Evening house my Visa was just refused despite having over 45 million naira in my account plus sponsor account and dropping all his business documents... have ordered for my GCMS notes buh dia are speculation that it due to I did not explain lump sums..this lump sums were money derived from business from various customers.pls how do I explain them..wud it be in the SOP or POF.am just confused how to where to include it..wud I explained date by date of transaction and how. Depends on your travel plans, you can start from now if you intend to travel after 90 days.

Hi,

If your Husband has a good job and or business, he can stand as the sponsor, this might give you a better chance, although, your friend can still accommodate you.

You will also need to write some detailed note about the sponsorship and emphasizing more on your ties back home aside the 100k job.

I want to apply for the visitor's visa
I want to reunite with a long time friend.
She is willing to support everything about the trip. Tickets, accomodation, upkeep etc.

Pls what supporting documents should I submit?

For home ties, I have my husband and kids back home
I have a job( not paying much. Less than 100k)
I have a business too and in flow ranges from 200k-500k monthly)

Are these ties good enough?
Is there any supporting documents I should add to these as well?

Visiting a friend, does it hold water? Since it's not a family member?

The meaning of misrepresenting is lying about denied country or so

You risk being banned for 5 years and subsequent applications might be refused even after 5 years, you better write a detailed letter explaining that you weren't aware of this, did you fill the use of a representative form?

Did my biometric same January
So yesterday I got a procedural fairness letter (PFL)
The agent didn’t ask me if I was denied visa before
And I was denied visa to enter Dubai 2022 feb
And I got another sanction for loa letter not genie
And I have 7 days to reply to the message with evidence sorry do I still stand a chance??

Do not further compound your issues by talking about your UAE visa refusal or were you forcefully removed from UAE?.

The Officer was very clear, he said specifically, your LOA was altered, did your agent edit a LOA for you?

Ircc rep that picked couldn’t give update, she said application isn’t treated in Ottawa and suggest I send Webform to the office treating the application. MPs are always given updated information, if you’re sure application is treated outside Ottawa just reach out to MP.

How to call with Viber App

This post will be long but I need you to help me pay attention. I am putting this information for people who are experiencing delays with their application and who've tried to communicate via email without having any progress. An acquaintance of mine showed me how to call ircc call center agents in Ottawa from Nigeria here using Viber app. Download the Viber app from Google or apple appstore and register with your number.


Before following the steps to make a call to ircc in Ottawa send a mail to these addresses individually;

In the email input your name uci and application number. Explain your current situation in the situation. When they get the mail a prompt will be placed on your application for the visa officer to look at it.


These are the steps;
Step 1:
Call this number with the Viber app: +1-800-267-6788, it's ircc client call center number.


Step 2:
Press 1 to use the service in English.


Step 3:
Press 2 to connect to ircc

Step 4: after connection to ircc, you would listen to a message for about 30 seconds just be patient till they tell you the buttons to press. You'll be asked to input your uci number if you have, just to save time press 2 that you do not have a uci. Although when you connect to the client call center agent he/she will ask you to provide your application details which includes application number, uci number and other relevant information.
Point to note: if you're calling in for someone you'll have to fill in the ircc imm5455 consent form.

Step 5:
after step 4, you'll listen another message again like step 4 be patient till they tell you which numbers to press. press 3


Step 6:
after that the next number you'll press is 1 to talk to make enquiry about your study permit application or press 2 to make an enquiry about your PR application.


Step 7: the final number to press is 0 to speak to an agent.
Point note : the client support center opens by 1pm. Nigerian time. So it's best to start calling them by 12:45pm so you can be in the queue and wouldn't have to wait too long. I tried this process and it worked for me after Months of sending mails and webforms. Even getting a gcms note now is daunting task because ATIP In Canada is finding it hard to give people their gcms notes, I feel they are understaffed and overwhelmed. When you get connected to the Call ask for an enquiry, they will give you details on the current stage of your application but don't ask when they'll make a decision on your application, they don't have any information about that and they wouldn't even tell you honestly.


There it is guys I know this post is very long but please bare with me when this method worked for me I had to come here to spread the information, I hope you get your ppr sooner.

I checked on the link but it says eligibility has not started but on my main account if says it has started. Does everyone's account say the same thing when you check on the link ?

I am not sure it works as you said, because the information are not updated.

Furthermore, since your Eligibility is passed, you should expect your PPR shortly, how was your application like? Travel History, were you invited, family visit?

I thought the tracker is mainly for PR application. I don’t think if works for study or visit visa.

Biometrics: In progress (on main portal it was passed October 14th)

Eligibility: Not started (on portal it stated March 10/11 and today MP confirmed it’s passed)

The last update was March 8.

I don’t think the portal really works for visit or study.

It is, there is something you aren't doing correctly.

Use your full names (Both First and Middle names on the first column) then write your surname in the appropriate place.

Because most visitor's visa applications changed statuses on the 10th of March.

Especially for those who applied during your time.

Honestly for a while now i haven't been able to answer this question, despite been asked couple of times, a lot more people have done this and worked for them, some people stated it and got approved why some stated it and got denied.

Furthermore, some people disguised as visitors/tourists had their kids and left, subsequently, when asked at POE presented a zero balance receipts and were allowed in again.

Her sister, who is a citizen, is inviting us.
I am concerned that if we get the visa and show up pregnant, we might be turned down at POE or affect chances in future applications.

I presume your application hasn't been touched at all.

Remember you got similar response from IRCC London sometime ago.

Currently, some 195k or 450k applications are processed in bulk, these are applications around the world.

I want to believe these applications are selected randomly (The backlogs).

Yours should be processed soon.

Sorry for feeling that way, however, those that you mentioned are good for the home ties, but i would like to ask, are your kids and wife currently residing in Naija?

Also for the payment of visa fee, try a USD/EUR card as naira domiciled cards cannot work.

As to the duration of the visit visa, some people from 2021, 2022 are still waiting
