Hmm, i have the same issue on accomodation at the same locations you are looking at.
I was introduced to an agent who collected 2k from me and took me to terrible and dehumaninsing places for me to rent. i found another agent who collected 1.5k from me only to tell me my budget is too low. i work all through week days and am free on saturdays only for the agents to take me on terrible journeys.
Also they would ask me to be responsible for their transport and occassionally ask to use my phone!!!
Infact i must own my own flat by next year, by God's special grace.

Because women are real bitches to one another. I usually say it that if u need something from somewhere and u as a woman meets another woman in the position to help u - there is a guarantee that she wont.
I just feel that once a girl is married - the mother of the husband automatically becomes jealous and that causes problems especially if he is the only boy, the first son or the most favoured son.

if you go to an average church on a sunday and it was possible to place a microphone in the heart of the men/women there to broadcast the reason they were there i think you will see about 95% didn't have God as an agenda.

i worked for barclays for about 3yrs. for every 10 cases of stealing that goes through your desk, 5-7 were Nigerians. what annoys me is the high number of women involved. what kind of home raises women to become this low?

i think there is something here. 

This dude, must somewhere in his past, have a relation to a Nigerian who lived in New York, or brought in as a child. There are many Nigerian-American bastards, roaming the streets of America, not knowing their fathers or any relations. This is the fault of Nigerians, who will marry girls under false pretences (Green card), only to abandon the girl and any children born of these relationships.

yes sir duplex or bungalow would be fine. for sale prefered because it is a long term need for us. VI & ikoyi is ok as what i need in lagos are mostly at mainland/ central lagos. lekki prefered because i think i will get some new build houses there i am not a fan of them old houses. wont hurt if a boys quarter is attached. that said i am not rulling out old build if every other are ok and in a good area.

i dont mind somewhere not too far from the airport too.

it will help you to give the state or city you are going so people can narrow their advice.
if you are coming to london for instance there is no need just saying london. if your school is say for instance southbank university and someone give you an agent in barking you will spend all your day travelling.

dont forget your admission letter though and your pasport and ticket and the telephone contacts of the school admin people.
