I'm curious, didn't these people get approval plan from the respected government agencies before they started building?

All this just seem far-fetched, because if one got the necessary approval and the government is now demolishing, then something is wrong somewhere....

If I were these people, whoever singed those documents for approval to construct, I'll look for them, and make them feel my pain.

When people versed or immersed in certain areas as going on about an issue, a smart person sits it out, asking only probing questions where necessary to learn, or just follows the flow of the back-and-forths to learn.

I do this when issues of cryptocurrency and banking are discussed here. These aren't my areas and I sit back to learn or enjoy the flow, and ask probing questions at intervals where necessary. There's no shame in admitting to this. Experience and knowledge trump random Google searches to come off as smart.
