You dont understand what I am asking. I have been reading the transcript of those who went to the embassy for student visa interview and I have never seen anything about the embassy giving them maths test so I am asking if this is some kind of new development.
you know I replied your message earlier saying bachelors programs and studienkollege some people did math test and I am sending the link to help people get set in case.

Hey guys. Been a minute. How is the summer applications coming up? Keep pushing! Keep on sending those emails and applications. It's worth every moment.
In the interim, learn the language before coming no matter how little. I can't emphasize how imperative it is. Its opens a whole lot of opportunities. Also learn a skill, preferably programming or even how to drive a forklift. For those that can drive make sure you carry your drivers license along with validity of up to 6months. It can come in handy for some jobs. Costs about 2-3k euros for driving permit here. You do the math. Wish everyone success.
danke!!!

From one on one experience, reasons most Nigerians do not like helping, this happened to a good fellow, in Essen, he wanted to assist a fellow Nigerian in Germany by accommoding him, before he finds his feet, but along the line, this guy's turns out to be a fraudulent fellow, who specializes in dating Germany women on like, one day he stole the guys Bank details IBAN and asked one of his vitims to send the money to that account, that his mother is about to pass out, and the sum of 10k euros was sent, to cut the long story short, the guy was invited by the police, while the fraudulent guy ran away till date.

He was advised to get a lawyer and the case is till pending till date.

This are some of the reasons most people don't help.
Just imagine now Nigerians!!!

Chuukwudi:
Sorry bro, I understand your plight. I had the same issues when I started reading too.

This is what they mean;

AD = Appointment Date. It's like the embassy inviting you for interview on so so so date.

AL= Admission Letter. This is from the Universities.

BA = Blocked Account. The money you're supposed to lock up to take care of your needs while studying in Germany.

AM = Appointment Mail. Not sure about this but what this means is that after your interview, the embassy sends AM for successful interviews.

VISUM = German word for VISA.
AM is Approval mail: the email you receive from the consulate when your visa is approved requesting for your passport and Travel insurance.

Embassy request for an enrolment extension from a friend. He had a rejection earlier in October but got this message.. his concern now is that his school told him winter enrolment has closed, he was told a new admission letter with summer date will be issued to him before the end of the month.

Should he send a formal letter to embassy explaining the reason behind his deferred admission or he should just send the letter to them without to formal explanation of it?

He is in dilemma about this right now.

Hey guys. It's been a while. I never understood why people travel and rarely post stuff. Now wey I dey here, I know why. Lol
School, work, hustle, language class, flexing. Everything go hold u at once.

I don't wanna give the regular advice of "learn the language" lol so I'll say something different.
Please research on your city before coming. If u plan to hustle, look for a city with over 300,000 population. Or a nearby town of such.
Make sure you find out about your course, make u no dey cry. Lol
Finaly, be ready to run everytime if u no wan miss bus or train. This people wan turn person to Usain Bolt by force! Lol grin

Anyways, I wish everyone here the best as they come or those around already.

danke du so sehr bruder du sind wundervoll.( I will advice everyone to learn German at least A1/A2 you can do that online, I did not attend any German institute anywhere if you are focus Ja du kann!! I learnt German, French, Spanish and Dutch online years ago.

Are you still here. Nah me design Wikipedia? Go and lodge complain about me concerning the spelling with the page brothers.
Who will I believe before about the journey...

Indians are the most honest with regards to migration that's why dem pack full for there. Go to Facebook forums sef you will see loads of experiences dey share about the journey and you are here trying to smear them. If you see a Nigerian, an indian and a snake. make sure you Kill the Nigerian first. Nigerian go dey form busy while an Indian in germany is always ready to give you tips and motivations. The mere fact that you see an Indian living with five colleagues in his one room apartment is enough reason to trust them unlike Nigerians that will be telling you that their landlord will complain or beat them. Lmao! Indians have made this journey so easy that you really have to give it up to them.

Be there forming racism...or discriminating against them rubbish
I have worked with Indians very well they are very good people some Nigerians are funny people full of hatred the fact that Indians in Germany can accommodate friends in his room said it all, Some of our Naija people are bad not all but some and don't forget Asians chaii especially Philippines they love themselves and always ready to help each other only some Nigerians are funny.

Visum Alert!

What a journey.

DAAD scholarship application submission: October 31, 2018

I submitted a few hours to the deadline. I was pregnant and my brain felt like it was stuffed with cotton wool. I had to write a PhD proposal and my brain was just not working. I almost gave up but my husband keep pushing and encouraging me. It's still a miracle how I was able to beat the deadline.

DAAD Scholarship: March 13

I gave birth to my daughter on the same day. Double blessing. No, the excitement didn't push me into labour. My baby came first. grin

AD: July 18

Got there before 6am. I was the first person they attended to because I was a breastfeeding mother. Mr Paulinus was very gentle and kind.

The VO told me I applied too early and that I would have to go back and book a new appointment in October. I almost broke down in tears. I had travelled from the east to Lagos with my husband and my little baby because I was exclusively breastfeeding. Spent almost 200k on return flight tickets and hotel bills and dude wanted to send me back. Ha! I started begging with everything in me. Thankfully, he was able to get permission from his superior to accept my application. However, he told me that it would not be processed till October. Pheew!

I didn't post an interview transcript because there was none! He just took my documents and got my biometrics and told me that the interview was over. I was confused. He wanted to return my passport and I told him to keep it. I mean, I had submitted my application with my insurance documents so, there was really no point for me to have to send the passport later.

The VO was really nice and cheerful.

AM: October 21st

They just requested for my travel date. I responded on the same date. And then the wait began. I saw people getting their visa few days after AM and I was wondering why they had forgotten me. Fear. Anxiety. Confusion. I started sending emails. No response. Because my prepaid envelope was more than 3 months, I couldn't track it. I didn't know if they had sent it and got missing along the way. Emailed dhl last week and they had to check their archives and confirmed that it hadn't been sent. I called the embassy, the lady told me to check back next week. I decided to take my mind off it and focus on my work. Voila!

Visum: November 15

Start date: December 2

Thanks guys for all the updates! Here is to more AMs and Visa. And scholarship!
. This is the work of God and Grace Congratulations madam go to DE and succeed regards to your husband and your beautiful daughter don't forget to add Grace to your daughters name.

Pls lets endeavour to be extra careful with details we post here.

Not too long ago, someone was unfortunate to post personal details and dey paid dearly for it. I can't recall the specifics but it revolved around AL AD or AM.

Only for the guy to check later and discover it was forfeited.

Even posting emails on here is not safe. So also you don't know the faces or true intentions behind ppl spending you pms.

Always use an e-mail totally different from your main e-mail you use to register with the embassy. The dark net is indeed a dangerous place

I think Weiden is the name of the city. So that means I can't use this particular SL for summer and I must get a new one?

And also my address on the SL is different from where I stay now because I recently moved from that address to a new one.

Does the change of address mean anything?
. I will advise you to Inform your brother and his wife to issue you a new one for a summer start date also inform them to put your new home address on it.
TravelRe: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 7 by JosephAdeoba(m):

Thanks Bro.

But I have some few questions.

How long can SL stay before one can't use it anymore for Visa application.... Like an expiring duration if not yet used for Visa application.

Because I have gotten mine which stated entry date for 30/10/2019 and I intend using it for summer.

I got two SL one from my brother and another one from his spouse who is a German.

And what I noticed only nachgewiesen was thicked.

So what do you think about this SL and chances for getting a visum for me.

Thanks Bro.
. Which state in Germany? You have nothing to fear since nachgewiesen was ticked that is very important and ok . regarding the expiration date of your SL (For a national visa are valid 5 years since their date of issuance.) Just inform your Sponsors to issue another SL and change your Entry date on the SL to your Summer Start date. The chances of getting a visa is the same as the Block account Since your sponsors are eligible. Which state in Germany are your sponsor residing?
TravelRe: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 7 by JosephAdeoba(m): 6:42pm On Nov 13, 2019
ENGRPETER101:
Please house, if person is already to sponsor me from Germany what are the requirements needed from the person over there thanks.
your question is confusing but I understand very well first of all, if your sponsor want to apply for SL depend on the state he is residing in Germany the Alien office will ask him or her to produce your international passport copy , your home address and your Course start date only depending on his state of residence for example Munich will check if he is eligible and he will fill a form and put all your Info passport info, your home address in Nigeria and your course start date that's all, each state have there own requirements, some state ask for admission letter while some don't and the processing fee is just 29euro only no more no less Munich issue SL in just 20minutes if your sponsor is eligible and don't forget to. READ THIS INFO ........................tell your sponsor to tick this in the remark area on your SL document. Quoting a post by Immafrank
This should help you.

Most people still don’t know how this letter works. Apart from the embassy and your intended alien office doing their verification, you must also make sure the important details on your SL are okay. If you are here and you are using SL. Before you have your original SL sent to you, make sure you request for a scanned copy and cross check your details that it is correct, check that the purpose of stay is fur studium.

nachgewiesen must be ticked. nachgewiesen means the sponsor has successfully demonstrated and that he/she has met all requirements to stand as your sponsor.

In some cities like Stuttgart, Rastatt, they tick both nachgewiesen and glaubhaft gemacht while in some cities like München, they only tick nachgewiesen. nachgewiesen is very important.

I once saw SL where nicht nachgewiesen was ticked. It was straight rejection.
So contact your sponsor and let the office the letter came out from make the correction.

Hello house, I'm glad I found this thread. My question, I'm applying for an M.sc program for this Summer application but in all honesty my choice course won't be available until Winter. But I was advised by someone living there, to proceed until reaching there register as a student but later apply for choice course. With aim to have proper time to work, settle in, adjust, catch up on language before my proper Winter program starts. I'm asking to know if it's possible to change course of study upon reaching DE? I don't want to get there and be stuck with this Summer course cos I just want to use it as a getaway. N.B: Chances of getting admission for my Winter course is high cos I intend applying for 2-3 schools.

Secondly, someone told me to forget my relationship especially without marriage in placehuh Like seriously, can this be true? Anyone going to Germany with a fiancee in Nigeria should forget about it happening? Please you little bits in clearing these doubts would go a long way. **N.B fiancee is a good stylist (tailoring) which I believe is possibly lucrative over there.

Any reliable answer would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
