What kind of question is this? how does this change the fact that anyone (Average) can send his or ward to school abroad? where they study should be the bone of contention and not going abroad.

It's a simple question bro, didn't mean it to annoy you. I have a friend who studied in U.K, Nothingham Trent University, he told me he paid 10,000 pounds as tuition fee.

Now how can someone pay that amount and say he's not rich?. I mean being rich has grades but still anyone who can afford that amount is surely not poor!.

So where did your relative school?.
