It's been a week since I submitted my application.
Also, how much is their initial deposit for PGC in HRM ?
Thanks Hi.. It takes min of 3 weeks... I applied nov 22, got my offer dec 11... Min deposit is usually d same for all dept..1500cad within 30days... I'd advise that you don't pay at the last minute. Give enough time for payment processing. |

Akannitommy: Always assume that Canada will verify all documents that you submit no matter how insignificant. If you do this and act accordingly you will have a rest of mind. It is not a good feeling to have sleepless nights unsure whether your document would be verified or not because something was wrong with one or two of them. Don't risk a 5 year BAN! yeahyeah.... noted..... thanks tho... |

awys: That's their price Q-Life is 35k if you are in Lagos and note tell them to give you a date before Paying in IOM cuz they might end up giving you a date in March /April and it's non refundable after some months they might refund you if you end up not doing it with them you can also check with Q-Life to get a date and compare both dates for the one that's closer if you are in Lagos Qlife is now 40k actually...booked my appointment recently. |

Oduffa: Hello everyone please I'm new to this thread. I will appreciate any help. I submitted my application on the 7th of December and got a biometric request on the 8th. Which I did on the 14th however it hasn't been uploaded. Today I received a letter saying I qualified for NSE and that I should upload POF. I have already paid my tuition and I have 17k CAD in my account. Do I still need to bring the account up to 30k CAD before I send the bank statement? Not really... Did u pay for 1yr tuition or just a semester? |

Chukwubuikexo: Any IELTS test would suffice with a 6.0 band for each module Your mybankstatement should have atleast 30k CAD or its equivalent after payment of your tuition fees |

deommanuel: Good Morning Everyone. Congratulations to Everyone that has received a positive response, and Congratulations to those of us waiting
Please I've got a question about the NSE route. I know it's been talked about so much, but I don't know if this has been pointed out. For The 30kCAD POF, should it have been in the account from the count of the 6 months period or should it have been developed within period?
Some persons mentioned it should be in your account 6 months before you apply, so if you're applying in December, there should have been 30kCAD in your account by June. I'd like to know if this is correct. Thanks Guys Me am not so sure about this one oo as some people who got it through the nse route used several other various means...as long as it meets min req. So m not so sure if it's compulsory that d 30kcad has to be n there for 6 months... |

Chimzy4real: thanks for your response. i am trying to process computer science for university of british columbia, on the requirement was a graduate with second class upper or a 4. in a 5point scale. now the issue is i finished with a 3.59 in a 5point scale which is also a second class upper. pls in your opinion do i still stand a chance. would have tried colleges but the 1year pgwp is a stumbling block, looking at PR in the future. your opinion is much needed. thank you. I wouldn't really advise you try ubc with your cgpa unless of course u have a 4. GPA at your 400l and 500l avg grade. Try colleges if you don't mind. Or try ryerson, new Brunswick, Carleton uni, |

Lekiboboe: Yes u are right,
Interestingly, this can be likened to a First Class student who applied for an Ordinary Diploma.
Its now left for the Visa Officer (VO) to decide if the reasons for going for a ordinary diploma is cogent enough, cos the VO do make decisions based on their discretion.
This scenerio of a 2.1applicant going for a PGD/PG.Cert has been addressed here https://www.nairaland.com/5818588/canadian-student-visa-thread-part/558#96300254 Why would a 1st class grad apply for an ordinary diploma na?.. Haba |

Just so you know, we pioneered it as it was originally been enjoyed by only 4 Asain countries before now.
You can send a mail to CIBC they will respond fast in their working time |

pls sir i want to pay my fees o... deadline is 10th of january... i v been trying since midnight all to no avail evergold: After about a year of pursuing my work permit, I am happy to announce that I finally have my passport in my hands.
It's been a nerve-racking journey. Unfortunately, I only found this group last month. I wish I have found it earlier because there is just too much valuable information here.
One thing I can do for those that will come after me is these:
1. If you need to pay for school fees and your card is not going, I can help you pay from next year 2. If you are coming to Toronto and need a place to stay for at most two weeks, I can accommodate you from the 26th of December this year 3. If you need a friend in Toronto to gist with, to cruise with and to have fun with, I will be available for you after my quarantine
I have benefitted a lot from this group and I will like to pay it forward.
If you are ever transiting through Toronto and need a place to crash, let me know. I am paying for a 1 bedroom + Den in Toronto after I leave quarantine and I will be glad to accommodate you as long as it is not more than two weeks.
I am travelling using Ethiopian Airlines on December 25th and I have already booked a whole apartment for quarantine. Anyone is free to stay with me during that 2 weeks.
It has ended in praise peeps. |
