someone i know was involved in a case in england where police came to search pursuant to a search warrant in connection to a traffic offence and when they came in found marijuana and seeks to make a case out of it,the english court said the exhibits were illegally obtained and refuse to try them for the drug related offence.CAN EVEN GIVE YOU THE CITATION OF THE CASE but again that is England expecting a supreme court of nigeria case from you.all the same thanks for the response.

we cant all be lawyers and there are instances where though relevant certain exhibits will not be admitted if prerequisites are not satisfied e.g a public documents or electronics documents downloaded from a computer or e devices.
