Don’t worry yours will drop,

I guess they cleared all single applications first from backlogs and later faced the group applications, as a group we also got BVLs too yesterday and visa numbers updated in few hours.

It doesn’t take them anything to add your BVL to it, these guys just like to put people on mad suspense.

There was someone on this forum in the past days whose Spouse and Child got Approved and he was refused another person also had his dependents BVL dropped while he is still waiting.

Hi, you may be right @ sometimes we don’t know what they want, but the truth is, your spouse is a PR, that had influence on your application, even if your spouse is a student it has influence.

I guess the OP was talking more about applying as a Tourist.

I don’t think it’s that difficult. I declared no travel history when i applied and i was invited by my spouse who is a PR. The only home-ties i have is my siblings n father-in-law. I just think is grace because my passport has been stamped.

Lool, you applied January 2023, got BVL on the 30th of April and you are bothered about PPR just about 5 days.

IRCC hasn’t taught you patience I believe.

There are people who applied 2020/2021/2022 whom have not gotten common BVL.

Just wait some more time.

My application was done 6th January 2023.
I received correspondence on the 30th April with BVL.
My visa details are on the tracker and I am getting concerned about my ppr taking long .
Has anyone got ppr since 30th April?
I am a first time applicant though!

You should have said, they don't share Visa and Immigration records Info with other countries aside the USA, however, they share some other varieties of info with other countries, find the below for your perusal.

Do you think it's everyone who is keen about settling abroad or japaing?

Personally, I have been to 31 countries and still counting, with my family we have together been to more than 20 countries.

The OP even stated that she’s been to more than 20 Countries, that she’s not keen doesn’t mean she won’t be pained by the refusal for no genuine reason(s).

We haven't visited any country this year and waiting on IRCC, no one relishes refusal, i hate it personally too, i was devastated more like an overwhelming grief on how slow IRCC (was) since August 2022, i kept on monitoring the process until the BVL and Visa number (Family of three) dropped today about 6/7 hours intervals.

Wanting the visa doesn't mean i want to japa, so as many people here too.

You need to change that mindset bro.

Send them message through the webform.

Let the main body of your letter includes why they refused your application, why you believe that they made a mistake with their decision, and prove their decision was wrong.

Do you any travel history and previous visas?

Sincerely, i just feel this is a measure to forcefully make you a home tie for your wife whilst only your wife travel to Canada, it doesn't really mean you didn't meet the requirement(s) IRCC is confused lately.

To me i feel they have issued a lot of visas from Backlogs hence trying to randomly issue visas now, you can see a post from a young lady who applied with her parents with over 20 countries visited, but was refused on same note.

This is anomalies and inconsistencies in analyzing Visa applications.

Yes that's the only visa rejection I have guys I got both bvl and rejection letter same time ... And my wife got bvl and ppr same time today as well

You mean they checked this from South African Embassy or Consulate? I doubt.

First of, check your application to be sure you clicked yes and wrote USA, check and get back, also when did you apply?

No I went was issued a south Africa visa before but I entered south Africa through cape Town and on my Canada visa application I filled johnsburgs as port of entry instead of Cape town... But on us visa refusal it was stated on my application that I was refused a visa ..

Hi,

Even if your Eligibility is Completed (Passed for that matter) you can still be "Refused" in the area of Info Sharing/Security Checks and more.

If you paid close attention, You will notice that most people denied from backlogs are those who lied about their previous refusals.

It was noted from the January 2022 memo that eligibility will be relaxed in the area of Funds and other rigorous criteria, so i think they fulfilled that memo.

I can see refusal flying up and down since the 2nd of May.

Eligibility completed on the tracker is either pass or failed I think only your GCMS note will explain that.My question now is can you pass eligibility and still be refused? Because I have seen some people here which there biometric and Eligibility completed and still refused them.

Yes if you are staying for more than 6 Months, there is a Super Visa mainly for Grandparents and more.

But you said you are only going for visiting this time?

You can leave it and apply for SOWP when you return or inside Canada if you choose to stay back.

The truth is that at times the Visa Officer refuses Visit visas and tell you to apply for SOWP, it's that funny at times.

But you might get this visa.

When was this letter sent to you?

It means that your application has been decided on, you will know the decision very soon.

However, you can track the status (if approved, you will see a visa number on the tracker).

Good luck, why not apply for SOWP instead?

If you do not plan to come back, you can't do much with a visit visa.

If the medical was done upfront it doesn't mean a good news though, however, everyone is positive.

If it was requisitioned by an Officer, i must say you have over 80% chance of being granted.
