On a more serious note, which scrutiny? These guys are busy taking their time doing nothing. Deronke1: Dear Visa Officer,
I am writing to you today with a heavy heart, as I find myself caught in an overwhelming state of anticipation and uncertainty. My purpose in reaching out to you is to express my deep concern regarding the delayed decision on my tourist visa application.
To begin, let me emphasize that my intentions of visiting Canada are solely for the purpose of experiencing the natural beauty, rich culture, and warm hospitality that your esteemed country is renowned for. It has been a lifelong dream of mine to set foot on Canadian soil and immerse myself in the breathtaking landscapes and diverse communities that make up this magnificent nation.
Regrettably, my dreams have been put on hold as I continue to anxiously await a decision on my visa application. I submitted my application with the utmost sincerity, ensuring that every document and requirement was fulfilled to the best of my ability. Since then, every passing day has brought a mixture of hope and anxiety, as I monitor my email inbox for any updates.
While I understand that the visa process involves thorough scrutiny and assessment, the prolonged delay in my case has caused significant distress and frustration. The uncertainty has taken a toll on my emotional well-being, causing sleepless nights and constant worry. Every day that goes by without a decision pushes me further into a state of despair.
I implore you to kindly consider the impact of this prolonged delay on my plans and emotional state. My scheduled departure date is swiftly approaching, and I find myself torn between maintaining hope and the practical necessity of making alternative arrangements. My heart yearns for an opportunity to explore the wonders of Canada, to create cherished memories, and to build bridges of friendship and understanding between our countries.
I understand that your office receives an overwhelming number of visa applications each day, and I truly appreciate the dedication and hard work put forth by the visa officers. However, I humbly request your compassion and empathy in expediting the decision on my application. I have already invested a significant amount of time, effort, and resources into planning this trip, and any further delay would not only result in the loss of these investments but also shatter my dreams of experiencing the magnificence of Canada firsthand.
In closing, I appeal to your compassion and understanding, praying that you can find it in your heart to prioritize my application and provide me with the opportunity to fulfill my dream of visiting Canada. Your timely decision would not only bring immense joy to my life but also strengthen the bonds between our nations and foster cultural exchange.
Thank you for taking the time to read my heartfelt appeal. I eagerly await your favorable response and hope to receive the long-awaited news of a positive decision on my tourist visa application.
With sincere gratitude and unwavering hope,

He wants to eat your $100 Get your login details from him and submit your passport by yourself if you are in Lagos or Abuja, but if it's not a PPR yet, use webform to update your new passport details, or follow the link in your portal. https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspxRegards, Ibironkeab: Good day everyone. I applied for visitor's visa since 2021 and I got a response to submit my new passport this month. After sending to my agent, he sent me a message a few days later that I have to pay $100 before I can submit it. Please how true is this? |

Use your page to create an application for him, by doing so, your application will be straight forward. Congrats. and Regards, Faithluv5: @Emmafe, I finally got my Canadian visa stamped already. But please I’ll like to ask you something else. If I want to apply for my son (as at the time I applied last year, I haven’t given birth), so I didn’t declare him in my application. If I want to apply for Canadian tourist visa for him too, will I have to open a new and fresh application for him on ircc website or I’ll use my own page to create a new application for him. Thank you always. |

This is now their trend. Process one and leave one, or approve one or two and deny the other (Especially the Husband) wetin men do dem? Na only men fit commit crime? Scentiments: Good evening, everyone. I have been following this thread for over a year and I have gained a lot of knowledge from you all. Thank you very much and God bless!! By the special grace of the Almighty, everyones visa journey would end in praise, Amen!!
Here is my time line; application date: 2nd Oct 2021 biometrics done: 5th oct 2021 biometrics updated on portal: 4th Feb 2022 BVL dropped: 18th May 2023 visa number & expiry date: 20th May 2023 PPR: not yet received **eligibility (completed) & background check (in progress).**
However, my concern is I applied with my husband but there has been no update on his application. His eligibility has not even started. We applied to travel for vacation as a family and all our kids are American citizens so there was no need to apply for them. please has anyone experienced this and what steps did you take to rectify it? |

If you are applying as a Tourist, either of the two is okay. You need a reservation of Hotel if you are applying as a Tourist. You don’t necessarily have to pay for it. Most importantly; focus on your home ties. Regards, Dreamchaser12: Is it advisable to book air n b or an hotel reservation for visit visa. |

Did you state your refusal truthfully? To the best of my Knowledge nothing can be done except you reapply and address it. Regards, Phemos: Ok thanks but they refused me on the reason that I didn't say truthfully about the history of my previous visa refusals which I indicated. So I wrote for them to reconsider it. Does it mean nothing can be done again? |
