Young people will continue to be leaders of a tomorrow that the old people will never allow to come
The APC has the following credentials

Presidential Candidate 73 years

National Chairman 79 years

Oldest HOR candidate 69 years

Oldest senatorial candidate 74years

National Youth Leader 54 years

To the APC young people are only useful when they want to burn campaign Buses or unleash electoral terror

Be Wise Support the Unity of this great Nation Vote Jonathan ,vote PDP
according to you if an old man who is 90 years old can deliver Nigeria from the quagmire she is in today we shouldn't vote for that old man right?

I'm not surprise you still don't know "age is nothing but number".
Jobs/VacanciesRe: How Hobbies Can Make You Have A Bad Resume by joseph1832(m): 8:53pm On Feb 19, 2015
I feel all the above almost everybody has been saying only applies to those who don't know anybody when they want to get employed.

Nepotism is the 'in thing' in Nigeria now, while many will strive to get that attractive C.V, those who are well connected don't need to bother themselves with having an awesome C.V.

I've seen many who got employed by virtue of the power of nepotism, even having a third class degree. For me, I've learned to apply the Nigerian mentality of almost all I do, because if you want to catch a thief, you must think like a thief!.

So this is the same Shekau purportedly killed by the Nigerian Military.

I don't really understand, either Shekau has nine lives of the Nigerian Military has nine lies.

Laykorn thanks, however you misunderstood what I meant about Wole Soyinka.

OMA4U, munchas gracias! I do read Wole Soyinka, not just his poems.... When I read Wole Soyinka's The Man Died, I felt lost in space... However Achebe is different, I feel at ease whenever I read his works, at least I know I won't go scrambling for a dictionary. grin grin grin

I hate you Joseph.1832!!

You always make me feel like a lazy poet. I need to up my game.

Nice poem. The theme is straightforward and on point = evil seductress.
LMAO. My friend you are not lazy, infact you're far from it. I write poems so even the common man can understand when he reads it.

A lesson I learned from reading Wole Soyinka's write ups and Chinua Achebe's write ups.

Poems For ReviewThe Jezebel Of Our Time by joseph1832(op):
The Jezebel of our time,
Alluring and seducing.
Dazzles like the stars,
Hips and curves
As rich as the Tsars.

Her rhymes sing hymns
Of seductive rhymes,
That chime the hearts
Of all who struts.

Her swagger stagger
The best of men,
Causing lustful desires
To fly like Vultures,
Scavenging for game
To allay their shame.

The Jezebel of our time,
Lips as full as the blood red moon.
Mouth as inviting as the Cave Of Wonders.
Eyes that sparkles like Venus.
Face as oval as the human heart.
Hair as velvet as Silk.
Figure like the letter Eight.
Legs as slender like the Pelican.
Buttocks as protuberant and curving like a scythe.

The Jezebel of our time,
Her flower so de flowered
Like the ruins of Hiroshima and Nagazaki.
Her ego so bruised and cruised
Like that of a Jalopy.
Her virtue so exploited
Like a land milked of its resources.
Her nature so fierce
Like that of a raging sun that burns
Everything it looks upon.

The Jezebel of our time
She tell tales of a life time
Of greed and sloth
Thus making people refer to her
As a woman of easy virtue.

chai,

you see how the average youth is easily cowed into foolishness.

that a politician appointed his cronies or their loyalists now translates to developing a region, shame. all the names you mentioned put together can not equal the benefit of the 2nd onitsha bridge or the numerous federal roads in the south east.

does those appointment translate to pipe born water or standard rail or good health facilities or standard schools or an international air port. or it equals good housing or stable economy.

obj and his followers should go and die. we will not lick his butt
Is all what you mentioned above present in Igbo land? Because the last time I visited Imo State, Umuaka, Umudim and Umudioka to be precise I didn't cross any second Niger Bridge, neither did I see good roads... All what I saw their were the works of the governor and past governors...

If I am not mistaken he also appointed Frank Nweke Jnr as Minister for Information.

barcanista:
Democracy is not built on insincerity, nor isn't built on herd mentality. I was there for change which I thought it's the dream of every Nigerian, though I believed in their candidate, I don't believe in them. I usually cricise some of their decisions and actions but they interpreted it as being rebellious and some called it a mole. please, I wouldn't want to go deep.
Since you know democracy isn't built on insincerity I wonder why you toe this line of insincerity, ineptitude and cluelessness. You should know that one shouldn't use the actions of a misguided few to pass judgment on the many.

The APC is a political party full of numerous people from different background, of course there's bound to be differences of approach and opinions... So I wonder why you who should know better dissuade from the path!.

I really can't phantom your present stance, but as time goes by, you'll see.

Dude, your so-called poem is a figment of your own imagination. You didn't follow the development but I won't say further. When a group of reprehensible people believe that you either toe their lane at all times or you are blackmailed and ridiculed. Such people to my opinion need to be dissociated from. That's what I did.
A man is free to make his own decisions. I believe someone like you should know that sometimes, good and bad needs to come together to fight evil.

I wrote a poem once and said barcanista is no different from sincere9gerian, today I stand correct. Bro, I am very curious to know what inspired your change, and I must say beyond my wildest dream I never figured you as a 'political prostitute'.

I remember vividly last year the military saying they know where the girls are, also I also remember when the presidency came out and declared that they've reached a seize fire agreement with Boko Haram that they girls will be released within a week. So I am wondering why all this statement...

The empty words of this present administration reeks of wanton incompetence. To allow GEJ a second term is to allow the very word 'weak' to rule over us.

Timpaker! I believe so too. The poem speaks volume. It was locked because Ishilove said the moniker missghost is a troll!.

To me the reason given by her reeks of beef!. I wonder why people who don't even understand poetry will be given the key to moderate and speak over things they understand not!.
