Of course why should Saraki be pitied? He clearly showed that he is bigger than the APC and such impunity must not be left unchecked.
In fact, he should be taught a very bitter lesson that will send a clear cut message to all and sundry: YOU CAN NOT MESS WITH THE APC AND EXPECT TO GO SCUD FREE.
This was the lesson GEJ learnt the hard way. |

hinwazaka: Ask the dumbass judge if he understands the fact that the CCB panel is not properly constituted and so is sitting incompetently. Where is the 3rd member of the panel. Also doesn't he understand simple English, there is still a case being held at the appeal court that will invariably decide the outcome of his kangaroo trial. Maybe this is way above your IQ, ask a learned individual to explain all that I just said *yawning* |

CSTR2: So the corruption of two former governors of the same state is conveniently easy for the EFCC to miss. I see you conveniently refused to reply the fact that wike already provided proof to the EFCC of amaechi's corruption which is evident anyway. Anyway, i can't fault you for lack of attempt however childish. Mr man, I know not whether Wike submitted a petition to the EFCC, its easy for us all to shout and rant, Wike who is in more position to follow his petition and see it come to fruition is hiding under the guise of "the EFCC hasn't done anything about it" according to you, shouldn't that be a clear indication that something is amiss? |

tomakint: The picture I was trying to paint is very simple, if Past Senate Presidents with lesser crimes could be kicked out by the Executive (Presidency), I don't see how a Saraki (with weightier crimes) will survive this....the Okadigbo Treatment will not come in form of impeachment but mob action in the Senate floor with Saraki's group! Wike said he has given the proof of amaechi's corruption to the EFCC and the ICPC, yet nothing has been done. You should know the EFCC can not have its eyes every where, that's why they rely on well meaning citizens andthe civil society to petition them when they have evidence of frauds... |

Funny how those who scream due process are the ones who always have skeletons to hide. Even when Tinubu was invited by the CCB, due process wasn't followed, yet he still appeared... tomakint: Every form of overtures thrown at the embattled Senate President, Olubukola Saraki, for smooth sail of justice had been rebuffed by this same arrogant no 1 Lawmaker in the land. Enwerem and Wabara were once Senate Presidents with lesser criminal charges yet bow out in Gentleman-style when on collision course with the Executive. Okadigbo who choose to be heady had it rough and was tear-gassed to his death being asthmatic. The question is, 'Does Bukola wants the Okadigbo Treatment'? He seems to be! That is exactly what he is calling for. But I fear the senate can not impeach him because his cohorts are very dubious... |

NgeneUkwenu: This is not a matter of Saraki's lawyer being intelligent or not. It is for the judge to determine. And it is very easy! His own court has been ridiculed by Saraki, by not appearing in the dock, even though he soft pedaled on the issue of "arrest" on Friday by not formally notifying the police. However it is now a straight fight between the Judge and Saraki! Let's see who blinks first! No I think not, please do not forget the 50 senators who held a private meeting with regards to this case, chief among them is Dino Melaye abi na Dinosaur Melaye who has a history of being a rascal. Those 50 senators who said this act by the CCT is an act against the senate may soon come spitting venom pretty soon. |

dialfa: Yes. That's what I'm saying. This morning's section was not officially recorded as it was not a formal proceeding but mere exchange of legal arguments by representatives of the court. Good so you're also saying that the sitting on Friday wasn't recorded? And that its mere exchange of legal arguments... But since its not a formal proceeding, I believe your answer lies there. |

That proper proceedings are not being followed? Saraki's lawyer was immensely grilled, the odds have started working against him. He can only so much as dilly dally, the machieviallian hammer will soon drop him his client. |

It is obvious that Saraki's lawyer is just dilly dallying, there's nothing much to say, I expect when the council resume, they should first address Saraki's gross disregard for the CCT by his refusal to appear even when he was told to do so today.
This is the time to let Nigerians know that the era of impunity has passed. |

I thought Jim Caviezel was an american? LOL. You should also direct this point to the catholics and ask them why their virgin mary looks white and very much Italian. Seriously bro, colonialism never left us, its still here to this day, the very thing the white man did was to enslave our minds. This so far promulgated another aspect of neo colonialism, even christianity too is still another form of neo colonialism. |
