His earlier bail was 200m x 2 = 400m

his latest bail is 300m x 2 = 600m

400m + 600m = 1b.

Nurse Metuh's bail therefore is 1 billion naira.

Thanks brother,i actually studied law cus i couldnt pass mathematics and actually had to make do wit ife cos havard insisted on a credit for maths.but somehow if my fee is 1billion and u pay me 700m,i know at once,without being told that my fee remains 300m.thanks all the same.do we still need to go to jail for the error?

Metuh behaved as if he was above the law, hence the determination to teach him a big lesson.

First was his uncooperative attitude by refusing to disclose what he got N400mn for. Others who received money from Dasuki stated the reason even though not tenable.

Olisa Metuh's suit was not dismissed rather the judge dismissed the application for acclelerated hearing of the suit.He said the law allows the EFCC 5 days within which to respond to the suit before she rules!! So what exactly is that that you fools dont understand?

the fact that they are not lawyers and o no exactly know what actually transpires does not make them dumb and the fact that u have a sort of legal training does not make u smarter than them cus even a court clerk will be able to tell what the message actually meant.

The meeting was scheduled to start at 10am. Buhari arrived early, ok that's good, but he should not have asked for the National Anthem to be sung and for the meeting to commence before 10am. If that is indeed what happened, then his behavior was actually disrespectful to the others who arrived after him but still before 10am.

the court ruling denying the trillion naira lien on mtn's bank accounts by the minister of justice ,to my mind, is a sound ruling as mtn obviously has more than enough assets in Nigeria other than cash to satisfy a trillion naira judgement . a trillion naira fine ,no matter the infraction is an excessive fine.In the realm of company/csr law, fines are not meant to kill a company but to deter it from going over borders.mtn will surely win .
