meobizy: It won't. Hungry Nigerians are secretly Dangote's bosses. Online anybody is anything they wish themselves. The real world exposes them in the end. as well loud mouthed Nigerians who are poverty stricken beyond recognition, are the ones who lampoon the country's electoral process but find it difficult to do what's expected of them. It's indeed a harsh reality out there. |

meobizy: So Multichoice has nothing to gain from following this route? If it works for the country it will also work for a business. I don't think do, that's why they made it online in the first place. Who would want to stress themselves voting with their money? |
TV/Movies › Re: BBNaija: See How Nigerians Voted Their Favorite Housemates (photos) by joseph1832(m): 10:49am On Sep 30, 2019 |
meobizy: ...and the country is too backward to implement online votes to avoid such? I doubt as an entity Multichoice is richer than Nigeria. multichoice is a business, bbnaija online votes is what they use to generate their income. Nigeria is a country run as a business, election rigging is what some people use to generate their income. |

meobizy: ...and the same situation won't happen if people are allowed to vote multiple times during national elections? Lol. At least I've never heard of ballot snatching, intimidation and thuggery during Big Brother voting periods. How will you hear such when the voting is done online and via text messages? Or you really think if the voting is done outside social media there won't be everything you mentioned? Dude I'm really starting to believe you're really fantasizing. Lol. |

writefreely: Nigeria is so divided bro. Nobody is coming together. So you think the war between the cabal and Osibanjo for example, has no religion or ethnic undertone? You really think our leaders aren't divided? Come on... Be realistic Unity is not going to happen unless government policies entrench it. The only thing I see helping Nigeria move forward in not protests or revolution. It wont happen. It is only if the hand of God blesses Nigerians with wisdom to elect a visionary leader for the first time in our democracy. Even if na by mistake. That is the way I see it. isn't it funny this same cabal you speak about won't hesitate to leak Osinbajo's ass if it turns out he finds himself in a place of position? Why do you think political prostitution is rift in Nigeria? Our political elite are United and will do virtually anything to remain where they are. It's also the reason why they marry their children to themselves. I tell you, God can not help us. Things will only get better if and when we see the truth for exactly what it is. |

omenka: If you think Nigerian leaders, especially the politicians, are divided, then you're terribly mistaken.
Forget all that shit you see and hear and read in the media, it is all meant to keep us their subjects divided and that's the only way they keep and consolidate their power! Away from prying eyes, there's absolutely no love lost between those fellas as they have but a common intereat- their security and supremacy over the rest of us!
They probably dread any prospect of seeing us disregard such fault lines as religion, region, tribe, political party, etc, as that would sound the death knell on their cossy little game. It is up to us to come together and collectively secure our salvation or keep attacking one another and guarantee our perpetual subjugation. the truth at last!. |

meobizy: No. I stood under the sun and voted for Omoyele Sowore to win. I guess my vote didn’t count after all.
In Big Brother I can vote as many times for my favourite — the more votes the better his or her chances. Nigeria can go to blazes for all I care since I can’t get a country where the electoral system works I can fantasize using Big Brother’s voting channels. yea I guess that's why people like that Cubana Chief Priest always like sharing recharge cards so people can vote for his preferred contestant. If you seriously think your vote counts without attaching any monetary value to it, then may be you're just as inept as the Nigerian electoral system. Continue fantasizing. |

JasonScoolari: Even though he builds MECCA, San Siro, or Construct the London Bridge in his home town, He is still IRRELEVANT to sane Nigerians.
Surprisingly, Tacha who was unknown 6 months ago is now more RELEVANT and talked about than the affidavit daura drunkard. it's very funny the Tacha you believe is more relevant will still be affected by any decision the affidavit daura drunkard makes. So I ask, between you and the daura drunkard, who is the drunkard? |

midnighter: But do you think that this hysterical reaction is just a form of escapism, people looking for light relief to take their mind off the current situation...whereas people dont really care to talk about voting as they just see it as part of the problem.
politicians are capitalising on peoples' hopelessness and political illiteracy politicians aren't capitalizing on people's hopelessness, the church is doing that with perfection. Regarding the emboldened, I'll say it's not so because the church also fall under this. It's the perfect form of escapism. I refuse to believe voting can be perceive as part of the problem because even in this BBNAIJA, they vote without even bothering to ask the organizers to show who and who voted for who and who. All they do is show the percentage of vote a contestant got, they don't bother to show who and who made up the percentage of vote. People who are looking for relief and something to take their minds of whatever situation they're in are in beer parlours and other hang out spot. Thanks. |

This is why I love politicians. This is their harvest period. You LL hardly see them talk about BBnaija or irrelevancies like it. They are busy with their "assignments" while the lazy intellectually bankrupt youths are on social media mocking and supporting Tacha funny thing is the idiots supporting and Mocking this Tacha girl, if you check, are the ones who don't vote and probably don't even own voters card. Ask them why they don't vote and they'll tell you of what value does voting add to their life. They forget voting and discussing about bbnaija doesn't even add an ounce of value to their life. If there's one thing I've discovered, is the Nigerian politician truly understand the mindset of the average Nigerian. This is the very reason they're making money out of their nonchalance. |

pryme: Lol, what you are saying is the MCU version of Spidey, If you know about Spiderman from the source materials in comics you will know that Tony Stark had absolutely no influence on Spidey being so popular.
Spidey did not need any suit from Stark when he took on Venom, Green Goblin, Rhino, Doctor Doom, The Punisher and the likes.
The problem I have is that I grew up on comics before watching screen adaptations of this characters, so in other to appreciate the inaccuracies we are seeing all over the place about comic characters, they should should create an alternate universe with different aliases for these characters like they tried to with The Punisher that is not Frank Castle. Spiderman took on The Punisher? That's a first. I know of Spiderman and Blade, but Punisher... |
