you in alpha position to defend your loan when the stage is set. However, i emphasize that you must tailor your loan to a value chain development business, not essentially a fast moving consumer product per se, that is what NIRSAL champions please. All the best.
Powersurge: I just registered for this. I heard it's now dragging. Some people say they have being on it for about 1 year. Others say only about 1% get approval. Please have u gotten to a critical stage yet or have u been paid?
Did u contact the training center or they contact u. What are they looking at in the business plan?
Yes, the dragging is because of delayed processing and Naija issues. Also so many pple have been trained and more are applying daily. So far so good, but a lot of rumours are on anyway. It could be selective anyway based on the quality of your Business plan and the attractiveness of same to Nirsal. Don't believe all the side talks and face what you want. I'm still awaiting my interview and confident that I would be invited soon. A friend of mine got his invitation on Monday, and he applied about the same time with me in June this year.
Powersurge: Bro you seems to have some knowledge about this. I need guide. I am new applicant. Do i contact the training institutes or they will contact me? What are they looking for in the business plan? What are the chances of a new venture getting the loan? because it seems CBN's body language is leaning towards existing ventures.
PROCESS Step 1: Get Trained It is mandatory for all applicants to attend training with a CBN certified Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI), they have centers spread across the country. Look for an accredited EDI around your location and get trained. The Certificate from the training is your target, because without it, you are not qualified to apply. The Business plan will be part of the training from the EDI, some centres help write the Business plan for applicants at a fee. The Biz plan is all about your business you are into, with Executive summary, Introduction, coy organization, Techical analysis, Market Research and Analysis, Financial projections (P & L, Cash flow, Balance sheet), you can read more about this online. The Biz plan would have to be uploaded to the NIRSAL online site Step 2: Apply For Loan The Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI) will guides and assists you in applying for the loan by getting all necessary documents required for the processing of the loan
Step 3: Receive Funds The Loan fund is paid into the account of beneficiaries. While unqualified candidates are given feedback.
Step 4: Get Business Support Services The Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI) will assist you to implement the business plan drawn and also provide business support services commercially.
Step 5: Make Sales You sell your products and services to pay back loans and make profit, beneficiaries are expected to run the business by keeping proper records, monitor sales, and expenses to maximize profit and pay back the loan.
The chances are very bright, even if it's a new venture, but it must be registered. Even without any history, you are good to go. Many pple have been given since May when I learn't of it. But your business should be one that has a value chain development in it. I'm an applicant, and awaiting my interview. Another requirement is that you will have to open a personal current account with a Nirsal Microfinance Bank nearest to you.
Lexusgs430: Your mates dey real football field.........
Hello brother, I'm new on the thread and I just read your enthusiasm on Umidigi at the beginning of this thread which later was a great disappointment. I really love the design of the phone, but I have a low budget of #50k. Based on your findings which one would you suggest for me or what other types of phone outside tecno and infinix. What was the eventual outcome of the Umidigi pro you returned. Is the phone not available in Nigeria? I will appreciate your feedback please. Thank you sir
Ade4all080: Yes it is mandatory you pay @10,000 for the after whish you'll another #5,000 online for the soft Biz plan. I prepared my Biz plan after my training, but you can prepare yours before your training mind you they'll train you on how to write a good Biz plan doing your training
Yes, you are correct. I'm done with the training and collected my certificate of training yesterday. I'm currently doing my business plan myself. The business plan writing was integral part of the course as you said. Thanks for the feedback.
ayummy: . Okay noted.. I am in this alone.. No share holder.. So I put business type as PRIVATE. and my details in Promoter and Director spaces ..
That's ok. The option would have been sole trader or sole proprietorship, rather than the limited liability which I explained earlier. You are fine with that please.
ayummy: . Please while filling the form, there is a place for PROMOTER'S DETAILS and another place for DIRECTOR'S DETAILS.. what am I suppose to fill in those spaces.. My personal details?
Promoters may be your relatives that support your business idea, just their names. Director's details is your name and those who subscribe in your memorandum and articles of association as directors that hold shares in the company. However it's possible that both the promoters and the directors maybe the same.
waleyp: That's very correct. Where are you located and what business are you venturing on? You can do the business plan yourself but its better to give those who can handle it for you. Since they can do it for you for 10k that's sounds good then. Have you been given form to fill tho
I'm considering giving them the opportunity to do the business plan and the business is Agricultural merchandise. Though I can write it myself The form was filled on behalf of me based on the information supplied by me.
waleyp: pls i will need you to find out more, maybe the covid-19 loan is different from the one im talking to you about.... try get to nirsal and get informed
Yes you are right about that. However it's just a variant of the intervention funds from the CBN, and usually the concepts are the same, few changes are noticeable. I started the training today with online zoom cloud meeting app, with whatsApp used to register me for the Covid-19 factor loan called AGSMEIS. It's a 7 year tenor, 5% int rate till 2021 March when it will become 9% all inclusive rate. My training continues next week. There will be a business plan to be done by self or by the trainers with a #10k cost. Which will be uploaded to the CBN NIRSAL AGSMEIS site And so on before you are invited for the interview proper.
waleyp: It's okay I understand you, and it's good you taking steps, the 10k is for the training right? Have you contacted the training centre to know when there next training will hold? You need to keep contacting them because most training centres always do training once a month so you wouldn't waste this month. I am in ibadan oyo state. Please when you get to the training centre they will talk better about the business plan if you need it or not, I don't want to give false info and I don't other people to hit back at me for doing so. I didn't do the covid-19 cbn loan, I did the other one still under cbn and nirsal so the processes might be different. You will get much info at the centre but make sure you know there training dates, you will still pay 10k for the loan account but that can be later when your loan has been approved. I think I tried small
This is detailed enough. Thank you so much for time. God bless you. I will keep you posted with developments as they come.
waleyp: yes you will be told to pay 10k for the training.the training might be for a whole week. and i think you will have to do a business plan online which might be another 5k, there is another thing to do after that. but its step by step
Alright. I just paid for the #10k now. Are you around Abuja? Hopefully my training will be next week beginning from Monday. As per the online Business plan, I think I should be able to do that myself so that I won't be charged another #5k again. What do you think? What is the status of your application and approval? Thanks. Appreciated for your feedback.
Ade4all080: Pls do not expect a call or text from any of the training center because they'll not do so... While filling the form, when you click on the centre close to you you will see a/some phone number to call, do call them for there next training schedule, that exactly what I did and I've been trained.
Hello, please did you pay any registration fees for the training? Somebody told me to prepare with #10, 000 and I was wondering if confirmed by the CBN. And when did you prepare your Business plan?
oluwaseunla: Ask around in your location for a technician with a scanner. An 07-10 VW will likely throw a code that will give you an idea of what you are dealing with. About the costs, simply ask the technician before he starts.
Many thanks to you for the advice. Okay I will check up. Other people here felt indifferent to my challenges and cared less for my frustrations but only you. God bless you sir.
