I quite disagree with you on this, and I will give you my reasons. If my building plan is approved by the ministry of urban development and I follow the plan, if any government decide to expand or carry out any construction on the road that will affect my building then appropriate compensation should be paid. It's only in Nigeria that you see individual developers going to develop an area without the master plan of that area. The best practice is for the government to map out all available infrastructure. E.g access road, drainage, walk way, electric line etc.

Am not a marriage counselor but from my own understanding, you have to understand why she changed lately. Take her out, treat her nicely and if possible take her to shopping and try to win her happiness back and afterwards sit her down and have an intimate discussion with her, reorient her mindset towards you. She'll open up to you why she's doing what she's doing lately but if she refuses, continue to treat her nicely. Even if she's cheating on you, don't be too quick to take actions. But if it comes to worst, relocate with her from that environment to somewhere else where there's no transparent doors and windows.
